Simple cross-section bar for example elastic material's processing, the complicated cross-section bar is drawn to the fixed mould that traditional mode generally adopted, can't produce with the fixed mould because of the fixed mould is difficult to make, generally adopts the combination to roll the drawing mechanism mould to draw at present and produces, can't stabilize batch production to the complicated cross-section bar that has the disc and have the technological property requirement with traditional fixed mould and assembling die.
The existing roll drawing die frame has the defects that: the disc shape, the flatness and the ring diameter of the section bar are difficult to be stably controlled in the production process, and the application range of the section bar is limited.

the rear end of the rotating plate is fixedly connected with a fixing plate, the first screw, the second screw, the third screw and the fourth screw are all fixedly installed at the rear end of the fixing plate, the first screw is located below the second screw, the fourth screw is located below the third screw, the first screw is located on one side of the fourth screw, and the first screw, the second screw, the third screw and the fourth screw all penetrate through the rolling-pulling mechanism;
the outer surfaces of the first screw, the second screw, the third screw and the fourth screw are fixedly provided with a positioning frame, a first straightening frame, a second straightening frame, a third straightening frame, a first guide frame, a second guide frame and a third guide frame.

As a further improvement of the invention: the front end of the rolling and pulling mechanism is provided with a rolling and pulling groove close to the middle, the inside of the rolling and pulling mechanism is rotatably connected with a first rolling and pulling wheel, a second rolling and pulling wheel, a third rolling and pulling wheel and a fourth rolling and pulling wheel, the first rolling and pulling wheel and the third rolling and pulling wheel are horizontally distributed in the rolling and pulling mechanism and close to the positions on two sides, and the second rolling and pulling wheel and the fourth rolling and pulling wheel are vertically distributed in the rolling and pulling mechanism and close to the positions above and below.

step two: after a processing material passes through positioning wheels on a plurality of first vertical rollers for positioning, the processing material passes through a rotating plate and a limiting ring to be wound and taken up with a roller, after a processing material is taken up for a circle, the rotating plate is rotated leftwards and rightwards, the angle between the rotating plate and a connecting frame is adjusted, the processing material passes through the connecting frame and is tightly attached to the side surface of the roller, so that the processing material does not turn over when passing through the rotating plate and the limiting ring, and the rotating plate and the connecting frame are fixed by threads through a fixing clamp and a fourth locking screw;
step three: the connecting frame is rotated left and right according to the diameter of the ring of the processing material, the connecting frame drives the rolling and pulling mechanism to rotate together with the processing material when rotating left and right, so that the diameter of the ring of the processing material reaches a preset standard diameter, and the connecting frame and the fixed transverse plate are fixed in a threaded manner through a plurality of first locking screws and limiting grooves;

on one aspect of the invention, through the matched use of the rotating plate, the fixed plate and the limiting ring, the problem that the periphery of the material is not stressed uniformly and is easy to turn over when the material is processed and stretched in the prior art can be solved, after the processing material is taken up for a circle, the rotating plate is rotated left and right, the angle between the rotating plate and the connecting frame is adjusted, the processing material is tightly attached to the side surface of the roller when passing through the connecting frame, so that the processing material is not turned over when passing through the rotating plate and the limiting ring, the rotating plate and the connecting frame are fixed through the fixing clamp and the fourth locking screw in a threaded manner, the periphery of the material is stressed uniformly when being processed and stretched, the turning is avoided, and the efficiency of processing and winding the material is improved;
on the other hand, the problem that the ring diameter cannot be adjusted according to the processing material can be solved by matching the connecting frame, the first locking screw and the limiting groove; the connecting frame is rotated left and right, the rolling and pulling mechanism and the processing material are driven to rotate together when the connecting frame rotates left and right, the circle diameter of the processing material reaches a preset standard circle diameter, the connecting frame and the fixed transverse plate are fixed through a plurality of first locking screws and limiting grooves in a threaded mode, and the processing quality of the processing material can be effectively improved;
in other aspects disclosed by the invention, the problem of head warping during material processing and stretching can be solved by matching the arranged backing plate with the third locking screw; according to the first angle of sticking up of processing material, with the fixed diaphragm be close to one side of cylinder and reciprocate for fixed diaphragm keeps predetermined angle through a plurality of backing plate and connection bottom plate, carries out the thread tightening through third locking screw with fixed diaphragm and connection bottom plate, can effectively improve tensile material's tensile effect, avoids the first influence processingquality that sticks up of processing material.

As shown in fig. 1-5, a novel roll drawing die carrier comprises a supporting seat 1, a roller 2, a connecting frame 3, a rotating plate 24, a first screw 12, a second screw 13, a third screw 14, a fourth screw 15 and a roll drawing mechanism 20, wherein the roller 2 is installed at a position, close to the front, of the upper end of the supporting seat 1, the connecting frame 3 is connected at a position, close to the rear, of the upper end of the supporting seat 1, the rotating plate 24 is rotatably connected at a position, close to the middle, of the rear end of the connecting frame 3, a connecting groove is formed in the middle of the rear surface of the connecting frame 3, a limiting ring 11 is fixedly connected to the front end of the rotating plate 24, and a connecting ring 10 is fixedly installed on the outer surface of the connecting frame 3;
the rear end of the rotating plate 24 is fixedly connected with a fixing plate 25, the first screw 12, the second screw 13, the third screw 14 and the fourth screw 15 are all fixedly mounted at the rear end of the fixing plate 25, the first screw 12 is located below the second screw 13, the fourth screw 15 is located below the third screw 14, the first screw 12 is located on one side of the fourth screw 15, and the first screw 12, the second screw 13, the third screw 14 and the fourth screw 15 all penetrate through the rolling-pulling mechanism 20;
the outer surfaces of the first screw 12, the second screw 13, the third screw 14 and the fourth screw 15 are all fixedly provided with a positioning frame 16, a first straightening frame 17, a second straightening frame 18, a third straightening frame 19, a first guide frame 21, a second guide frame 22 and a third guide frame 26.

The plurality of first vertical rolls 28 are vertically arranged in the positioning frame 16, the first straightening rolls 29 are horizontally arranged in the first straightening frame 17 at a position close to the lower part, the second straightening rolls 30 are horizontally arranged in the second straightening frame 18 at a position close to the upper part, the third straightening rolls 31 are horizontally arranged in the third straightening frame 19 at a position close to the lower part, the plurality of fourth straightening rolls 32 are horizontally arranged in the third guide frame 26, the plurality of second vertical rolls 33 are vertically arranged in the first guide frame 21, and the plurality of fifth straightening rolls 34 are horizontally arranged in the second guide frame 22.
The front end of the rolling and pulling mechanism 20 is provided with a rolling and pulling groove near the middle, the interior of the rolling and pulling mechanism 20 is rotatably connected with a first rolling and pulling wheel 35, a second rolling and pulling wheel 36, a third rolling and pulling wheel 37 and a fourth rolling and pulling wheel 38, the first rolling and pulling wheel 35 and the third rolling and pulling wheel 37 are horizontally distributed in the interior of the rolling and pulling mechanism 20 near the two sides, and the second rolling and pulling wheel 36 and the fourth rolling and pulling wheel 38 are vertically distributed in the interior of the rolling and pulling mechanism 20 near the upper and lower parts.
Positioning wheels are fixedly mounted on the outer surfaces of the first vertical roll 28 and the second vertical roll 33 close to the middle, straightening wheels are fixedly mounted on the outer surfaces of the first straightening roll 29, the second straightening roll 30 and the third straightening roll 31 close to the middle, and guide wheels are fixedly mounted on the outer surfaces of the fourth straightening roll 32 and the fifth straightening roll 34 close to the middle.
The upper end of link 3 is fixed with connects diaphragm 27, the fixation clamp 23 is installed to the upper end of connecting diaphragm 27, the fourth locking screw is installed to the rear end of fixation clamp 23, rotor plate 24 is close to the position below through the fourth locking screw block in the inside of fixation clamp 23, the position that the upper surface of link 3 is close to the place ahead is provided with two sets of spacing grooves.

step two: after a processing material passes through positioning wheels on a plurality of first vertical rollers 28 for positioning, the processing material passes through the rotating plate 24 and the limiting ring 11 to be wound and taken up with the roller 2, after a circle of processing blanking is taken up, the rotating plate 24 is rotated left and right, the angle between the rotating plate 24 and the connecting frame 3 is adjusted, the processing material is tightly attached to the side surface of the roller 2 when passing through the connecting frame 3, so that the processing material does not turn over when passing through the rotating plate 24 and the limiting ring 11, and the rotating plate 24 and the connecting frame 3 are fixed by threads through a fixing clamp 23 and a fourth locking screw;
step three: the connecting frame 3 is rotated left and right according to the diameter of the ring of the processing material, the connecting frame 3 drives the rolling and pulling mechanism 20 to rotate together with the processing material when rotating left and right, so that the diameter of the ring of the processing material reaches a preset standard diameter, and the connecting frame 3 and the fixed transverse plate 4 are fixed in a threaded manner through a plurality of first locking screws 7 and limiting grooves;
