In an embodiment of the present invention, in the integrated intelligent ex-situ stabilization repair device, the control system 101 is disposed on an integrated control board, and the integrated control board further includes an analog-to-digital conversion module, a digital-to-analog conversion module, a memory, and an AI chip. The control system 101 communicates with the intelligent crushing and screening device 102, the intelligent dosing and stirring device 104 and the medicament containing device 103 through ethernet and/or USB.
The embodiment also provides an integrated intelligent ex-situ stabilization repair method, which comprises the following steps: the control system 101 sends a soil receiving control instruction to the intelligent crushing and screening device 102; the intelligent crushing and screening device 102 receives the polluted soil according to the soil receiving control instruction, and crushes and screens the polluted soil for conveying to the intelligent dosing and stirring device 104; the control system 101 sends a dosing control instruction to the medicament containing device 103; the medicament accommodating device 103 conveys medicaments to the intelligent dosing and stirring device 104 according to the dosing control instruction; the control system 101 also sends a stirring control instruction to the intelligent dosing and stirring device 104; the intelligent dosing and stirring device 104 stirs the mixture of the polluted soil and the medicament according to the stirring control instruction; the control system 101 sends a discharging control instruction to the intelligent dosing and stirring device 104; and the intelligent dosing and stirring device 104 discharges the soil after stopping stirring according to the discharge control instruction.

The medicament container 103 includes a medicament canister, a pressure pump, and a medicament delivery tube. The pressure pump pumps the medicament in the medicament tank into the intelligent medicament feeding and stirring device 104 through the medicament conveying pipe, after stirring is completed, the near infrared spectrum detector 106 detects the change of H-O key peak data in the soil through multiple angles, the detection data is sent to the control system 101, the control system 101 judges the solid-liquid ratio of the soil and water in the soil through a stirring uniformity judgment algorithm so as to judge the uniformity degree of stirring of the soil and the solidification stabilization medicament, if the uniformity degree is judged, a stirring control instruction is sent to continue stirring, if the uniformity degree is judged, discharging is carried out, and then maintenance is carried out; and sampling and monitoring the repaired soil after the soil is maintained in the maintenance area for not less than 5 days, and completing the repair after the monitoring is qualified.
As shown in fig. 3, the control system 101 includes a dosing control core algorithm module (for calculating the amount of the chemical agent), a dosing control instruction module (for sending a dosing control instruction), a stirring control instruction module (for sending a stirring control instruction), a stirring uniformity determination algorithm module (for determining whether the stirring is uniform), and a fault reason display signal module (for outputting a fault reason, sending an early warning signal, etc.) of software; the device also comprises a hardware part which comprises various sensors (namely a first weighing device, a second weighing device, a near infrared spectrum detector, a heavy metal detector and the like) and an integrated control board.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. in the aspect of repair efficiency, the invention integrates screening, dosing and stirring, solves the problem of separation of screening, dosing and stirring equipment, and improves the repair efficiency by 10-15%;
2. in the aspect of judging the stirring uniformity, whether the soil and the medicament are stirred and mixed uniformly or not is intelligently judged through a stirring uniformity judging algorithm, and the problem that the stirring effect cannot be judged in the prior art is solved;
3. in the aspect of intellectualization, the solidification and stabilization process of the invention realizes intellectualization in the whole process, does not need manual participation and saves labor cost.

Claims (6)

1. An integrated intelligent ex-situ stabilization repair device, comprising:
a control system configured to perform the following actions:
sending a soil receiving control instruction to the intelligent crushing and screening device;
sending a dosing control instruction to the medicament accommodating device; and
sending a stirring control instruction and a discharging control instruction to the intelligent dosing stirring device;
the intelligent crushing and screening device is configured to receive the polluted soil according to the soil receiving control instruction, and crush and screen the polluted soil for conveying to the intelligent dosing and stirring device;
the medicament containing device is configured to convey medicament to the intelligent dosing and stirring device according to the dosing control instruction; and
a smart medicated agitation device configured to perform the following actions:
stirring the mixture of the polluted soil and the medicament according to the stirring control instruction; and
discharging the soil after stopping stirring according to the discharging control instruction;
a housing;
the shell forms an accommodating space, the top end main bearing structure is positioned at the upper part of the accommodating space, and the bottom end main bearing structure is positioned at the lower part of the accommodating space;
the intelligent crushing and screening device comprises a feed hopper, wherein openings are formed in the top and the bottom of the feed hopper, and a top end main bearing structure exerts supporting force on the feed hopper;
the intelligent dosing and stirring device comprises a material containing bin with an opening at the top, and the bottom end main bearing structure exerts supporting force on the material containing bin;
the medicament containing device is arranged on the side wall of the storage bin, and a liquid channel is arranged between the medicament containing device and the storage bin;
the polluted soil entering from the feed hopper falls into a material containing bin after being screened and crushed;
the first weighing device is arranged at the bottom of the intelligent dosing and stirring device;
the first weighing device detects the weight of the soil in the intelligent dosing and stirring device for conveying to a control system;
when the soil weight reaches a first threshold value, a soil receiving control instruction sent by a control system carries out first threshold value skip;
the intelligent crushing and screening device is provided with a crushing gear;
the crushing gear enables the polluted soil to be discharged in the rotary crushing process and fall into the material containing bin; after the intelligent crushing and screening device detects that the soil receives a control instruction and performs first threshold value jumping, the crushing gear stops rotating so that the polluted soil is bonded on the side wall of the feed hopper to realize soil blockage;
heavy metal detector, wherein:
during feeding, the heavy metal detector detects the concentration of the heavy metal in the soil in the intelligent dosing and stirring device for multiple times in each unit time;
selecting a maximum detection value of the concentration of the heavy metal in the soil, and sending the maximum detection value to a control system;
the control system calculates the dosage of the medicament by adopting a dosing control core algorithm according to the maximum detection value of the concentration of the heavy metal in the soil and the weight of the soil;
the control system forms a dosing control instruction according to the dosage of the medicament;
the intelligent screening and crushing device realizes screening and crushing composite functions, construction links are reduced, the intelligent dosing and stirring device is positioned below the intelligent screening and crushing device and receives screened and crushed soil materials, a feeding hole of the intelligent dosing and stirring device is simultaneously connected with the medicament containing device, and a discharging hole is formed in the bottom of the intelligent dosing and stirring device;
the control system controls the intelligent dosing and stirring device to enter the soil with the same weight every time, and the feeding is automatically stopped after the soil weight reaches a threshold value;
the heavy metal detector detects the soil once every 2 minutes in the soil feeding process, the soil is continuously detected for 3 times, the control system takes the maximum value of the 3 detection data as a heavy metal pollution concentration value, after the feeding is stopped, the control system calculates the addition amount of the medicament according to the concentration of the heavy metal pollutants and the weight of the soil, a dosing control instruction is formed and sent to the medicament containing device, and the medicament containing device adds the medicament according to the dosing control instruction; the medicament containing device comprises a medicament tank, a pressure pump and a medicament conveying pipe;
the pressure pump pumps the medicament in the medicament tank into the intelligent dosing and stirring device through the medicament conveying pipe, after stirring is completed, the near infrared spectrum detector detects H-O key peak data change in soil through multiple angles, detected data are sent to the control system, the control system judges the solid-liquid ratio of the soil and water in the soil through a stirring uniformity judgment algorithm so as to judge the uniformity degree of stirring of the soil and the solidification and stabilization medicament, if the uniformity degree is judged, a stirring control instruction is sent to continue stirring, if the uniformity degree is judged, discharging is carried out, and then maintenance is carried out; and sampling and monitoring the repaired soil after the soil is maintained in the maintenance area for not less than 5 days, and completing the repair after the monitoring is qualified.
2. The integrated intelligent ex-situ stabilization repair device of claim 1, wherein:
the pressure pump pumps the medicament in the medicament tank into the intelligent dosing and stirring device through the medicament conveying pipe;
the bottom end of the medicament tank is provided with a second weighing device, and the second weighing device detects the weight of the medicament in the medicament tank for conveying to a control system;
the medicine containing device adds medicine after receiving the medicine adding control instruction, and when the weight of the medicine reaches a second threshold value, the medicine adding control instruction sent by the control system carries out second threshold value skip;
and after the medicament containing device detects that the dosing control instruction carries out second threshold value jumping, the pressure pump stops.
3. The integrated intelligent ex-situ stabilization repair device according to claim 1, wherein the near infrared spectrum detector is arranged on the side wall of the intelligent dosing and stirring device;
the control system sets a stirring period threshold in the stirring control instruction;
when the stirring time of the intelligent dosing stirring device reaches the stirring period threshold value, stopping stirring;
the near infrared spectrum detector detects the change of H-O bond peak data in the soil in multiple angles and sends the detection data to the control system;
the control system judges the solid-liquid ratio of soil and water in the soil through a stirring uniformity judgment algorithm so as to judge the uniformity degree of stirring of the soil and the medicament;
if the stirring is not uniform, a new stirring control instruction is sent to enable the intelligent dosing stirring device to continue stirring, and if the stirring is uniform, a discharging control instruction is sent.

The integrated intelligent ex-situ stabilization repair device according to claim 1, wherein the control system is arranged on an integrated control board, and the integrated control board further comprises an analog-to-digital conversion module, a digital-to-analog conversion module, a memory and an AI chip.
5. The integrated intelligent ex-situ stabilization repair device according to claim 1, wherein the control system communicates with the intelligent crushing and screening device, the intelligent dosing and stirring device and the medicament containing device through Ethernet and/or USB.
6. An integrated intelligent ex-situ stabilized repair method implemented by a repair device according to any of claims 1 to 5, comprising:
sending a soil receiving control instruction to the intelligent crushing and screening device by the control system;
the intelligent crushing and screening device receives the polluted soil according to the soil receiving control instruction, and crushes and screens the polluted soil so as to convey the polluted soil to the intelligent dosing and stirring device;
sending a dosing control instruction to the medicament containing device by the control system;
the medicament accommodating device conveys medicaments to the intelligent medicament feeding and stirring device according to the medicament feeding control instruction;
sending a stirring control instruction to the intelligent dosing and stirring device by the control system;
stirring the mixture of the polluted soil and the medicament by the intelligent dosing and stirring device according to the stirring control instruction;
a control system sends a discharging control instruction to the intelligent dosing and stirring device; and
and the intelligent dosing stirring device is used for discharging the soil after stopping stirring according to the discharging control instruction.
