Abstract
The invention relates to an early-dismantling enclosure system and a construction method thereof, wherein the early-dismantling enclosure system comprises: the supporting structure is arranged around the foundation pit in a surrounding mode; the separation structure is vertically arranged in the foundation pit, and two opposite ends of the separation structure are fixedly connected with the corresponding supporting structure so as to realize pit separation; the supporting beams are transversely fixed on one side of the separation structure, and the two opposite ends of each supporting beam are fixedly connected with the corresponding supporting structures; the diagonal supports are connected to the supporting structure and the diagonal beams of the supporting beams so that the diagonal beams are supported by the supporting beams after the partition structure is removed. The invention adds a support beam on one side of the separation structure, and utilizes the support beam to replace the separation structure to support the oblique beam. When the separation structure needs to be dismantled subsequently, the supporting beam supports the oblique beam, the oblique beam is not affected, and the integrity and the stability of the supporting structure can be still ensured. The invention can solve the problems that in the prior art, if the construction method pile is dismantled, the enclosure structure is influenced, and if the construction method pile is not dismantled, the main structure cannot be completed at one time.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of building construction, in particular to an early-dismantling enclosure system and a construction method thereof.
Background
In the deep foundation pit construction, pit-by-pit excavation and pit-by-pit construction are required to ensure the safety of the foundation pit. Generally, a deep foundation pit is supported and protected, and pits are separated by using a protection engineering pile, so that a main structure is constructed by pit separation.
Referring to fig. 1, a schematic plan view of a containment system of the prior art is shown. Fig. 2 is an enlarged perspective view of a portion a of fig. 1. Fig. 3 is a longitudinal sectional view of fig. 2. Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a surrounding structure 10a is arranged around the foundation pit, the foundation pit is partitioned by using an integral body formed by a steel pipe pile 21a and a girt 22a connected with the steel pipe pile 21a, and the connection girt 22a and the surrounding structure 10a are supported by using an oblique beam 30 a. After the main structure 40a is constructed, the construction-method pile 20a needs to be removed to construct the other main structure 40 a. However, if the steel pipe pile 21a is removed, the inclined beam 30a loses support of one side, which affects the integrity and stability of the building envelope 10 a. However, if the steel pipe pile 21a is not removed, the main structure cannot be completed at one time, which increases the cost and prolongs the construction period.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, provides an early-dismantling enclosure system and a construction method thereof, and solves the problems that in the prior art, if a pile in a construction method is dismantled, an enclosure structure is influenced, and if the pile in the construction method is not dismantled, a main structure cannot be completed at one time.

the steel sheet pile is vertically arranged in the foundation pit, and two opposite ends of the steel sheet pile are fixedly connected with the corresponding supporting structures;
the enclosure beams are transversely connected to the two opposite sides of the steel sheet pile, the two opposite ends of each enclosure beam are fixedly connected with the corresponding supporting structures, and the supporting beams are connected with the corresponding enclosure beams.
The early-dismantling enclosure system is further improved in that the early-dismantling enclosure system further comprises an isolation layer clamped between the support beam and the enclosure beam.
The invention further improves the early-dismantling enclosure system in that the isolation layer is a template.
The invention also provides a construction method of the early-dismantling enclosure system, which comprises the following steps:
constructing a supporting structure surrounding the foundation pit around the foundation pit;
providing a separation structure, vertically arranging the separation structure in the foundation pit, and fixedly connecting two opposite ends of the separation structure with the corresponding supporting structures so as to realize pit separation;
constructing a supporting beam transversely fixed on the separation structure on one side of the separation structure, and fixedly connecting the two opposite ends of the supporting beam with the corresponding supporting structures; and
constructing an oblique beam connected to the supporting structure and the support beam to support the oblique beam by the support beam after the partition structure is removed.
The construction method of the early-dismantling enclosure system is further improved in that the provision of the partition structure comprises:
providing a steel sheet pile, vertically arranging the steel sheet pile in the foundation pit, and fixedly connecting two opposite ends of the steel sheet pile with the corresponding supporting structures;
constructing girts transversely connected to the steel sheet piles on two opposite sides of the steel sheet piles, fixedly connecting two opposite ends of each girt with the corresponding supporting structures, and connecting the supporting beams with the corresponding girts.
The construction method of the early-dismantling enclosure system is further improved in that an isolation layer is provided, and the isolation layer is attached to one side of the enclosure beam before the support beam is constructed, so that the isolation layer is clamped between the support beam and the enclosure beam after the support beam is constructed.
The construction method of the early-dismantling enclosure system is further improved in that the isolation layer is a template.
The early-dismantling enclosure system and the construction method thereof have the advantages that:

Referring to fig. 4, there is shown a schematic plan view of the early demolition containment system of fig. 4 in accordance with the present invention. Fig. 5 is an enlarged perspective view of a portion B of fig. 4. Fig. 6 is a schematic view of the partition structure of fig. 5 removed. Referring to fig. 4 to 6, the early-dismantling containment system of the present invention includes:
the supporting structure 10 is arranged around the foundation pit in an enclosing mode;
the partition structure 20 is vertically arranged in the foundation pit, and the two opposite ends of the partition structure 20 are fixedly connected with the corresponding supporting structures 10 so as to realize pit separation;
a support beam 30 transversely fixed on one side of the partition structure 20, and two opposite ends of the support beam 30 are fixedly connected with the corresponding support structures 10; and
the diagonal beam 40 connected to the supporting structure 10 and the support beam 30 is diagonally supported so that the diagonal beam 40 is supported by the support beam 30 after the partition structure 20 is removed.
The present invention adds a support beam 30 to one side of the partition structure 20, and supports the oblique beam 40 with the support beam 30 instead of the partition structure 20. When the partition structure 20 needs to be removed later, the support beams 30 are used for supporting the inclined beams 40, and the integrity and stability of the inclined beams 40 and the supporting structure 10 can still be ensured because the inclined beams 40 are not affected. Welding on a construction site is not needed, so that the working procedures are reduced, and the efficiency is improved. Specifically, the Larsen steel sheet pile is a building foundation plate which is formed by carrying out continuous cold bending deformation on a steel strip and has a Z-shaped, U-shaped or other cross section and can be connected with each other through a locking notch. As a preferred embodiment of the early-dismantling enclosure system of the present invention, it further comprises an isolation layer 50 sandwiched between the support beam 30 and the girt 22. diagonally supporting a diagonal beam connected to the supporting structure and the support beam so as to support the diagonal beam by the support beam after the partition structure is removed,
the partition structure includes:
the steel sheet pile is vertically arranged in the foundation pit, and two opposite ends of the steel sheet pile are fixedly connected with the corresponding supporting structures;
the girt beams are transversely connected to two opposite sides of the steel sheet pile, two opposite ends of each girt beam are fixedly connected with the corresponding supporting structures, and the supporting beams are connected with the corresponding girt beams;
