Abstract

On the premise that the country vigorously develops green fabricated buildings, the multi-cavity steel plate shear wall is used more and more. Because the welding production workload of the multi-cavity steel plate shear wall is large, the traditional manual tailor-welding can not meet the market requirement at present due to the defects of large labor intensity, low production efficiency, difficult guarantee of processing requirement and the like.
The appearance of the multi-cavity steel plate shear wall automatic production line solves the defect and simultaneously becomes the first domestic shear wall automatic production line.
Because the workpiece is arranged at the turnover mechanism on the conveying roller way of the production line, the position is easy to deviate, the workpiece cannot reach the ideal position when being turned over, and the problem is urgently needed to be solved, otherwise, the production continuity is influenced.

the linear guide rail pair is respectively assembled on the front side plate and the rear side plate, a sliding block is arranged on the linear guide rail pair in a sliding manner, a connecting plate is vertically arranged at the bottom of the pushing frame, and the bottom of the connecting plate is fixedly connected with the sliding block;
a pushing frame assembly is assembled in the machine frame.
Further, the pushing frame assembly comprises an air cylinder, an air cylinder fixing seat, an air cylinder joint, a flange seat, a linear bearing and a guide shaft;
the cylinder fixing seat is arranged on a bottom plate of the frame, wherein the front end of the cylinder is connected and assembled with the cylinder fixing seat, the tail end of the cylinder is propped against the inner wall of the left frame body, the front end of a cylinder shaft of the cylinder is fixed in a cylinder joint arranged on the supporting plate,
the upper part of the cylinder fixing seat is provided with a linear bearing, a guide shaft is inserted in the linear bearing,

The front end of the cylinder 1.9 is provided with an adjusting screw 1.11 to adjust the cylinder level.
