a first adhesive tape (1034) is sewn on the bottom surface of the binding band (103) on one side of the winding band (1031), a surrounding band (1032) is integrally formed on one end surface of the binding band (103), and a second adhesive tape (1033) is sewn on one side surface of the surrounding band (1032);
