Description

Exhaust silencer for non-road mobile machinery and non-road mobile machinery
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of silencers, and particularly relates to an exhaust silencer for non-road mobile machinery and the non-road mobile machinery.
Background
The statements herein merely provide background information related to the present disclosure and may not necessarily constitute prior art.
The silencer is used for the airflow pipeline with noise transmission, and can attenuate or reflect the noise in the pipeline by using noise reduction devices such as pipelines and elbows with sound absorption linings or pipelines with suddenly changed sectional areas and other discontinuous acoustic impedances. The former is called resistive muffler, the latter is called reactive muffler, and there are also impedance compound mufflers.
Non-road mobile machines refer to state-of-the-art and following standard non-road mobile machines, and include, but are not limited to, excavator, bulldozer, loader, road roller, paver, grader, slotter, piling machine, forklift, crane, handling machine, tractor, and the like. For off-road mobile machinery, diesel oil or other heavy oil is generally used as fuel, and the exhaust gas discharged by the off-road mobile machinery contains more particulate matters, and the particulate matters are often accumulated in a silencer when passing through the silencer, so that the normal operation of the silencer is prevented.
The inventor finds that the exhaust muffler for the non-road mobile machine only has the muffling effect, does not have any treatment measures on particulate matters generated by combustion of an engine, and does not have the effect of reducing the smoke intensity of exhaust gas of the engine.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an exhaust muffler for a non-road mobile machine and the non-road mobile machine, aiming at the defects of the prior art and enabling the muffler to be used on the non-road mobile machine and simultaneously having the function of treating the combustion exhaust of an engine.

In a second aspect, the present invention also provides a particle separating apparatus including the exhaust muffler for a non-road mobile machine according to the first aspect.
The beneficial effects of the above-mentioned embodiment of the present invention are as follows:
1) according to the invention, the third shell is added to the exhaust silencer part to serve as a cyclone separation device, the exhaust flow rate reaches a certain value through the matching analysis design of the exhaust flow rate and the exhaust channel, and simultaneously a cyclone is formed, and larger particles in the exhaust are thrown onto the pipe wall of the cyclone device in a centrifugal force mode and slide down to a bucket body serving as a particle collection device at the bottom, so that the purpose of collecting the particles while silencing is achieved.
2) According to the invention, through the design of the conical structure of the bucket body, the exhaust air flow forms an upward rotational flow at the lower part of the conical cavity, the exhaust air flow rises and flows back into the silencing cabin, and is finally discharged from the exhaust tail pipe after silencing, so that the aim of silencing is achieved.
3) In the invention, a physical method is adopted to separate larger particles in the exhaust gas from the exhaust gas, thereby reducing the exhaust smoke intensity and reducing the pollution to the environment. The particulate matter in the particulate collection chamber can be cleaned regularly without additional treatment cost.

More specifically, the muffler body in this embodiment includes two shells that are communicated with each other, and in this embodiment, the two shells are named as a first shell 8 and a second shell 2, respectively, where the first shell has a first diameter and a first length, and the second shell 2 has a second diameter and a second length; the first housing 8 and the second housing 2 are both cylindrical housings, and the central axis of the first housing 8 is perpendicular to the central axis of the second housing 2, and the second diameter may be larger than the first diameter.
The muffler outlet 7 may be opened at a side wall of the second housing 2, and the muffler inlet 1 may be opened at an end portion of the first housing, the second housing 2 being disposed at a side close to the muffler inlet 1. The muffler inlet 1 is arranged perpendicular to the central axis of the first housing 8, and the muffler outlet 7 may extend in the central axis of the first housing.
A plurality of sub-shells 4 with a third diameter are further arranged in the first shell in an annular array, and the plurality of sub-shells 4 are also cylindrical; the flow path of the fluid entering from the muffler inlet 1 may be defined between a sub-housing 4 comprising a first housing having a third diameter and a second housing 2 comprising a second diameter.
It is understood that the central axes of the plurality of sub-housings 4 are all parallel to the central axis of the first housing. The resulting structure of the annular array of sub-housings 4 may form an outer sound-absorbing wall and the plurality of sub-housings 4 may form an inner damping chamber.
More specifically, a space for fluid circulation is formed between the first shell and the plurality of sub-shells 4 in the first shell, and the side walls of the plurality of sub-shells 4 are provided with small holes for fluid to enter and exit; simultaneously, also be equipped with interior casing 3 in the first casing, in the bottom of interior casing 3 inserted first casing, the top of interior casing 3 was inserted in second casing 2, and interior casing 3 also is the tube-shape, and the aperture is seted up to interior casing 3's lateral wall for the fluid business turn over.
