Wherein, strontium periodate has killing effect to microalgae cell, can kill some cyanobacterial cells, polyaluminium chloride and chitosan have flocculation effect, form dendritic structure, aggregate algae cell together, form cell wadding, conveniently salvage. Copper sulfate provides copper ions, which assist in flocculation of polyaluminium chloride and chitosan.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of water environment treatment, in particular to a method for removing blue algae in a blue algae water bloom water body.
Background
The urban water body is discharged by domestic wastewater, so that the content of nutrient substances such as nitrogen, phosphorus and the like in the water is very high, and aquatic microalgae such as microcystis and the like are propagated in a large quantity to form water bloom. The bloom-forming cyanobacteria can shield visible light in water on one hand, and consume a large amount of dissolved oxygen in water on the other hand, so that plants, animals and planktonic algae in the water body die greatly, and the water quality is deteriorated. In addition, the microcystis also secretes microcystin, which is harmful to human health.
At present, the treatment means of water bloom are mainly divided into three types, physical method, chemical method and biological method. These methods are superior and inferior, and generally, the problem of water bloom cannot be completely solved by using one method alone. The physical method mainly comprises fishing and ultrasonic crushing, the fishing method is difficult to directly fish out the water bloom algae from the water, and the ultrasonic crushing has poor effect under the condition of high microalgae concentration. The chemical method mainly adopts flocculation, the flocculation can aggregate microalgae into clusters, the fishing is facilitated, the microalgae concentration can be greatly reduced in a short time by combining with the physical method, but the eutrophication of the water body is not essentially eliminated, and the foundation and the possibility of the reoccurrence of the bloom still exist. The biological method generally takes a microbial inoculum as a center, and puts microorganisms capable of absorbing nutrient elements such as nitrogen and phosphorus into water to radically cure the problem of water eutrophication. However, the biological method cannot solve the problem of a large amount of microalgae existing in the water body during the outbreak of the water bloom.
The three methods are complementary to each other. In the actual treatment process, flocculation is an effective method for rapidly reducing the concentration of algae cells in a water body, and a flocculating agent is a key factor for determining flocculation and salvage effects. Therefore, a new flocculant is needed for the treatment of the water bloom water body.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a flocculating agent for treating cyanobacterial bloom, which is characterized by comprising a first solution and a second solution, wherein the first solution contains 50-80ppm of strontium periodate, and the second solution contains 70-90ppm of polyaluminium chloride.
In a preferred embodiment, the second solution further comprises copper sulfate.
In a preferred embodiment, the copper sulfate concentration is between 10 and 20 ppm.

The invention also provides a method for treating the cyanobacterial bloom, which comprises the step of applying the flocculating agent to the cyanobacterial bloom water body to be treated.
In a specific embodiment, the method comprises the steps of:
s1: applying the first solution to the surface of the body of water bloom to be remediated;
s2: applying the second solution to the surface of the body of water bloom to be remediated.
In a preferred embodiment, in S1, after the first solution is uniformly applied on the water surface, the process waits for 20 to 60min before proceeding to S2.
In a preferred embodiment, the second solution is applied 10-20min after step S2, further comprising S3: and uniformly applying the chitosan solution on the water surface of the water bloom water body to be treated.
In a preferred embodiment, the concentration of the chitosan solution is 1%.
The flocculating agent and the flocculating method can quickly flocculate the blue algae cells in the water bloom water body, reduce the concentration of the algae cells in the water and effectively clarify the water quality in a short time.
