An automatic box sealing machine is used for sealing a box body in a folding mode, the box body comprises a top cover and a box bottom, and the top cover comprises side edge portions and lug portions and is characterized by comprising a control module, a driving module, a conveying assembly used for conveying the box body, and a side edge folding assembly and a lug folding assembly which are sequentially arranged along the conveying direction of the conveying assembly; roll over the side subassembly and be used for rolling over the seal side portion, roll over the ear subassembly and be used for rolling over the seal the ear, control module electric connection in drive module, conveyor components roll over the side subassembly with roll over the ear subassembly all connect in drive module.
2. The automatic box sealing machine of claim 1, wherein the side folding assembly comprises a supporting mechanism, a fixing mechanism and a folding mechanism, and the supporting mechanism, the fixing mechanism and the folding mechanism are all connected to the driving module.

The automatic box sealing machine according to claim 2, wherein the supporting mechanism comprises a first rotating shaft and a rear stop lever, an axial direction of the first rotating shaft is perpendicular to a conveying direction of the conveying assembly, the rear stop lever is arranged on the first rotating shaft, and the first rotating shaft is connected with the driving module and can rotate around an axis of the first rotating shaft; when the first rotating shaft rotates, the rear stop lever is pressed downwards to seal the side edge part.

The automatic box sealing machine according to claim 3, wherein the fixing mechanism comprises a second rotating shaft and a front pressing rod, the axial direction of the second rotating shaft is perpendicular to the conveying direction of the conveying assembly, the front pressing rod is arranged on the second rotating shaft, the second rotating shaft is connected with the driving module and can rotate around the axis of the second rotating shaft, and when the second rotating shaft rotates, the front pressing rod and the rear blocking rod are matched and clamped to fix the top cover.

The automatic box sealing machine according to claim 2, wherein the edge folding mechanism comprises a side pressing plate and a third rotating shaft, the axial direction of the third rotating shaft is perpendicular to the conveying direction of the conveying assembly, the side pressing plate is arranged on the third rotating shaft, the third rotating shaft is connected with the driving module and can rotate around the axis of the third rotating shaft, and the third rotating shaft drives the side pressing plate to fold the side edge part when rotating.
6. The automatic box sealing machine of claim 1, wherein the tucker tab assembly comprises:
the two ends of the first frame body extend downwards and are opposite to the lug parts;
the second frame body is arranged at the upper part of the first frame body and is connected with the first frame body through an elastic component;
the limiting block is arranged below the end part of the first frame body;
the pressing block is arranged in the middle of the first frame body and extends downwards;
the scraping plates are rigidly connected to a fourth rotating shaft, and two ends of the fourth rotating shaft are respectively arranged at two ends of the first frame body and are rotatably connected to two ends of the second frame body;

The automatic box sealing machine according to claim 1, wherein the conveying assembly comprises a belt conveying section, a push rod conveying section and a drag chain conveying section in sequence along a conveying direction, and the belt conveying section, the push rod conveying section and the drag chain conveying section are all connected to the driving module.

The automatic box sealing machine of claim 8, wherein the push rod conveying section comprises a push rod connected to the driving module, the push rod can push the box body to move along the conveying direction of the conveying assembly; the drag chain conveying section comprises a sliding seat, a drag chain connected to the driving module and a carrying platform used for bearing the box body, wherein the carrying platform is arranged at the top of the drag chain, and the carrying platform can slide on the sliding seat.
10. A box sealing method of an automatic box sealing machine according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized by comprising the steps of:
s1, the control module controls the driving module to drive the conveying assembly to convey the box body to the position of the side folding assembly;
s2, the driving module drives the side folding component to fold and seal the side part of the box body;
s3, the control module controls the driving module to drive the conveying assembly to convey the box body to the position of the folding lug assembly;
s4, the driving module drives the folding lug assembly to fold and seal the lug part of the box body.
