At present, the common concrete micro-foam agent in the market is an anionic surfactant, has surface active effects of air entraining, dispersing, wetting and the like, and mainly takes the air entraining effect as the main part, and mostly belongs to the category of rosin air entraining agents. The common anionic surfactant is mainly rosin sodium salt, however, the concrete micro-foaming agent of the anionic surfactant has the problems of poor stability, poor workability and excessive sensitivity to storage and stirring time in use. Performance evaluation
The performance of the concrete microfoams according to the invention was evaluated in combination with examples 1 to 4, and conventional concrete microfoams on the market.
Firstly, the concrete micro-foam agents obtained in examples 1-4 and the commercially available traditional concrete micro-foam agents are added into concrete of each group, and the concrete added with the concrete micro-foam agents in examples 1-4 and the commercially available traditional concrete micro-foam agents are stored and stirred for 60min, wherein the mixing ratio of the concrete of each group is shown in table 1, the concrete of each group is the same, southern P.O42.5R cement is adopted as the cement, coal ash is II-grade coal ash, mineral powder is S95 mineral powder, fine sand is fine sand with fineness modulus of 1.2, the manufactured sand is manufactured sand with fineness modulus of 3.0, the broken stone is continuous graded broken stone with particle size of 5-25, and the water reducing agent is polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, wherein the amount of the polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent is 2.0% of the total mass of rubber materials including cement, coal ash, PCE, fine sand, PCE, crushed stone and water (PCE is 0% of the commercially available concrete micro-foam agents in examples 1-4), and the commercially available polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent is 0.0%. According to GB8076-2008 concrete admixture and GBT 50081-2002 common concrete mechanical property experiment method, different performance indexes are detected. The results are shown in Table 2.
