When the inserted bar 33 is in contact with the inner side wall of the top of the building, the rolling balls 44 can enable the inserted bar 33 to slide on the inner wall of the building more smoothly.
Furthermore, the aluminum alloy material can prevent rust, and the outer frame 1 described in this embodiment is made of an aluminum alloy material. The outer frame 1 is made of aluminum alloy materials, and the outer frame 1 can be effectively prevented from rusting.
Furthermore, as shown in the drawings, a retainer ring 46 is fixed between two adjacent pull ropes 41 on the outer ring of the rotating shaft 40 in the embodiment. The retainer ring 46 can effectively prevent the plurality of pull ropes 41 on the rotating shaft 40 from being twisted together, which causes the dragging mechanism to be incapable of operating normally.
