As a preferable scheme of the invention, a hydraulic cylinder is arranged in the upright post, and the door-shaped frame is driven by the hydraulic cylinder to move vertically.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, the welding mechanical arm is a six-axis mechanical arm or a seven-axis mechanical arm.
The invention also provides a welding method of the automatic shield tunneling machine cutter head welding equipment, which comprises the following steps:
firstly, hoisting a cutter head of a shield machine to be welded to a working interval of the small gantry crane by using the large gantry crane, then hoisting a cutter head of the next shield machine to be welded, and sequentially placing the cutter heads of the shield machines to be welded, which are hoisted to the working interval of the small gantry crane, at intervals along the longitudinal direction;
step two, the small gantry crane sequentially welds the cutter heads of the shield tunneling machines to be welded through the welding mechanical arm according to the sequence of the large gantry crane for hoisting the cutter heads of the shield tunneling machines to be welded;
and step three, after the cutter head of the shield machine to be welded is welded, the large gantry crane hoists and moves away the cutter head of the shield machine which finishes welding, and then hoists and moves a new cutter head of the shield machine to be welded to the position where the removed cutter head of the shield machine finishes welding.
Compared with the prior art, the automatic welding equipment for the cutter head of the shield tunneling machine and the welding method thereof have the beneficial effects that:
in the invention, the cutter head of the shield machine to be welded is hoisted to the working area of the small gantry crane by the large gantry crane, and the cutter head of the shield machine which finishes welding can be hoisted away from the working area of the small gantry crane, and the small gantry crane can weld the cutter head of the shield machine to be welded, which is arranged in the working area; the large gantry crane and the small gantry crane cooperate to enable the cutter head of the shield machine to be capable of lifting other cutter heads of the shield machine during welding, so that the cooperation capacity of carrying and welding is improved, the production efficiency is improved, and the labor intensity and the labor cost of workers are reduced.

As shown in fig. 1, the automatic welding equipment for the cutter head of the shield tunneling machine according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a large gantry crane 1 and a small gantry crane 2, wherein the small gantry crane 2 is located in a working area of the large gantry crane 1, the large gantry crane 1 includes two first longitudinal guide rails 11 respectively erected at two sides of the large gantry crane 1, a crane cross beam 12 transversely arranged between the first longitudinal guide rails 11 at the two sides and capable of longitudinally moving along the first longitudinal guide rails 11, and a first crane 13 capable of transversely moving along the crane cross beam 12, the first crane 13 is provided with a winch 14, the shield tunneling machine cutter head 3 is moved forward and backward by the first longitudinal guide rails 11, the shield tunneling machine cutter head 3 is moved left and right by the crane cross beam 12, and the shield tunneling machine cutter head 3 is moved up and down by the winch 14 on the first crane 13; the small gantry crane 2 comprises two second longitudinal guide rails 21 respectively laid on two sides of the small gantry crane 2, two upright posts 22 respectively vertically arranged on the second longitudinal guide rails 21 on the two sides and capable of longitudinally moving along the second longitudinal guide rails 21, a portal frame 23 with two ends respectively connected to the upright posts 22 on the two sides and capable of vertically moving along the upright posts 22, and a second crane 24 capable of transversely moving along a cross beam of the portal frame 23, the shield tunneling machine cutterhead 3 moves back and forth through the second longitudinal guide rails 21, the shield tunneling machine cutterhead 3 moves left and right through the cross beam of the portal frame 23, and a welding mechanical arm 25 is arranged on the second crane 24.
In order to improve the moving stability, a hydraulic cylinder is arranged in the upright column 22, and the door-shaped frame 23 is driven by the hydraulic cylinder to move vertically.
Illustratively, the welding mechanical arm 25 is a six-axis mechanical arm or a seven-axis mechanical arm, so that the welding mechanical arm 25 has high degree of freedom and flexibility, is suitable for welding work in almost any track or angle, ensures good welding effect, and greatly improves production efficiency.

and step three, after the welding of the shield machine cutterhead 3 to be welded is completed, the large gantry crane 1 lifts and moves away the welded shield machine cutterhead 3, and then lifts and moves a new shield machine cutterhead 3 to the position where the removed welded shield machine cutterhead 3 is placed.
In summary, the cutter head 3 of the shield machine to be welded is hoisted to the working area of the small gantry crane 2 through the large gantry crane 1, the cutter head 3 of the shield machine which completes welding can be hoisted away from the working area of the small gantry crane 2, and the small gantry crane 2 can weld the cutter head 3 of the shield machine to be welded which is arranged in the working area; through the cooperation of the large gantry crane 1 and the small gantry crane 2, the shield machine cutter head 3 can be used for hoisting other shield machine cutter heads 3 during welding, so that the cooperation capacity of carrying and welding is improved, the production efficiency is improved, and the labor intensity and the labor cost of workers are reduced.

2. The automatic shield tunneling machine cutterhead welding apparatus of claim 1, wherein a hydraulic cylinder is provided in said column, and said gantry is driven by said hydraulic cylinder to move vertically.
3. The automatic shield tunneling machine cutterhead welding apparatus of claim 1, wherein said welding robot is a six-axis robot or a seven-axis robot.
4. A welding method using the automatic shield tunneling machine cutterhead welding equipment according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized by comprising the steps of:
firstly, hoisting a cutter head of a shield machine to be welded to a working interval of the small gantry crane by using the large gantry crane, then hoisting a cutter head of the next shield machine to be welded, and sequentially placing the cutter heads of the shield machines to be welded, which are hoisted to the working interval of the small gantry crane, at intervals along the longitudinal direction;
step two, the small gantry crane sequentially welds the cutter heads of the shield tunneling machines to be welded through the welding mechanical arm according to the sequence of the large gantry crane for hoisting the cutter heads of the shield tunneling machines to be welded;
and step three, after the cutter head of the shield machine to be welded is welded, the large gantry crane hoists and moves away the cutter head of the shield machine which finishes welding, and then hoists and moves a new cutter head of the shield machine to be welded to the position where the removed cutter head of the shield machine finishes welding.
