By adopting the technical scheme, the problems that the distribution network operation can only be analyzed through the platform log when the distribution network operation is analyzed in the related technology, the positioning problem is not accurate, the flow is redundant and the like are solved, and therefore the distribution network operation is analyzed by using the associated platform log and the computer terminal log.

and the determining module 44 is configured to determine a reason for the failure of the operation of the distribution network according to the distribution network log.

Optionally, the obtaining module 40 is further configured to, when it is detected that the computer terminal initiates a distribution network request, perform a point burying operation at the computer terminal, so as to perform information acquisition on the distribution network operation of the target object at the computer terminal; and integrating the information acquired through the embedded point operation to obtain the first computer terminal log.
It should be noted that, in the prior art, problems in the operation of the distribution network are only analyzed through the platform log, which may cause problems of inaccurate positioning, redundant flow, and the like. In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention adds the embedded point operation on the computer terminal, so as to collect the information of the distribution network operation of the target object on the computer terminal, and integrate the information collected by the embedded point operation to obtain the computer terminal log. The invention can quickly and accurately position the problems in the distribution network operation by analyzing the distribution network operation by using the associated platform log and the computer terminal log. It should be noted that the first platform log and the first computer terminal log are logs respectively collected by the platform and the computer terminal in the same distribution network, so that the link identifiers of the first platform log and the first computer terminal log are the same, wherein the link identifier is an identifier for each distribution network operation, and the distribution network operation to which the log belongs can be determined through the link identifier.
It should be noted that, the information collected by the embedding operation is integrated to obtain the first computer terminal log, and actually, the collected information is a plurality of characteristic fields. Optionally, the association module 42 is further configured to obtain a plurality of platform logs and a plurality of computer terminal logs, where the plurality of platform logs correspond to a plurality of link identifiers, and the plurality of computer terminal logs correspond to a plurality of link identifiers; acquiring a first platform log and a first computer terminal log with the same link identification from the plurality of platform logs and the plurality of computer terminal logs; and associating the first platform log with the first computer terminal log to obtain a distribution network log.
It should be noted that, a plurality of platform logs and a plurality of computer terminal logs are obtained, where the plurality of platform logs include the first platform log, and the plurality of computer terminal logs include the first computer terminal. The plurality of platform logs are correspondingly provided with a plurality of link identifications, the plurality of computer terminal logs are correspondingly provided with a plurality of link identifications, each platform log is corresponding to one link identification, each computer terminal log is corresponding to one link identification, different platform logs are corresponding to different link identifications, different computer terminal logs are corresponding to different link identifications, and the platform logs under the same distribution network are the same as the link identifications corresponding to the computer terminal logs. Because the first platform log and the first computer terminal log are logs under the same distribution network, the link identifications of the first platform log and the first computer terminal log are the same. And acquiring a first platform log and a first computer terminal log with the same link identification from the plurality of platform logs and the plurality of computer terminal logs, and associating the first platform log and the first computer terminal log to obtain a distribution network log. The logs under different distribution networks can be distinguished through the link identification, the logs under the same distribution network can be found, and the logs under the same distribution network can be used for analyzing the distribution network.
Optionally, the determining module 44 is further configured to analyze the distribution network operation according to the distribution network log to obtain a basic fact table of the distribution network operation, where the basic fact table is used to indicate a plurality of reasons for distribution network operation failure; and determining the reason of the distribution network operation failure from the basic fact table according to the target field in the distribution network log.
It should be noted that the distribution network operation is analyzed according to the distribution network log to obtain a basic fact table of the distribution network operation, where the basic fact table includes multiple reasons of distribution network operation failure, for example, the multiple reasons of distribution network operation failure include that a user forgets a password due to his own reason, a computer terminal locks a screen, or a user switches a background, or a router signal problem in distribution network operation, or a platform fault, and the like. And determining the reason of the distribution network operation failure from the basic fact table according to the target field in the distribution network log. Because the distribution network log is obtained by associating the first platform log with the first computer terminal log, the distribution network log comprises a first platform log part and a first computer terminal log part.
The analysis of the distribution network operation by the invention can be divided into two steps, the first step is as follows: analyzing the distribution network operation by using a distribution network log to obtain a basic fact table of the distribution network operation; the second step is that: and analyzing the distribution network operation by using the distribution network log and the obtained basic fact table, and determining the reason of the distribution network operation failure. It should be noted that the second step of analyzing the operation of the distribution network may be divided into: analyzing the distribution network operation by using the first platform log part and the basic fact table, and if the reason of the distribution network operation failure is determined, indicating that the problem of the distribution network operation failure is on the platform side; and analyzing the distribution network operation by using the first computer terminal log part and the basic fact table, and if the reason of the distribution network operation failure is determined, indicating that the problem of the distribution network operation failure is generated at the computer terminal side. By the technical means, the problems that distribution network operation can only be analyzed through the platform log when the distribution network operation is analyzed in the related technology, the positioning problem is not accurate, the process is redundant and the like can be solved, and therefore the distribution network operation is analyzed by using the associated platform log and the computer terminal log.
Optionally, the determining module 44 is further configured to determine, according to the behavior code field and the end field, a first distribution network stage corresponding to the distribution network operation failure under the condition that the target field is used to indicate the behavior code field and the end field; and determining the reason of the distribution network operation failure corresponding to the first distribution network stage from the basic fact table according to the first distribution network stage.
It should be noted that, when the distribution network operation of the target object fails, the distribution network operation is analyzed, the first step of analyzing the distribution network operation is completed, and after the basic fact table is obtained, the second step of analyzing the distribution network operation is started. And under the condition that the target field is used for indicating a behavior coding field and an end field, wherein the behavior coding field and the end field are characteristic fields of a first computer terminal log, determining a first distribution network stage corresponding to distribution network operation failure according to the behavior coding field and the end field, determining a distribution network operation failure reason corresponding to the first distribution network stage from the basic fact table according to the first distribution network stage, and analyzing the distribution network operation by using a first computer terminal log part and the basic fact table. It should be noted that the basic fact table includes a plurality of reasons for network distribution operation failure and network distribution phases corresponding to various network distribution operation failures, that is, the reasons for network distribution operation failure correspond to the network distribution phases. And determining a distribution network stage corresponding to the distribution network operation failure according to the behavior coding field and the ending field, and finding the reason of the distribution network operation failure from the basic fact table by using the determined distribution network stage. For example, a user is used for a network distribution, but a password input error of the user causes a network distribution failure, the behavior coding field and the ending field indicate that the network distribution failure is in a password verification stage, the reason for the network distribution failure corresponding to the network distribution failure in the password verification stage in the basic fact table is the password error, and therefore it can be determined that the network distribution failure is caused by the password input error of the user.
Optionally, the determining module 44 is further configured to determine, according to the interface field and the return code field, a second distribution network stage corresponding to the distribution network operation failure under the condition that the target field is used to indicate the interface field and the return code field; and determining the reason of the distribution network operation failure corresponding to the second distribution network stage from the basic fact table according to the second distribution network stage.
It should be noted that, if the first computer terminal log part and the basic fact table are used to analyze the distribution network operation, and the reason for the distribution network failure is not found, it is indicated that the problem of the distribution network operation failure is not at the computer terminal side, and correspondingly, the problem is at the platform side, and at this time, the first platform log part and the basic fact table are used to analyze the distribution network operation. In a case where the target field is used to indicate an interface field and a return code field, the interface field and the return code field are characteristic fields of the first platform log. And determining a second distribution network stage corresponding to the distribution network operation failure according to the interface field and the return code field, wherein the first distribution network stage and the second distribution network stage are only used for distinguishing the problem that the distribution network failure is analyzed from the computer terminal side or the platform side. For example, if the user is in a network distribution, a poor router signal causes a network distribution failure, the interface field and the return code field indicate that the network distribution failure is in a request sending or instruction receiving stage, and the reason for the network distribution failure corresponding to the network distribution failure in the request sending or instruction receiving stage in the basic fact table is that the router signal is not good.
By the technical means, the associated platform log and the computer terminal log are used for analyzing the operation of the distribution network, the reason of the distribution network failure can be accurately and quickly positioned, and then a corresponding suggestion is provided, and the user is guided to successfully distribute the network in the next distribution network.
It should be noted that, the above modules may be implemented by software or hardware, and for the latter, the following may be implemented, but not limited to: the modules are all positioned in the same processor; alternatively, the modules are respectively located in different processors in any combination.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide a storage medium having a computer program stored therein, wherein the computer program is arranged to perform the steps of any of the above method embodiments when executed.
Alternatively, in the present embodiment, the storage medium may be configured to store a computer program for executing the steps of:
s1, under the condition that the distribution network operation of a target object fails, acquiring a first platform log and a first computer terminal log, wherein the first platform log is a log collected by an Internet of things platform for the distribution network operation of the target object, the first computer terminal log is a log collected by a computer terminal for the distribution network operation of the target object, and the link identifiers of the first platform log and the first computer terminal log are the same;
s2, associating the first platform log with the first computer terminal log to obtain a distribution network log;
and S3, determining the reason of the distribution network operation failure according to the distribution network log.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the storage medium may include, but is not limited to: various media capable of storing computer programs, such as a usb disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a removable hard disk, a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide an electronic device comprising a memory having a computer program stored therein and a processor arranged to run the computer program to perform the steps of any of the above method embodiments.
Optionally, the electronic apparatus may further include a transmission device and an input/output device, wherein the transmission device is connected to the processor, and the input/output device is connected to the processor.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the processor may be configured to execute the following steps by a computer program:
s1, under the condition that the distribution network operation of a target object fails, acquiring a first platform log and a first computer terminal log, wherein the first platform log is a log collected by an Internet of things platform for the distribution network operation of the target object, the first computer terminal log is a log collected by a computer terminal for the distribution network operation of the target object, and the link identifiers of the first platform log and the first computer terminal log are the same;
s2, associating the first platform log with the first computer terminal log to obtain a distribution network log;
and S3, determining the reason of the distribution network operation failure according to the distribution network log.
Optionally, in this option, the specific examples in this embodiment may refer to the examples described in the foregoing embodiment and optional implementation, and this embodiment is not described herein again.

1. A method for analyzing distribution network operation is characterized by comprising the following steps:
under the condition that the distribution network operation of a target object fails, acquiring a first platform log and a first computer terminal log, wherein the first platform log is a log acquired by an Internet of things platform for the distribution network operation of the target object, the first computer terminal log is a log acquired by a computer terminal for the distribution network operation of the target object, and the link identifiers of the first platform log and the first computer terminal log are the same;
associating the first platform log with the first computer terminal log to obtain a distribution network log;
and determining the reason of the distribution network operation failure according to the distribution network log.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining a first computer terminal log comprises:
under the condition that the computer terminal is detected to initiate a distribution network request, performing a point burying operation on the computer terminal so as to acquire information of the distribution network operation of a target object on the computer terminal;
and integrating the information acquired through the embedded point operation to obtain the first computer terminal log.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein associating the first platform log with the first computer terminal log to obtain a distribution network log comprises:
the method comprises the steps of obtaining a plurality of platform logs and a plurality of computer terminal logs, wherein the platform logs correspond to a plurality of link identifications, and the computer terminal logs correspond to a plurality of link identifications;
acquiring a first platform log and a first computer terminal log with the same link identification from the plurality of platform logs and the plurality of computer terminal logs;
and associating the first platform log with the first computer terminal log to obtain a distribution network log.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the reason for the distribution network operation failure from the distribution network log comprises:
analyzing the distribution network operation according to the distribution network log to obtain a basic fact table of the distribution network operation, wherein the basic fact table is used for indicating a plurality of reasons for distribution network operation failure;
and determining the reason of the distribution network operation failure from the basic fact table according to the target field in the distribution network log.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein determining the reason for the distribution network operation failure from the ground fact table according to the target field in the distribution network log comprises:
under the condition that the target field is used for indicating a behavior coding field and an end field, determining a first distribution network stage corresponding to distribution network operation failure according to the behavior coding field and the end field;
and determining the reason of the distribution network operation failure corresponding to the first distribution network stage from the basic fact table according to the first distribution network stage.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein determining the reason for the distribution network operation failure from the ground fact table according to the target field in the distribution network log comprises:
determining a second distribution network stage corresponding to the distribution network operation failure according to the interface field and the return code field under the condition that the target field is used for indicating the interface field and the return code field;
and determining the reason of the distribution network operation failure corresponding to the second distribution network stage from the basic fact table according to the second distribution network stage.
7. An apparatus for analyzing a problem in a distribution network, comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a storage module and a processing module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring a first platform log and a first computer terminal log under the condition that the distribution network operation of a target object fails, the first platform log is a log acquired by an Internet of things platform for the distribution network operation of the target object, the first computer terminal log is a log acquired by a computer terminal for the distribution network operation of the target object, and the link identifiers of the first platform log and the first computer terminal log are the same;
the association module is used for associating the first platform log with the first computer terminal log to obtain a distribution network log;
and the determining module is used for determining the reason of the distribution network operation failure according to the distribution network log.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the analysis module is further configured to:
under the condition that the computer terminal is detected to initiate a distribution network request, performing a point burying operation on the computer terminal so as to acquire information of the distribution network operation of a target object on the computer terminal; and integrating the information acquired through the embedded point operation to obtain the first computer terminal log.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, comprising a stored program, wherein the program is operable to perform the method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
10. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor, characterized in that the memory has stored therein a computer program, the processor being arranged to execute the method of any of claims 1 to 6 by means of the computer program.
