the ratchet bars (304) are arranged between one sides of the first guide rods (302) on the same side in a sliding manner;
two second springs (303) are connected between the ratchet bar (304) and the second support frame (301), and the second springs (303) are respectively sleeved on the first guide rod (302);
ratchet (305), ratchet (305) are equipped with on first bull stick (205) both sides, and homonymy ratchet (305) mutually support with ratchet (304).

the push rod (702) is arranged at the upper part of the fourth support frame (701) in a sliding manner;
a second movable frame (703), wherein one side of the push rod (702) is provided with the second movable frame (703);
the contact frame (704) is arranged on two sides of the top of the second movable frame (703);
a fifth spring (705), wherein the fifth spring (705) is connected between the second movable frame (703) and the fourth support frame (701), and the fifth spring (705) is sleeved on the push rod (702);
a third bearing (706), wherein the third bearing (706) is rotatably arranged on two sides of the first rotating rod (205);
and the third contact rod (707) is arranged on one side of the third bearing (706), and the third contact rod (707) is in sliding fit with the contact frame (704) on the same side.
