The chassis is fixed on the skin of a patient by adopting the adhesive, is not easy to adhere firmly, is particularly easy to fall off in the weather that sweat is easy to be produced in summer, and can cause the excrement to leak outwards, thereby causing various problems such as local infection, skin redness, swelling and pain, crumbling, clothes pollution, peculiar smell and the like, and having serious influence on the life quality and psychological health of the patient.
In order to overcome the problem of leakage of stool caused by falling-off of a chassis, the prior art discloses an ostomy accessory, which is characterized in that a compression device is sleeved on an intestinal tract connected with an abdominal wall, a channel between the intestinal tract and a stoma is opened or closed through the compression device, a stool storage device is arranged on the intestinal tract, and a patient sucks out excrement in the stool storage device through a pipeline. However, the compression device is sleeved on the intestinal tract for a long time, so that the problems of ischemia, crumbling, corrosion, infection and the like are easy to occur, and the battery and the like of the compression device need to be arranged in the abdominal cavity, so that the compression device is difficult to use for a long time, and is difficult to popularize and use. Detailed Description

The air bag 4 comprises a main air bag 41 and a side air bag 42, the main air bag 41 is arranged in the intestinal tract 2 and is close to the stoma end, an inner tube 411 is arranged in the main air bag 41, the inner tube 411 is a flexible pipeline, the inner tube 411 can be closed by inflating the main air bag 41, and excrement in the intestinal tract of a patient cannot directly pass through the inner tube 411. The side airbag 42 is disposed within the airbag cavity 3 and communicates with the main airbag 41. The chassis 5 is arranged outside the abdominal wall 1 and connected with the main air bag 41, the chassis 5 is a disc-shaped thin plate, an opening is arranged in the center of the chassis, and the stoma of the abdominal wall 1 of a patient is positioned in the opening of the chassis 5. The chassis 5 is restrained outside the abdominal wall 1 against falling off due to the supporting action of the side air bags 42. The ostomy bag comprises a bag body 9 and a connecting disc 7, the connecting disc 7 comprises a disc body 71 and a connecting tube 8 arranged on the disc body 71 and communicated with the bag body 9, the connecting disc 7 is detachably connected with the chassis 5, and the connecting tube 8 can penetrate through the inner tube 411 and be communicated with the intestinal canal 2. When a patient needs to relieve oneself, the ostomy bag is connected with the chassis 5, the connecting pipe 8 supports the inner pipe 411 to enable the intestinal canal 2 to be communicated with the bag body 9, and excrement in the intestinal canal 2 is discharged into the bag body 9 through the connecting pipe 8. The ostomy bag is disposable or repeatedly used after cleaning, the ostomy bag is detached from the chassis 5 after use, and the inner tube 411 can be automatically closed under the action of gas in the air bag 4 to prevent excrement leakage.
Referring to fig. 1-5, an air valve 6 is disposed on a side of the chassis 5 away from the stoma, an air inflation pipeline 501 is disposed in the chassis 5 to communicate the air valve 6 with the main air bag 41, the air valve 6 may be disposed at any position on the cambered surface of the chassis 5, and the air valve 6 may be used to inflate the air bag 4 or exhaust air in the air bag 4. After evacuating the balloon 4, the balloon 4 and the intestine 2 can be removed. The air bag 4 and chassis 5 may be replaced for a longer period of time, for example, 1 month.
Fig. 6 is an exploded schematic view of the chassis provided by an embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 6, the connection pad 7 further includes: the disc body 71 is provided with a plurality of sliding grooves 711 arranged along the radial direction, and the sliding grooves 711 can be dovetail grooves or T-shaped grooves. The clamping block 72 may be configured as a ring segment 721, a slider 722 is disposed on the ring segment 721, the slider 722 is slidably disposed in the chute 711, the clamping groove 723 is disposed inside the ring segment 721, and a plurality of ring segments 721 surround to form a ring. The connection disc 7 may also be provided as a ring segment and an elastic member, see fig. 6. The disc body 71 is provided with a plurality of sliding grooves 711 arranged along the radial direction, the ring segment 721 is positioned at one side of the disc body 71 and is arranged along the circumferential direction of the disc body 71, and a plurality of ring segments 721 are encircled to form a ring. A clamping groove 723 is formed in the inner side of the ring segment 721, and a boss is arranged on the chassis 5 along the circumferential direction of the chassis, and is used for being clamped with the clamping groove 723. The elastic member is provided in the chute 711, and connects the connection pipe 8 and the ring segment 721. The elastic piece is made of elastic rubber. The connection disc 7 further comprises: a pull cable 74, said pull cable 74 connecting two adjacent said ring segments 721.
