Background
In clinical work, a blood sample of a patient is collected through venipuncture or a medicine is infused into the patient through venipuncture for the purpose of treating diseases, and therefore, venipuncture is one of the most common operations in clinical work. After venipuncture is finished, the puncture part needs to be pressed for hemostasis, a common method is that a patient presses the puncture part by a cotton swab, and the patient often bleeds again or subcutaneous extravasated blood at the puncture part because the pressing method is incorrect or the pressing time is insufficient, so that the hemostasis effect is poor; particularly, when the nurse needs to puncture again after the first venipuncture fails, the patient needs to press to stop bleeding and to puncture again at another place. If the patient does not have the assistance of other people, the patient has no way to press; even when other persons assist in compression hemostasis, the risk of infection of the compression person, particularly through blood-borne diseases, is increased.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the fastening structure is a barb structure, and the barb structure is triangular.

When the hemostatic device is used, the hemostatic device can be subjected to cold treatment in advance, so that the temperature of water in the shell 101 is reduced, the refrigerating substance can react with water to refrigerate when the storage grid is punctured, and the hemostatic device can be subjected to cold treatment firstly and then further refrigerate through the reaction of the refrigerating substance with water. In addition, the intermittent cold compress or the continuous cold compress can be performed at the bleeding position according to the actual use condition.
