Specifically, the shielding element 20 is a strip-shaped metal sheet, and is fixed on the first side wall 141 along the first side wall 141 around the periphery of the first bottom wall 131, and is connected to the first bottom wall 131, and the shielding structure enclosed into a cover shape covers the bottom and the periphery of the first accommodating groove 15, so as to shield the circuit board and the chip of the camera in the first accommodating groove 15, prevent the camera from radiating outwards and releasing static electricity, and further avoid the electromagnetic radiation of the camera from interfering with the terminal antenna.
In this embodiment, the shielding element 20 and the metal bottom wall 13 are integrally formed, and the shielding element 20 is embedded in the peripheral sidewall 14. Specifically, the shielding element 20 is integrally formed with the first bottom wall 131 of the metal bottom wall 13, and the shielding element 20 is embedded in the first side wall 141 of the peripheral side wall 14. The shielding member 20 is formed at the edge of the first bottom wall 131, and the second bottom wall 132 is connected to the end of the shielding member 20 away from the first bottom wall 131 and is disposed parallel to the first bottom wall 131, and the metal bottom wall 13 in this embodiment may be integrally formed by stamping or the like.
The second bottom wall 132 may be directly connected to one side of the first bottom wall 131. Optionally, one side of the first bottom wall 131 forms the shielding member 20, and the second bottom wall 132 is connected to the first bottom wall 131 through the shielding member 20, in this case, the second bottom wall 132 is connected to an end of the shielding member 20 far from the first bottom wall 131. When the shielding member 20 is integrally formed with the metal bottom wall 13, no gap is generated between the shielding member 20 and the metal bottom wall, and the shielding performance can be ensured. Of course, the shielding member 20 and the metal bottom wall 13 may be connected by welding or the like.
In this embodiment, the peripheral side wall is connected with the shielding member 20 through in-mold injection, that is, the first side wall 141 is connected with the shielding member 20 through in-mold injection, which is convenient for processing. The shielding element 20 is wrapped by the first sidewall 141, and the shielding element 20 may also be embedded on an inner surface of the first sidewall 141 facing the first receiving groove 15. In other embodiments, the shielding element 20 is provided with a retaining groove fixed to the inner surface of the first sidewall 141, or the first sidewall 141 is provided with a gap for fixing the shielding element 20, and the shielding element 20 and the first sidewall 141 are assembled after being molded respectively.
Furthermore, a plurality of concave portions (not shown) are arranged on the shielding member 20, and when the shielding member 20 is embedded and molded with the circumferential side wall 14 made of plastic material, the concave portions can be combined with the circumferential side wall 14, so that the connection stability of the shielding member 20 and the circumferential side wall 14 is increased, and the support stability of the camera support is further ensured.
In other embodiments (not shown), the shielding member 20 is disposed on the second sidewall 142 of the peripheral sidewall 14 of the second receiving groove 16, the shielding member 20 is integrally formed with the second bottom wall 132 of the metal bottom wall 13, and the shielding member 20 is embedded in the second sidewall 142 and connected to the shielding member 20 in the first sidewall 141. The shielding element on the second receiving groove 16 and the shielding element on the first receiving groove are integrally formed. In this embodiment, the shielding element 20 is formed by bending the edge of the second bottom wall 132, which is not connected to the first bottom wall 131, and may be integrally formed by stamping, so that no gap is generated and the shielding performance can be ensured.
It can be understood in combination with the above that, when the camera support includes the shielding structure, the shielding structure is used for shielding the first receiving groove. In one embodiment, only the first receiving groove 15 of the first and second receiving grooves 15 and 16 is provided with the shield or the metal circumferential side wall, and the second receiving groove 16 is not provided with the shield or the metal circumferential side wall. In one embodiment, the first receiving groove 15 and the second receiving groove 16 are both provided with shielding members or metal circumferential side walls, and the number of the shielding members is selected according to design requirements, so that cost can be effectively controlled. When the distance between the camera and the terminal antenna is large, a small number of shielding parts can meet the shielding requirement.
Furthermore, an opening is formed in the side wall of each accommodating groove, a notch communicated with the opening is formed in the shielding piece arranged on the side wall of each accommodating groove, and the opening and the notch are used for the flexible circuit board of the camera to pass through. Specifically, an opening 151 is formed in a first side wall 141 of the first accommodating groove 15, an opening 161 is formed in a second side wall 142 of the second accommodating groove 16, a notch is formed in the shielding element 20 on the first side wall 141, and the opening and the notch penetrate through to form a passage for passing through the flexible circuit board of the camera. The first bottom wall 131 in this embodiment is rectangular and includes four sides, the shielding element 20 is disposed on three sides, and the notch is formed in a portion of the shielding element that is not connected to the metal bottom wall in the fourth embodiment, for example, the notch is formed by cutting off a portion of the shielding element. In another embodiment, a notch penetrating through the shielding piece is formed at the joint of the shielding piece and the metal bottom wall.
The conductive structure comprises a conductive adhesive layer (not shown), conductive foam or conductive cloth; or the conductive structure is located on the surface of the metal bottom wall, and the conductive structure comprises a plurality of conductive posts extending towards the opening direction of the accommodating groove. In this embodiment, the conductive structure is a conductive adhesive layer, which can be adhered to the surface of the metal bottom wall 13 inside the accommodating groove, or to the circuit board of the camera.
Referring to fig. 5, in a third embodiment, different from the above embodiments, the camera bracket includes three receiving grooves, which are respectively a receiving groove a, a receiving groove b and a receiving groove c; the peripheral side wall 14 is divided into three parts, namely a side wall 145, a side wall 146 and a side wall 147, and the metal bottom wall 13 is divided into 3 parts, namely a bottom wall 135, a bottom wall 136 and a bottom wall 137. The side wall 145 and the bottom wall 135 enclose the receiving groove a, and the side wall 146 and the bottom wall 136 enclose the receiving groove b; the side wall 147 and the bottom wall 137 enclose the accommodating groove c. Openings (not shown) for the flexible circuit board of the camera to pass through are formed on the side wall 145, the side wall 146 and the side wall 147. The shielding part 21 is located on the side wall 145 of the accommodating groove a and the side wall 146 of the accommodating groove b and is connected with the corresponding bottom wall, the shielding part 21 is located at the edge of the metal bottom wall 13 and avoids the opening, and the camera support of the embodiment is suitable for supporting three cameras.
Referring to fig. 6, in a fourth embodiment, different from the above embodiments, the camera holder includes a receiving groove 18, the peripheral sidewall 14 is disposed around the periphery of the metal bottom wall 13, the peripheral sidewall 14 and the metal bottom wall 13 surround the receiving groove 18, and an opening (not shown) for passing through a flexible circuit board of the camera is opened on the peripheral sidewall 14. The shielding part 20 is located at the edge of the metal bottom wall 13 and avoids the opening, and the camera support of the embodiment is suitable for a single camera.
Referring to fig. 7, in a fifth embodiment of the present application, the camera bracket includes a cover 30 for a camera to pass through, and the cover 30 covers each of the accommodating grooves and is locked to the peripheral sidewall 14 to limit the camera in the accommodating groove; guarantee the stability of the camera in the support to guarantee the stability of switching on of camera and metal diapire. The cover 30 is suitable for any of the above embodiments, and in fact, the camera bracket with the accommodating groove can be used as a lower box body of the bracket, the cover 30 is an upper box body, and the upper box body and the lower box body are buckled to position and lock the camera. In this embodiment, the camera holder shown in fig. 3 will be described as an example. The cover body 30 is a rectangular plate body, and includes a first through hole 31 and a second through hole 32, which correspond to the first receiving groove 15 and the second receiving groove 16, respectively, and when a camera is installed in the first receiving groove 15 and the second receiving groove 16, a camera module of the camera is exposed through the first through hole 31 and the second through hole 32.
The locking manner of the cover 30 and the peripheral wall 14 includes that a locking portion 144 is disposed on the peripheral wall 14, a locking portion 33 is disposed on the cover 30 corresponding to the locking portion 144, and the locking portion 144 and the locking portion 33 are locked to fix the cover 30 and the peripheral wall 14, that is, to fix the cover 30 and the peripheral wall 14 on the lower box body. Specifically, the locking portion 144 is a hook extending from the end surface of the peripheral sidewall 14, and the locking portion 33 is a slot formed on the cover 30. In other embodiments, the locking means includes, but is not limited to, bonding by hot melt process, ultrasonic process, double-sided adhesive bonding, and locking screws.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the present application provides a camera assembly 100, which includes at least one camera and the camera bracket according to any of the above embodiments, wherein one camera is accommodated in each accommodating groove, the camera circuit board is opposite to the metal bottom wall, and the metal contact piece is used for conducting with the circuit board of the terminal to realize the grounding of the camera in the accommodating groove. In this embodiment, the camera bracket of the embodiment of fig. 7 including the first receiving groove 15, the second receiving groove 16 and the cover 30 is taken as an example, that is, the camera assembly includes two cameras 50A and 50B, and the two cameras 50A and 50B are supported and positioned by the camera bracket. Camera 50A and camera 50B all include camera module, camera circuit board and flexible circuit board. The first receiving groove 15 and the second receiving groove 16 receive the camera 50A and the camera 50B, respectively. Camera 50A and camera 50B's camera circuit board 52 with metal diapire 13 is relative, camera 50A and camera 50B camera module 51 stretches out respectively first holding tank 15 and second holding tank 16. The metal contact piece 17 is used for conducting with the circuit board of the terminal to realize the grounding of the camera 50A and the camera 50B in the first accommodating groove 15 and the second accommodating groove 16. Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, the camera 50A includes a camera module 51a, a camera circuit board 52a, and a flexible circuit board 53 a. The camera 50B includes a camera module 51B, a camera circuit board 52B, and a flexible circuit board 53B. The camera 50A is mounted in the first receiving groove 15, and the camera circuit board 52 of the camera 50A located in the first receiving groove 15 is conducted toward the first bottom wall 131 and through the conductive structure 19. The camera 50B is mounted in the second receiving groove 16, and the camera circuit board 52 of the camera 50B in the second receiving groove 16 faces the second bottom wall 132 and is conducted through the conductive structure 19.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, in the present embodiment, the cover 30 of the camera holder covers the first receiving groove 15 and the second receiving groove 16, the camera 50A of the first receiving groove 15 and the camera modules 51a and 51B of the camera 50B in the second receiving groove 16 partially expose the cover 30 through the first through hole 31 and the second through hole 32, and the cover 30 is locked with the peripheral sidewall 14. Simultaneously, lid 30 can with camera 50A and camera 50B fine positioning, have between week lateral wall and the camera in this embodiment and dodge the clearance, be 0.25mm in this embodiment, can eliminate the horizontal shearing force of camera module, solve camera module reliability problem. In the camera assembly 100 according to the embodiment of the present application, the camera can be grounded through the metal contact piece 17 on the camera bracket, the generated electromagnetic interference is transmitted, and the metal bottom wall 13 and the metal contact piece 17 have sufficient strength, and the position is closer to the circuit board and the shape can be set as required. The metal contact piece 17 and the grounding contact piece of the terminal circuit board can be abutted against each other, so that the conduction yield with the camera and the conduction yield with the circuit board in the terminal are ensured; and the area of the contact end of the metal contact sheet 17 can be increased according to the actual requirement, so that the contact area with a circuit board in the terminal is further ensured, and the generation of resistance is reduced.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 10, the camera circuit board 52a and the camera circuit board 52b are both provided with a copper leakage area 521, and the copper leakage area 521 faces away from the camera module and faces the metal bottom wall. The conductive structure 19 is clamped between the copper leakage area 521 and the metal bottom wall 13, so that the camera circuit board is conducted with the metal bottom wall 13. The metal bottom wall 13 in the present embodiment is specifically referred to as a first bottom wall 131 and a second bottom wall 132. In this embodiment, a conductive paste is selected as the conductive structure 19, and the conductive structure 19 may be directly adhered to the copper leakage area 521. When the camera is installed in the corresponding holding tank of support, electrically conductive structure 19 directly with metal diapire 13 contact switches on, can contact according to the area of holding tank diapire moreover, guarantees the yield that switches on, can reduce moreover leak copper district 521 with the resistance of metal diapire 13. The conductive structure 19 may also be attached to the metal bottom wall 13, and specifically, may be attached to the metal bottom wall 13 after the camera holder is formed, so as to facilitate use.
In another implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the conductive structure 19 includes a plurality of conductive pins (not shown) disposed on the camera circuit boards of the camera 50A and the camera 50B, and the conductive pins conduct the camera circuit boards and the metal bottom wall 13. The conductive pins extend out of the surface of the camera circuit board, each conductive pin is provided with a contact surface, and the contact surfaces of the conductive pins form a conductive surface to be in contact with the surface of the metal bottom wall, so that the contact area and the conduction yield are ensured.
Further, referring to fig. 10, an elastic foam 40 is sandwiched between the periphery of the second through hole 32 and the base of the camera module 51 b. The cover body 30 and the base of the camera module 51B can be provided with elastic foam 40, the cover body 30 abuts against the elastic foam, the elastic tension of the elastic foam abuts against the camera 50B in the accommodating groove, and the camera circuit board is more stably connected with the metal bottom wall. In this embodiment, only the elastic foam is disposed in the second accommodation groove 16, and the elastic foam is not disposed in the first accommodation groove.
Fig. 11 shows an embodiment in which the camera assembly has three cameras, namely a camera 50A, a camera 50B, and a camera 50C, and the structures and functions of the three cameras may be completely the same or different, and are designed according to actual requirements.

Referring to fig. 12 and 13, the present application provides a terminal 200, which includes a circuit board 210 and the camera assembly 100, where the circuit board 210 includes a grounding elastic sheet 220, the camera support accommodating the camera is mounted on the circuit board 210, the camera at least partially protrudes from the circuit board 210, and the metal contact piece 17 abuts against and is conducted with the grounding elastic sheet 220. The terminal 200 may be a mobile phone with a large screen, a tablet computer, a palm computer, or the like. In this embodiment, taking a full-screen mobile phone as an example, the terminal includes a display screen 230, and the circuit board 210 is stacked on the back of the display screen 230, i.e. on one side of a non-display surface. The camera holder shown in fig. 6 is used as an example for description, and the camera assembly used in the terminal may be another example including the camera holder described above, and is not specifically described here.
The circuit board 210 includes a through groove 2101, a part or all of the camera bracket accommodating the camera 50A and the camera 50B is accommodated in the through groove 2101, the camera module 51a of the camera 50A and the camera module 51B of the camera 50B are exposed out of the circuit board 210, and the metal contact piece 17 extends out of the through groove to abut against and be conducted with the grounding elastic piece 220. The camera assembly 100 and the display screen 230 are stacked, and a certain avoidance gap is formed between the camera assembly and the display screen. The terminal adopts foretell camera module 100, and the direct metal contact piece 17 that stretches out the circuit board switches on with circuit board 210 to come camera ground connection, reduces the camera and produces electromagnetic interference and electrostatic discharge, reduces the influence of camera to the antenna performance then, has guaranteed the antenna performance and the use steadiness in the terminal. Compared with the prior art adopting conductive cloth, the metal contact sheet 17 is in elastic contact with and conducted on the grounding elastic sheet 220 of the circuit board 210, and has the advantages of high conduction stability, large contact area, small resistance and convenient assembly.
Further, a gold layer is disposed on the surface of the grounding elastic sheet 220, and the gold layer of the grounding elastic sheet 220 is connected and conducted with the metal contact sheet 17, specifically, the metal contact sheet made of a nickel-plated stainless steel material, so that smoothness and stability of conduction between the metal contact sheet 17 and the grounding elastic sheet 220 can be ensured, and radiation interference can be further eliminated.
In this embodiment, the terminal 200 includes a rear case 240, the rear case 240 is provided with a camera window (not shown) for the camera 50 to penetrate, and the camera support is fixedly connected to the rear case 240. In this embodiment, the camera bracket includes a cover body, and is fixedly connected to the rear case 240 through the cover body 30 so as to position the camera assembly 100 in the terminal, and the cover body 30 of the camera bracket is closest to the rear case 240 and is fixed to the rear case 240 through the cover body 30, so that the positioning manner of the camera assembly and the rear case can be simplified, and the assembly is convenient. Of course, when the camera support does not include the cover body, the camera support can be locked and fixed with the rear shell through the peripheral side wall. Meanwhile, elastic foam 60 is clamped between the inner surface of the rear shell at the periphery of the camera window and the camera 50A of the camera assembly; the elastic foam 60 is pressed by the rear shell 240, the elastic tension of the elastic foam 60 presses the camera 50A into the accommodating groove, and the camera circuit board 52 is more stably conducted with the metal bottom wall 13 through the conductive structure. Of course, elastic foam may be disposed between the camera 50B and the rear housing.
The application provides a camera subassembly directly adopts metal diapire and metal contact piece and circuit board to switch on the purpose of realizing ground connection, reduces the electromagnetic interference that the camera produced and shields the camera, avoids using the antenna at the terminal of this camera subassembly to receive the static and the electromagnetic interference of camera, has guaranteed the communication performance at terminal.
The foregoing is a preferred embodiment of the embodiments of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the embodiments of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations are also regarded as the protection scope of the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (20)

  1. A camera support is used for supporting a camera and is characterized by comprising a metal bottom wall and a peripheral side wall arranged on one surface of the metal bottom wall, wherein at least one accommodating groove is formed by the metal bottom wall and the peripheral side wall in a surrounding mode;
    the extension has the metal contact piece on the metal diapire, the metal contact piece include with the extension section that the metal diapire is connected and with the contact jaw that the extension section is connected, the extension section with be the contained angle setting between the metal diapire, each the holding tank is used for holding and supporting a camera, the metal diapire with the circuit board of camera switches on through conducting structure, the metal contact piece is used for realizing each the ground connection of the camera in the holding tank.
  2. The camera bracket of claim 1, wherein the metal contact patch is resilient.
  3. A camera holder according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the camera holder comprises a shield on the peripheral side wall, the shield being connected to the metal bottom wall to form a shielding structure shielding some or all of the at least one receiving groove.
  4. The camera bracket of claim 3, wherein said shield is integrally formed with said metal bottom wall and said shield is embedded in said peripheral sidewall.
  5. A camera support according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the metal base wall and the metal contact plate are made of nickel plated stainless steel and the peripheral side wall is made of plastic.
  6. The camera bracket of claim 1 or 2, wherein said peripheral side wall constituting part or all of said at least one receiving groove is made of metal, and said peripheral side wall is connected with the corresponding said metal bottom wall to form a shielding structure.
  7. The camera bracket of any one of claims 1-5, wherein the at least one receiving groove comprises a first receiving groove and a second receiving groove, the first receiving groove and the second receiving groove sharing a portion of the peripheral sidewall.
  8. The camera bracket of claim 7, wherein when said camera bracket includes said shield, said shield is located on a peripheral sidewall defining said first receiving groove.
  9. The camera bracket of claim 7, wherein when the camera bracket includes the shielding member, the shielding member is located on a peripheral side wall constituting the first receiving groove and a peripheral side wall constituting the second receiving groove.
  10. A camera holder according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the camera holder includes a cover body for a camera to pass through, the cover body covering each of the receiving grooves and being locked to the peripheral side wall so as to retain the camera in the receiving groove.
  11. A camera support according to any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein the conductive structure comprises a conductive glue layer, a conductive foam or a conductive cloth.
  12. A camera assembly according to any of claims 1-10, wherein said conductive structure is located on said surface of said bottom metal wall, said conductive structure including a plurality of conductive posts extending toward said opening of said receiving cavity.
  13. A camera assembly for a terminal, comprising at least one camera and the camera support of any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein the camera includes a camera module and a camera circuit board, one camera is accommodated in each accommodating groove, the camera circuit board is opposite to the metal bottom wall, the camera module extends out of the accommodating groove, and the metal contact piece is used for being conducted with the circuit board of the terminal to realize the grounding of the camera in the accommodating groove.
  14. The camera assembly of claim 13, wherein a copper leakage area is disposed on a surface of the camera circuit board opposite to the metal bottom wall, the copper leakage area being in communication with the metal bottom wall through the conductive structure.
  15. A camera head assembly according to claim 13 or 14, wherein the conductive structure comprises a plurality of conductive pins disposed on the camera circuit board, or wherein the conductive structure is disposed on the surface of the metal bottom wall and comprises a plurality of conductive posts extending toward the opening of the receiving cavity.
  16. A camera assembly according to claim 13 or 14, wherein said conductive structure comprises a layer of conductive glue, a layer of conductive foam or a layer of conductive cloth, said conductive structure being provided on said metal bottom wall or on said camera circuit board.
  17. A camera assembly according to any one of claims 13 to 16, wherein when the camera holder includes a cover, the cover includes a through hole for passing the camera module, the cover is covered on each of the receiving grooves and is locked to the peripheral side wall, and elastic foam is held between the peripheral wall of the through hole and the base of the camera module.
  18. A terminal, characterized in that, includes a circuit board and the camera assembly of any one of claims 13-17, the circuit board includes a grounding elastic sheet, the camera bracket accommodating the camera is mounted on the circuit board, and the metal contact piece is abutted against and conducted with the grounding elastic sheet.
  19. The terminal of claim 18, wherein the terminal comprises a rear housing, the rear housing has a camera window for a camera to pass through, the camera holder is fixedly connected to the rear housing, and elastic foam is clamped between the periphery of the camera window and the camera module.
  20. The terminal of claim 18 or 19, wherein when the camera holder includes a cover, an elastic foam is sandwiched between a cover surface at a periphery of the through hole of the cover and a base of the camera module, and the cover is fixedly connected to the rear housing to position the camera module in the terminal.
