Abstract
The invention discloses a disc type milling cutter and a method for preventing glue overflow during edge sealing of a plate, wherein the disc type milling cutter comprises a cutter body and cutter teeth arranged on the outer circular surface of the cutter body, and the cutting profile of the cutter teeth is an arc; the method is characterized in that the height of a disc-type milling cutter is adjusted according to the thickness of a plate, and the cutting end face of the plate is processed into an arc surface by using cutter teeth with arc-shaped cutting outlines of the disc-type milling cutter, so that a glue containing space is formed between the plate and a decorative edge sealing strip. The invention solves the problems that the edge banding strips are not firmly attached and glue overflow is easy to occur when the edge banding is carried out on the existing plate material for the plate furniture.
