In the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means two or more unless specifically defined otherwise.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the present invention provides a method for dividing gray scale of a matrix lighting system, comprising the following steps:
s101, scanning a matrix illumination image, and storing a plurality of groups of illumination data obtained by scanning and corresponding scanning gray levels, wherein the matrix illumination image is provided with a plurality of gray areas.
Specifically, scanning the matrix illumination image by using a corresponding scanning instrument to obtain a plurality of groups of illumination data and a plurality of corresponding groups of scanning gray levels; wherein the matrix illumination image has a plurality of gray scale regions, each of the gray scale regions having a corresponding original gray scale value; the specific scanning mode is as follows: under a set time interval, based on a line scanning or column scanning mode, controlling the scanner to scan the matrix illumination image to obtain multiple groups of illumination data and multiple groups of scanning gray scales, wherein the time interval is generally the time for controlling the scanner to scan one line or one column of the matrix illumination image at a constant speed on the premise of ensuring the scanning quality; after scanning a row or a column of the matrix illumination image, each set of the matrix illumination data may have a different scanning gray scale level.
According to the scanning time, establishing a projection relation between a plurality of groups of illumination data and a plurality of groups of scanning gray scales, namely, according to a time value between the received illumination data and the scanning gray scales, establishing a corresponding projection relation between the illumination data and the scanning gray scales at the same time, wherein the illumination data and the scanning gray scales are in contact, and then storing the illumination data and the scanning gray scales to a storage module in a matrix illumination system according to the projection relation, so that the subsequent scales are conveniently divided.
S102, combining the multiple groups of illumination data based on the first combination signal and the second combination signal to obtain a corresponding illumination matrix.
Specifically, the first combined signal and the second combined signal are constructed correspondingly based on a preset scanning time interval and a preset scanning mode; wherein the first combined signal is determined according to a scanning time interval, the second combined signal is determined according to a scanning mode, namely a mode of line scanning or column scanning, and firstly, the stored illumination data and the scanning gray scale are extracted; based on the first combined signal, arranging all the received illumination data in the time interval to obtain corresponding single-row data or single-column data; according to the scanning time interval, arranging and combining a plurality of groups of the lighting data to obtain corresponding single-row data or single-column data according to the sequence of the received time of all the lighting data received in the corresponding time interval.
And combining the single-row data or the single-column data according to a second combination signal to obtain a corresponding illumination matrix, namely combining the single-row data or the single-column data according to a scanning mode and the sequencing of the time interval according to the second combination signal to obtain a corresponding illumination matrix, and combining all the received illumination data according to the scanning mode and the scanning time interval to make the obtained illumination matrix more fit with the matrix illumination image, increase the diversity of the scanning mode and increase the flexibility of data acquisition.
S103, dividing the scanning gray scale into a plurality of areas, and comparing the difference value between each area and the corresponding gray scale area with a plurality of preset threshold values to obtain the corresponding gray scale.
Specifically, the scanning gray scale is divided into a plurality of areas, and a gray average value corresponding to each area is calculated; the gray level average value is calculated by summing all the scanning gray levels in each region and then calculating the average value to obtain the gray level average value. Then calculating the difference between the gray average value corresponding to each region and the original gray value corresponding to the gray region; comparing the difference value with a plurality of preset threshold values to obtain corresponding gray levels; the specific comparison method comprises the following steps: if the difference value overlaps any one of the preset threshold values, the gray scale level corresponding to the threshold value is assigned to the corresponding region, in a broad sense, it is determined which threshold value of the plurality of preset threshold values the difference value specifically belongs to, and if the difference value is within the range of any one of the threshold values, the gray scale level corresponding to the threshold value is assigned to the corresponding region, the threshold value is a range value, and all the threshold values include 256 gray scales of the whole R, G, B, so that full-color video or image display can be realized.
After all the gray levels of the illumination matrix are determined, the gray levels are dynamically stored in a row-by-row point-by-point or column-by-column point-by-point mode, namely, the gray levels are stored when any one gray level is obtained according to a scanning mode, so that the storage efficiency is improved, and errors in the storage process are avoided.
And S104, dividing the illumination matrix based on the gray scale, and displaying the matrix illumination image in a displacement latching mode.
Specifically, based on the obtained gray scale and the area, the illumination matrix is divided, and according to the scanning mode and the time interval, while the current area is displayed, the stored gray scale of the next adjacent area is obtained until all the gray scales are obtained, and the display of the matrix illumination image is completed, when each area is in the working state, the gray scale of the next area or the corresponding illumination data must be stored in the unique register area of the high-voltage driving module, and once the working application of the next area is reached, the latch signal can be applied, so that the illumination data of the first area in each row or each column must be input in advance when the last area in the previous row or the previous column is working, and the continuity of the data is ensured, and the blank in the image or video display process is avoided, and the display quality is reduced.
The invention discloses a gray scale division method of a matrix lighting system, which comprises the steps of scanning a matrix lighting image, and storing a plurality of groups of lighting data obtained by scanning and corresponding scanning gray scales, wherein the matrix lighting image is provided with a plurality of gray scale areas; combining the plurality of groups of the illumination data based on the first combination signal and the second combination signal to obtain a corresponding illumination matrix; dividing the scanning gray scale into a plurality of areas, and comparing the difference value between each area and the corresponding gray scale area with a plurality of preset threshold values to obtain the corresponding gray scale; and dividing the illumination matrix based on the gray scale, and displaying the matrix illumination image in a displacement latching mode, so that the quality of a displayed video or image is improved.
