Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1-3, the present invention provides the following embodiments:
as one of the alternative embodiments of the present application:
a battery pack attachment tab includes a main guide tab and a support guide tab; the main guide sheet is of a strip-shaped sheet structure, and the branch guide sheets are connected to two sides of the main guide sheet strip; the branch guide sheet is used for connecting the battery cell units, and the main guide sheet is used for enabling the plurality of battery cell units to form the battery pack.
In a preferred embodiment, the battery mounting connecting piece further comprises a buffer node; the buffering electricity-saving connection is arranged between the main guide sheet and the branch guide sheet, and the main guide sheet and the branch guide sheet form mechanical flexible connection.
In a preferred embodiment, the buffer section is a wavy conductor section formed by pre-bending a strip-shaped sheet conductor.
In the scheme of the preferred embodiment, the branch guide vanes are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the main guide vane band.
In the scheme of the preferred embodiment, the supporting and guiding sheets are distributed on two sides of the main guiding sheet belt in a staggered manner; the adjacent branch guide vanes on the same side and the branch guide vanes on the corresponding position on the opposite side form a triangle structure.
A battery pack comprising a cell unit formed by the battery pack attachment tab connection of any one of claims 1-7.
As one of the alternative embodiments of the present application:
as shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment discloses a battery conductive connecting sheet, which includes a main lead 11, a branch lead 12, and a buffer node 13, and the connecting sheet is a whole. The main guide piece is a conductor for main current to flow, the branch guide pieces are arranged on two sides of the main guide piece and can be vertical to the main guide piece, and the branch guide pieces are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the main guide piece, so that batteries can be arranged side by side in an aligned manner; conversely, the main guide sheet can be arranged asymmetrically and not perpendicular to the main guide sheet. The branch guide sheet is used for welding the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the battery core, so that the battery cores are connected in series or in parallel.
In fig. 1 of this embodiment, the supporting and guiding sheet above the connecting sheet 10 has a through hole, and the through hole is designed to be adapted to the positive and negative electrode structures of the battery cell only, for better welding. The specific structure of the supporting and guiding sheet is not unique, and the function of the supporting and guiding sheet is to connect the cells in series or in parallel in order to weld the positive and negative electrodes of the cells, so that such a design is included in the present application.
If the upper and lower two supporting sheets, two buffering joints and the corresponding main guide sheet are specified as a unit (as shown in fig. 3). The manufacturer can make a plurality of units when making the connecting piece, can cut corresponding unit and can use according to the in-service use case when using, if need assemble 2 group battery, only need cut two units, if need assemble 10 group battery, need cut the connecting piece of 10 units, so the application range of the connecting piece of the same type is more extensive.
As shown in fig. 2, it is a group of 5-series and 2-series battery packs assembled with batteries in this embodiment. The battery pack shown in fig. 2 is provided with 5 cut cells, one above the other. Firstly, fixing the battery cell 15 by using the battery cell fixing bracket 16, and then welding the connecting sheet 10 with the positive electrode and the negative electrode to form the 5-parallel 2-string battery pack. In the same way, a battery pack with fewer or more battery cells connected in parallel can be formed; according to the environmental configuration of the battery pack, if a battery pack with higher voltage needs to be formed, only the low-voltage battery pack needs to be connected in series to another low-voltage battery pack through the connecting piece, so that a plurality of strings of battery packs can be formed, and the voltage of the battery packs is higher.
The battery management system is an important part of the lithium battery pack, and can be always in a working state in the battery pack, and the management system needs to acquire data information of each battery string all the time, so that a signal line is connected between every two battery strings. The conventional operation needs to connect a wire connector on a data signal wire and then lock the wire connector and the previous connecting piece by using a screw nut, so that the operation is more complicated and troublesome. For the connecting sheet, only the data signal line needs to be directly welded on the main guide sheet or the branch guide sheet by laser, so that the battery management system can acquire the state information of each string of battery cells.
As one of the alternative embodiments of the present application:
a battery pack connection tab structurally comprises a main guide tab, a branch guide tab, a signal line lock hole and a buffer joint.
The supporting and guiding sheets are arranged on two sides of the main guiding sheet and can be perpendicular to the main guiding sheet, the supporting and guiding sheets are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the main guiding sheet, and batteries can be aligned side by side; conversely, the main guide sheet can be arranged asymmetrically and not perpendicular to the main guide sheet. The supporting and guiding sheet is used for welding the positive pole or the negative pole of the battery, so that the battery cores are connected in series or in parallel.
When the battery pack is assembled, data acquisition needs to be carried out on each string of electric cores, the data signal line can be directly connected to the main guide sheet and can also be connected to the branch guide sheet, and the data signal line transmits the state data of the electric cores to a Battery Management System (BMS).
The buffer joint is positioned on the two branch guide pieces, and in the using process of the battery pack, each battery cell can slightly shake relatively, the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the battery cell are welded by laser, and the connecting piece can be stretched or shrunk along with the relative shaking of the battery cell, so that the connecting piece can be fatigued and easily cracked to be disconnected in the long term. The effect of buffering festival is for when electric core rocked relatively, for the connection piece provides the space of rocking relatively to cracked phenomenon just can not appear in this.
The connecting piece can be very long in processing, when the battery pack is used, the required length is cut according to requirements, if each string of the battery pack needs 2 batteries in parallel connection, 2 pairs of guide pieces are cut to serve as the connecting piece, and more batteries can be connected in parallel in the same way. Therefore, the connecting sheets with the same style can be used in different use scenes.
The connecting sheet has the advantages that the connecting sheet is easy to repair, when one electric core in the battery pack has a problem, only the corresponding guide sheets on two sides need to be cut off, the electric core is taken out, then a new electric core is placed in, and the new guide sheets are welded. And other cells connected in parallel are not completely removed. The operational flow of repair is reduced.
The connecting sheet has the advantages of wide application range, simplicity in operation, simplicity in manufacturing and the like.
