Compared with the example 1, the method of the invention is the same as the example 1 except that the padding process is to pad the fabric with the antiviral and antibacterial finishing agent (padding ratio 70%, 0 ℃), then to dry (80 ℃), and then to conduct high-temperature tentering (140 ℃, 4 min).
Example 4
In comparison with example 1, in the present example, the same process as in example 1 was repeated except that the padding process was carried out by subjecting the fabric to padding with an antiviral and antibacterial finishing agent (mangle ratio 80%, 30 ℃), then to drying (110 ℃), and then to high temperature tentering (145 ℃, 3 min).
Example 5
In comparison with example 1, in the present example, except that the padding process was to pad the fabric with an antiviral and antibacterial finishing agent (mangle ratio 80%, 20 ℃), then to dry (100 ℃), and then to conduct high temperature tentering (160 ℃, 60s), the same procedure was followed as in example 1.
Example 6
In comparison with example 1, in the present example, except that the padding process was to pad the fabric with an antiviral and antibacterial finishing agent (mangle ratio 80%, 20 ℃), then to dry (100 ℃), and then to conduct high temperature tentering (170 ℃, 30s), the same procedure was followed as in example 1.
Example 7
In comparison with example 1, in the present example, the width of the first adhesive layer 3 was 1.2cm, and the width of the second adhesive layer 4 was 0.1cm, but the present example was the same as example 1.

In comparison with example 1, in the present example, the width of the first adhesive layer 3 was 1cm, and the width of the second adhesive layer 4 was 0.4cm, the same as example 1 was applied.

the antiviral cloth is prepared by padding a fabric with an antiviral and antibacterial finishing agent, drying and tentering; the antiviral antibacterial finishing agent is at least one selected from substituent pyrimidine compounds, substituent pyridine compounds, substituent pyrrole compounds, substituent imidazoline compounds, benzoxazole derivatives, benzothiazole derivatives, thiadiazole derivatives, thiophene derivatives, quinoline derivatives, pyrrolidone derivatives, imidazolidinyl urea derivatives, 2- (4 ' -thiazolyl) benzimidazole and 2, 4, 4 ' -trichloro-2 ' -hydroxydiphenyl ether.
2. The intelligent hemorrhoid prevention underpants patch as claimed in claim 1, wherein a second adhesive layer for mounting the wireless sensor chip is further provided on the antiviral cloth.
3. The hemorrhoid-prevention panty intelligent patch according to claim 1, wherein the antiviral and antibacterial finishing agent is a mixture of 2- (4 '-thiazolyl) benzimidazole and 2, 4, 4' -trichloro-2 '-hydroxydiphenyl ether, and the mass ratio of 2- (4' -thiazolyl) benzimidazole to 2, 4, 4 '-trichloro-2' -hydroxydiphenyl ether is 2-5: 2-5.
4. The intelligent patch for hemorrhoid prevention underpants according to claim 1, wherein a proper amount of nonionic hydrophilic softening agent is further added in the antiviral antibacterial finishing agent.
5. The hemorrhoid prevention panty intelligent patch of claim 1, wherein the fabric is selected from any one of pure woven fabric, blended fabric and interwoven fabric.

The intelligent patch for hemorrhoid prevention underpants according to claim 2, wherein the first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer are made of adhesives, and the adhesives are selected from any one of thermosetting adhesives, hot melt adhesives, room temperature curing adhesives and pressure sensitive adhesives.
7. The hemorrhoid prevention panty intelligent patch according to claim 6, wherein the widths of the first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer are 0.1-1.2cm respectively.
8. A method for preparing hemorrhoid prevention underpants intelligent patch as claimed in any one of claims 1-7, comprising the steps of:
padding the fabric with an antiviral and antibacterial finishing agent, drying and tentering to obtain antiviral cloth; and (3) bonding one side of the antiviral cloth with the first bonding layer, punching the antiviral cloth bonded with the first bonding layer into a required shape, and arranging a wireless sensing chip inside the antiviral cloth to obtain the hemorrhoid prevention underwear intelligent patch.
9. The method for preparing the intelligent patch for hemorrhoid prevention underpants according to claim 8, wherein the padding temperature is 0-30 ℃, and the mangle expression is 70-80 wt%; the drying temperature is 80-110 ℃; the tentering is performed for 3-4min at 140-145 ℃ or 30-60s at 160-170 ℃.
