Description

Color oil for direct spinning of polyamide melt and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a method, in particular to color oil for direct spinning of a polyamide melt and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the field of application of pigments/dyes in high-molecular spinning fibers.
Background
Because of its good strength, good wear resistance, better moisture absorption than polyester fiber, and better comfort of fabric products than polyester clothes, nylon fiber has been widely used in high-grade clothing fabrics, high-grade underwear, sports and leisure clothes, etc. Due to the improvement of spinning technology at home and abroad, at present, most of nylon fiber fabrics are added with part of elastic materials for improving the wear resistance and resilience of the fabrics, so that the dyeing and finishing difficulty of the nylon fabrics is further increased.
The current coloring modes of chinlon are mainly the following three types:
(1) the method is a conventional dyeing mode: dyeing by a normal temperature dyeing machine → (dyeing is started at about 40 ℃ and is kept warm after being heated to a certain temperature) → keeping warm by adding acetic acid → washing by a machine → drying → fixation, and during dyeing, because of the existence of an amino structure group at the tail end of a polyamide molecule, the dyeing is particularly sensitive to acid dyes. The factors influencing the dyeing property of the nylon 6 fiber to the acid dye are mainly heat treatment conditions, pH values and temperatures, and the main method for improving the dyeing property of the acid dye comprises the following steps: adding a leveling agent or other auxiliaries, introducing a special structural group, improving the content of terminal amino groups, carrying out ultrasonic treatment, dyeing in a redox system and the like; however, when the nylon fiber is dyed by the acid dye, troubles such as color grade, streaking, high fixation cost and the like always exist, and the most important point is that the cost of wastewater treatment in the later period is extremely high and a large amount of water resources are wasted;
(2) the dope dyed spinning has better environmental protection performance: colored nylon particles → colored yarns are spun, but the spinning of the nylon stock solution needs to reach a certain amount to ensure the economic value, the color conversion process is troublesome, the stock of materials and products is high, the period is long, and the method has high control difficulty;
(3) is a colored nylon master batch spun colored yarn: the prior commercially available nylon color master batch has the problems of easy blockage of a filter screen spinneret, unstable filter pressure value and the like because the problem of continuous long-time spinning cannot be achieved.
Therefore, the color oil for direct spinning of the nylon melt and the preparation method thereof have the advantages of simple and reasonable process, reduction of dyeing procedures and cost and uniform performance, and are particularly necessary.
