Abstract
The invention discloses an oil filler box hinge assembly with an opening and closing prompt function, which comprises an oil filler box, a Hall sensor, an oil filler cover and an induction magnet, wherein the Hall sensor is arranged on the oil filler box; the Hall sensor is arranged on the oil filler box and connected with the ECU module; the oil filler cover is pivotally connected with the oil filler box to open or close the oil filler box; the induction magnet is arranged on the oil filling port box; when the oil filler cover is opened, the induction magnet is far away from the Hall sensor, the Hall sensor knows that the oil filler cover is opened through electromagnetic induction, and transmits an opening signal to the ECU module so as to display and remind that the oil filler cover is opened; when the filler cap is closed, the induction magnet is close to the Hall sensor, the Hall sensor learns that the filler cap is closed through electromagnetic induction, and transmits a closing signal to the ECU module, so that the filler cap is reminded to be closed through display. Description
Technical Field

Background
With the increasing environmental protection requirement and the implementation of the national six-emission regulations, the high-pressure oil tank also meets the national six-emission regulations. Considering the safety of fuel filling, the opening and closing prompt function is required to be provided at the position of the fuel filler cap. The function of realizing the prompt of opening and closing the oil filler cover in the current market is realized by adopting a 4PIN actuator and a 2PIN actuator to integrate a contact switch or a microswitch. When the 4PIN actuator is adopted, the installation space of the actuator has larger requirements, so the size of the oil filler cover is limited and the modeling style of a new automobile type is limited. The implementation is difficult on the FL project which is modified and developed in a small range on the basis of the old vehicle model. When the design scheme of the 2PIN actuator and the contact switch or the microswitch is adopted, the waterproof problem needs to be considered when the contact switch or the microswitch is arranged at a locking position, and the quality problem is easily caused by waterproof failure; when the plastic is arranged at the pin shaft, the water absorption characteristic of the plastic causes the size of the material to change, the quality risk of failure exists, and the reliability is poor.
