The 5G telecommunications module assembly for facilitating quick release of claim 3, wherein: fan box (203) includes fan motor and fan blade, seal installation shell (201) and annular packing pad (205) are run through to the bottom of guide post (202) and are extended to the up end of division board (206), guide post (202) and division board (206) are injection moulding as an organic whole, annular packing pad (205) is connected through four supporting spring (204) with seal installation shell (201).
8. A method of using a communication module assembly, comprising: the communication module assembly using method comprises the following steps:
(A) checking whether the functions of all parts are intact, respectively penetrating the upper end of a guide post (202) through an annular sealing gasket (205) and a support spring (204) and extending to the inner sides of four end corners of a sealing installation shell (201), enabling the guide post (202) to drive a partition plate (206) to be placed on the inner side of the sealing installation shell (201), turning the whole body, drawing the guide post (202), enabling the annular sealing gasket (205) to drive the support spring (204) to contract, further enabling one end of the sealing installation shell (201) to slide to the inner side of the middle part of a sliding limiting groove (108), determining the position of the sealing installation shell (201) after turning again, facilitating the installation of the annular sealing gasket (205), and connecting and fixing a main body installation frame (101) and the sealing installation shell (201) through two connecting foot plates (102);
(B) the circuit main board (106) is driven by the main board positioning end (104) to be inserted into the inner side of the main body mounting frame (101), a sliding groove is formed in one side of the main board limiting strip (105), so that two ends of the circuit main board (106) extend to the inner side of the sliding groove, positioning and mounting are facilitated, the main board positioning end (104) and the main body mounting frame (101) are fixed through screws, and then the position of the circuit main board (106) is determined;
(C) the data connection groove is formed in the lower end face of the circuit main board (106), the upper end of the plug-in mounting sleeve (301) penetrates through the bottom end of the main body mounting frame (101) and extends to the inner side of the circuit main board (106), the circuit main board (106) and the main body mounting frame (101) are further fixed through the plug-in mounting sleeve (301), the elastic metal sheet (306) is arranged at the upper end of the plug-in positioning seat (305), the elastic metal sheet (306) is inserted into the inner side of the data connection groove, and therefore the plug-in positioning seat (305) and the circuit main board (106) can be conveniently connected;
(D) clamping grooves are formed in the two sides of the elastic clamping plate (304), so that when the communication module main body (302) is plugged, the upper end of the communication module main body (302) is inserted into the lower end face of the plugging positioning seat (305) through the bottom end of the communication module main body (302), the elastic clamping plate (304) contracts, the fixed limiting block (303) and the elastic clamping plate (304) are clamped with each other, the communication module main body (302) is conveniently positioned and fixed, and data connection operation can be carried out;
(E) switch on, start the fan motor of fan case (203) inboard, make fan motor can drive the fan blade and rotate, and then the air current carries out the cooling process through the inboard that intake stack (103) got into main part mounting bracket (101) to circuit mainboard (106), the air current promotes division board (206) and annular sealing pad (205) rebound, supporting spring (204) shrink, make annular sealing pad (205) move to the inboard of ventilative groove (207), and then the air current can be discharged through going out gas groove (208), can effectively avoid leading to the fact structural damage from going out gas groove (208) to intake.
9. A method of using a telecommunications module assembly in accordance with claim 8, wherein: one side of main part mounting bracket (101) is provided with the slot, the one end of mainboard location end (104) runs through the slot and is connected fixedly with circuit mainboard (106), mainboard locking hole (107) pass through bolted connection with the slot and fix.
