The common mops in the market at present have many problems, such as unreasonable structural design, some mops which can be used for wringing water out by hands, and a part of mops which can be used for wringing water out by rotating cannot be well combined with a foldable structure of a flat plate type mop, and wiping materials such as mop cloth and the like are inconvenient to install, poor in dewatering function, do not have the function of cleaning a mop head, and are inconvenient to use.

the invention provides a mop which comprises a mop head, a stretching device, a scraping device, a mop rod and cleaning materials, wherein the mop head comprises a first connecting plate and a second connecting plate, a connecting wall is arranged in the middle of the first connecting plate, the lower end of the mop rod is directly or indirectly connected to the connecting wall of the first connecting plate, the two connecting plates are respectively hinged to two sides of the first connecting plate, the stretching device is sleeved on the mop rod and can move along the axial direction of the mop rod, one end of each of the two cleaning materials is connected to the second connecting plate, the other end of each of the two cleaning materials is connected to the stretching device, through grooves for reciprocating movement of the cleaning materials are formed in two sides of the connecting wall on the first connecting plate, an extruding device is arranged on one side of each through groove, the scraping device is arranged on the other side of each through groove, and the extruding device and the scraping device are used. Through above-mentioned technical scheme, compare in prior art, the mop has had can make the folding function of mop head through stretching device, makes stretching device drive the mop head through the wiper and forms great folding angle, has solved the problem that needs to wring out moisture with the hand, has improved the insufficient problem of folding mop dehydration among the prior art.

As a further improvement of the invention, the opening position of the through groove is adjustable by swinging a squeezing device arranged at one side of the through groove, and a squeezing gap for the wiper to pass through is formed between the squeezing device and the sweeping device.

As a further improvement of the invention, the scraping and sweeping device comprises a wiper plate and a toothed plate, the wiper plate is arranged on two sides of the connecting wall of the first connecting plate, the toothed plate is positioned below the wiper plate, and a gap for passing through the wiping materials is formed among the wiper plate, the toothed plate and the first roller. Through above-mentioned technical scheme, extrusion and cleaning element on the connecting plate can remove thereby stretching device drives the folding effect of accomplishing the dehydration to the mop of mop head during the use.
As a further improvement of the invention, the scraping and sweeping device comprises two rollers II which are arranged in parallel, the rollers II are pivoted on the connecting plate I and positioned below the connecting wall, and a gap for the passing of the wiping materials is formed between the rollers I and the rollers II. Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, for do not have clear technical defect among the prior art to the mop head, set up the pinion rack and can clean mop when the mop dehydration.

Through above-mentioned technical scheme, the lower part of mop pole leans on the piece through setting up the spring and top to realize the mop head for the back-and-forth movement of mop pole, leans on the piece to form the fixed of certain angle through embedding arc recess in the top, and the elasticity degree of embedding is convenient for in the setting of spring.

To further illustrate the technical means and effects of the present invention, the following detailed description of the preferred embodiments, structures, features and effects according to the present invention will be made with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In this embodiment, the directions "up", "down", "left", "right", "front" and "rear" are only the directions of up, down, left, right, front, and rear in the drawings.
Example 1
As shown in figure 1, the mop comprises a mop head 1, a stretching device 2 and a mop rod 3, wherein the mop head 1 is provided with a folding device, the mop head 1 and the mop rod 3 can be connected in a swinging mode, and the stretching device 2 can be axially sleeved on the mop rod 3 in a moving mode.
Referring to fig. 2, the mop head 1 comprises a first connecting plate 11, a second connecting plate 12, a folding device and two mops 13, wherein the two mops 13 are positioned below the first connecting plate 11 and the second connecting plate 12, and the two second connecting plates 12 are respectively connected with the left side and the right side of the first connecting plate 11 in a folding mode through the folding device.
As shown in fig. 2, 3, 4 and 5, the first connecting plate 11 is substantially rectangular, through grooves 111 are formed in the left side and the right side of the first connecting plate 11 close to the middle, the through grooves 111 are through holes which penetrate up and down in a popular sense, a connecting wall 112 is arranged in the middle of the through grooves 111 in the two sides, outward-protruding portions 113 are arranged on the outer edges of the middle positions of the front side and the rear side of the first connecting plate 11, and the protruding portions 113 are used for improving the structural strength of the first connecting plate 11. The connecting wall 112 is integrally connected with the front side and the rear side of the connecting plate I11, a roller I114 and a mounting frame 115 are arranged in the through groove 111, one side of the mounting frame 115 is hinged with the inside of the connecting plate I11, the roller I114 is arranged on the other side of the mounting frame 115, a toothed plate 116 is arranged on the lower surface of the connecting wall 112, triangular water scraping plates 117 extend from two side walls of the connecting wall 112, the water scraping plates 117 are positioned above the toothed plate 116, the water scraping plates 117 and the toothed plate 116 are positioned between the roller I114 at two sides, a gap through which a mop 13 can pass is formed between the roller I114 and the water scraping plates 117, the mounting frame 113 is driven to move upwards when the mop 13 moves upwards through the roller I114, the mounting frame 113 is parallel to the connecting plate I11 in angle, the gap between the roller I114 and the water scraping plates 117 is reduced, the mounting frame 113 is driven to move downwards when the, the gap between the first roller 114 and the wiper blade 117 is enlarged. The connecting plates two 12 are rectangular and have the width equivalent to that of the connecting plates one 11, the two connecting plates two 12 are respectively connected to the left side and the right side of the connecting plates one 11 through folding devices, in other embodiments, the positions of the water scraping plates 117 and the toothed plates 116 can be interchanged, the water scraping plates 117 can be also arranged as the toothed plates for cleaning mops, and the toothed plates 116 can be also arranged as the water scraping plates for squeezing the mops.
Wherein, the opening position of the through groove 111 can be adjusted; the opening position of the through groove 111 is adjustable by swinging the extrusion device arranged on one side of the through groove 111, and an extrusion gap for the wiper to pass through is formed between the extrusion device and the scraping device.
In addition, the opening position of the through groove 111 is adjustable by swinging the wiping device arranged on one side of the through groove 111, and a squeezing gap for the wiper to pass through is formed between the wiping device and the outer side of the through groove 111.
The mounting frame 115 is hinged on the groove wall of the through groove 111, and a limiting device for limiting the mounting frame 115 to rotate between a first rotation limit position and a second rotation limit position is arranged on the groove wall;

As shown in fig. 2, the mop cloth 13 is arranged below the first connecting plate 11 and the second connecting plate 12 on the left and right sides, and is rectangular, the width of the mop cloth 13 is matched with the width of the through groove 111, a first connecting part 131 hung with the second connecting plate 12 is arranged on the upper surface of the mop cloth 13 close to the left side, the first connecting part 131 is of a rope-shaped structure, and two ends of the first connecting part 131 are fixed on the mop cloth 13. The end part of the right side of the mop 13 extends outwards to form two connecting parts 132 which are hung with the stretching device 2, and the two connecting parts 132 are in rope-shaped structures. The mop cloth 13 may be made of absorbent cotton, the first connecting portion 131 and the second connecting portion 132 of the mop cloth 13 may be made of strong cloth or rope, and in other embodiments, the second connecting portion 132 may be a connecting hole formed in the mop cloth 13.
As shown in fig. 6, the folding device includes a folding rotation member 14, a first torsion spring 15, and a second torsion spring 16. The folding rotation member 14 includes a first connecting shaft 141, a second connecting shaft 142, a connecting bridge 143, and a supporting column 144, the supporting column 144 includes a bridging portion 1441 and a limiting portion 1442, the first connecting shaft 141 of the connecting bridge 143 is integrally connected with the second connecting shaft 142, the connecting bridge 143 is installed at a position close to both ends of the first connecting shaft 141 and the second connecting shaft 142, the supporting column 144 is installed on an outer sidewall of the connecting bridge 143 at both sides, and in other embodiments, the supporting column 144 may be installed on an inner sidewall or an upper sidewall or a lower sidewall of the connecting bridge 143.
As shown in fig. 7, 8 and 9, the second connecting plate 12 is connected to two sides of the first connecting plate 11 through a folding device, the first connecting plate 11 comprises a first detachable connecting plate upper cover 118 and a second detachable connecting plate lower cover 119, and two first mounting grooves 1111 are respectively formed in the side walls of the left side and the right side of the first connecting plate upper cover 118 and the side walls of the second connecting plate lower cover 119. The second connecting plate 12 is provided with a second connecting plate upper cover 121 and a second connecting plate lower cover 122 which are detachable, the outer edges of the two second connecting plate lower covers 123 are provided with first fixing parts 123 for hanging the mop 13, the first fixing parts 123 are approximately long-strip-shaped, and hook-shaped structures for preventing the mop 13 from falling off are arranged on two sides of the first fixing parts 123. Two mounting grooves II 124 are respectively arranged on the side wall of one side, connected with the first connecting plate 11, of the second connecting plate upper cover 121 and the second connecting plate lower cover 122, the first mounting groove 1111 and the second mounting groove 124 are used for mounting and placing the folding rotating piece 14, the first connecting shaft 141 is mounted in the first connecting plate 11, the connecting bridge 143 is mounted in the first mounting groove 1111, the second connecting shaft 142 is mounted in the second connecting plate 12, the connecting bridge 143 is mounted in the second mounting groove 124, the first torsion springs 15 are in a group and connected with the first connecting shaft 141, the second torsion springs 16 are in a group and connected with the second connecting shaft 142, the number of the group is two, the coils of the first torsion springs 15 are fixedly connected to the first connecting shaft 141, the coils of the second torsion springs 16 are fixedly connected to the second connecting shaft 142, one ends of the first torsion springs 15 and the second torsion springs 16 abut against the first connecting plate 11 and the second connecting plate.
As shown in fig. 10, the first upper cover 118 of the first connecting plate is provided with a first groove 1181 for accommodating or supporting the first rotating shaft 141 and a first limit groove 1182 for limiting the first torsion spring 15, the second upper cover 121 of the second connecting plate is provided with a second groove 1211 for accommodating or supporting the second rotating shaft 142 and a second limit groove 1212 for limiting the second torsion spring 16, and the folding rotating member 14 drives the second connecting plate 12 to fold at a larger downward angle and rebound upwards through the elastic force and the resistance provided by the first torsion spring 15 and the second torsion spring 16.
As shown in fig. 2, 11 and 12, the stretching device 2 includes a bottom plate 21, a fixing member 22 and a pulling member 23, the fixing member 22 fixedly connects the bottom plate 21 and the pulling member 23, and the pulling member 23 is provided with a pulling post 231. The bottom plate 21 is rectangular, a through hole I211 is formed in the center to enable the mop rod 3 to penetrate through, two fixing parts II 212 used for hanging a connecting part II 131 of the mop 13 are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the position, close to the through hole I211, of the lower surface of the bottom plate 21, the fixing parts II 212 extend downwards along the lower surface to be approximately L-shaped, two sides of the free end are hook-shaped structures and used for preventing the connecting part II 131 of the mop 13 from sliding down, a rectangular hole 213 convenient for hanging the connecting part II 131 is formed in the position, corresponding to the fixing part II 212, of the upper surface of the bottom plate 21, a supporting platform 214 used for placing a lifting column 231 is arranged on the left side and the right side, close to the through hole I211, of the middle of the upper surface of the bottom plate 21, an arc. The pulling member 23 is a cylindrical shape with a small top and a large bottom, and is sleeved on the mop rod 3, and the pulling columns 231 are substantially cylindrical and are located on the left and right sides of the lower portion of the pulling member 23. Under the buckling state, the lower part of the lifting column 231 abuts against the arc-shaped groove 215, the upper part abuts against the arc-shaped opening 221, after the fixing piece 22 fixes the bottom plate 21 and the lifting piece 23, the lifting piece 23 can be pulled to drive the bottom plate 21 to move upwards or downwards, the bottom plate 21 drives the mop 13 to move through the second fixing part 212, the mop 13 achieves the squeezing and cleaning effect through parts on the connecting plate, the lifting piece 23 is made of plastic materials with certain elasticity, and in other embodiments, the materials of the lifting piece 23 can be changed according to the use scene.
As shown in fig. 13 and 14, a third connecting portion 17 for connecting with the mop rod 3 is further disposed in the middle of the upper surface of the first connecting plate 11, the third connecting portion 17 is a rectangular shape with an arc-shaped upper portion, a plurality of arc-shaped grooves 171 are disposed on the arc-shaped upper surface of the third connecting portion 17, and two through holes 172 are disposed on the left and right sides of the third connecting portion 17. As shown in fig. 18 and 19, the fixing member 22 is integrally connected with the base plate 21, a first through hole 211 for allowing the mop rod 3 to pass through is formed in the center of the base plate 21, pallets 214 for abutting against the stretching device are formed in the middle of the upper surface of the base plate 21 and on the left and right sides of the first through hole 211, the pallets 214 are substantially rectangular and have flat upper surfaces, the fixing member 22 is located on the left and right sides of the pallets 214, and an arc-shaped opening 221 for fixedly connecting the stretching device is formed in one surface of the fixing member 22 facing the stretching device.
When the mop is used for cleaning, the first connecting plate 11 and the second connecting plate 12 of the mop head 1 are unfolded, and the mop rod 3 is moved to drive the mop cloth 13 on the mop head 1 to perform a cleaning function. After cleaning, by moving the stretching device 2 upwards, the bottom plate 21 of the stretching device 2 pulls the second connecting part 132 on one side of the mop 13 through the second fixing part 212, and drives the first connecting part 131 on the other side to pull the first fixing part 123 so that the second connecting plate moves through the folding device, so that the mop 13 moves upwards, and in the moving process, the mop 13 cleans the moisture and the stain on the mop 13 through the first movable and compressible roller 114, the water scraping plate 117 and the toothed plate 116 or the second roller 1113 on the first connecting plate 11, so as to achieve the effect of squeezing and cleaning.
