socket mode: the group-level dispatching platform and the mine-level dispatching platform interact in a Socket mode, so that a centralized dispatching function is realized.
The SIP mode is as follows: the local dispatching terminal and the dispatching console software are used as SIP terminals and send SIP signaling requests to the local dispatching server, so that the dispatching function is realized.
Basic functional flow
(1) Registering:
the registration process is performed locally at the mine level, and the final status information needs to be reported to the cluster-level scheduling, and the following registration process is illustrated in fig. 1 by taking the registration process of a scheduling terminal at the mine level as an example.
(2) Calling:
the priority of the call initiated by the trunking dispatch console is the highest, and the called party must answer the call from the trunking dispatch console, which needs to process the current different states of the called party respectively, as follows:
and when the called party has no available contact, the calling instruction is not executed.
When the called party is in idle state, the call is directly connected and the called party rings.
If the called party is in a conversation state at present, in order to avoid the potential safety hazard caused by the missed connection of the telephone called from the dispatching desk, a forced insertion means is adopted to connect the conversation between the called party and the dispatching desk according to the principle that the calling priority initiated by software of the dispatching console is the highest.
Taking the group-level dispatching desk calling the mine terminal as an example, the call flow is shown in fig. 2.
(3) Group calling:
the dispatching desk has a group calling function, and the functional design is designed and developed mainly aiming at that the dispatching desk sends a dispatching production instruction to a certain group, so that the dispatching desk can carry out grouping calling on various dispatching terminal devices in a dispatching system, and the function that the dispatching desk is communicated with a plurality of dispatching terminals at the same time is further realized.
In the following, taking an example that a group-level dispatching desk initiates a group call to a certain group at a mine level, a group call flow is as shown in fig. 3 below.
(4) Group calling:

Taking the example that the group-level dispatching desk initiates a group call to the mine-level dispatching desk, the group call process is as shown in fig. 4 below.
(5) Forced insertion:
the dispatching desk is a dispatching user with a break-in function and authority, and when the called party is in a conversation state, the dispatching desk can directly join the established conversation of the called party by using the break-in function to further form three-party conversation, so that the production dispatching safety is ensured.
Taking the example that the group-level dispatching desk initiates the break-in to a certain dispatching terminal at the mine level, the break-in flow is as shown in fig. 5 below.
(6) Forced dismantling:
the dispatching desk has a forcible entry function and a dispatching user with authority, when the called party is in a conversation state, the dispatching desk can directly terminate the conversation established by the called party by using the forcible entry function and further connect the conversation between the dispatching desk and the called party, so that the safety of production dispatching is ensured.
Taking the example that the group-level dispatching desk initiates the forced demolition to a certain dispatching terminal at the mine level, the forced demolition flow is as shown in fig. 6 below.
(7) Call forwarding
The dispatching desk has the dispatching user of call transfer function and authority, when the dispatching desk needs to transfer the call to another dispatching termination equipment, the call transfer function can transfer the conversation to the third party.
Taking the example that the group-level dispatching desk initiates manual switching to a certain dispatching terminal at the mine level, the manual switching process is as shown in fig. 7 below.

(9) Monitoring
The dispatching desk is provided with a monitoring function and dispatching users with authority, the function is designed for monitoring the conversation content of all dispatching users, and is mainly used for processing abnormal conversations, for example, dispatching terminal equipment is in conversation for a long time, in order to eliminate whether the conversation is not hung up due to abnormal conditions, the monitoring function can be used for monitoring a selected conversation, and further processing is carried out after confirmation, so that the usability of the dispatching terminal equipment is ensured. When listening, the listener can not hear the sound of the side of the listener.
Taking the example of the group-level dispatching desk monitoring the mine-level dispatching conversation, the monitoring process is as shown in fig. 9 below.
(10) Broadcasting
The dispatching station has a broadcasting function and a dispatching user with authority, the function is used for playing a selected audio file to a selected dispatching terminal device or group or calling down through MIC, and the call is a unidirectional call from the dispatching station to the dispatching terminal.
Taking the example that the group-level scheduling station initiates a broadcast to the mine-level scheduling terminal, the broadcast flow is as shown in fig. 10 below.

The dispatching terminal and the access system thereof comprise a voice access module 14, a distribution frame 16, a coupler 20, a distribution frame 21, a ground common telephone 17 and a mining intrinsic safety type telephone 22.
The voice access module 14 is accessed to the network switch 15 through a network port, a cable is led out through an FXS port, and the cable is directly connected with a ground common telephone 17 through a distribution frame; and a cable is led out through an FXS port of the voice access module 14, the cable is connected to the coupler 20, the cable is led out from the coupler 20 to a distribution frame 21, and the distribution frame 21 is connected with a mining intrinsic safety type telephone 22, so that wired dispatching communication on a coal mine well and under the coal mine well is realized.
One voice access module 4 takes 8FXS as one daughter card, one voice access module 4 can contain 4 daughter cards at most, which can provide 32FXS user telephone interfaces, and can increase or decrease the number of voice access modules 4 according to the user needs to meet the requirement of the actual user number.
The voice access module 4 can be reconfigured with 8FX0 loop trunk daughter card and 1E1 digital trunk daughter card (1E1 digital trunk module can support 30 voice channels), and realizes PSTN interface fusion with telecom operators. The number of 8FX0 loop trunk daughter cards and 1E1 digital trunk daughter cards may be increased or decreased as required by the number of interfaces.
The coal mine centralized dispatching communication system integrates the coal mine group with the dispatching system of the subordinate coal mine while realizing the basic dispatching function, thereby realizing the unified command, unified dispatching, unified management, unified maintenance, multi-party linkage, resource sharing and cooperative dispatching from the group to the coal mine and from the ground to the underground, and simultaneously each subsystem can independently run. When an emergency happens in the underground coal mine, one-key alarm and multi-system emergency command immediate response are realized in a full cluster, so that the emergency rescue efficiency is improved, and the loss of personnel and property is reduced.
1) The work efficiency is improved: the system solves the scheduling function from the group to the ground of the coal mine and underground, breaks through the regional barriers of scheduling, and greatly improves the efficiency of production command;
2) the management and supervision strength is strengthened: the group can directly monitor and schedule the underground coal mine, and powerful guarantee is provided for production supervision;
3) the communication cost is reduced: the system transmits the data based on the existing network from the group to the coal mine without any charge, and the full-group call realizes 0 charge.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the present invention in any way, and it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the above description of the present invention can be applied to various modifications, equivalent variations or modifications without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
