The following describes embodiments of the present application in detail.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating an activity management method applied to a server according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in the figure, the activity management method includes:
s101, after receiving a code scanning instruction of a target client terminal aiming at a preset two-dimensional code, the server acquires first position information of the target client terminal, wherein the preset two-dimensional code is associated with target house purchasing activities set by a house enterprise, and the code scanning instruction is used for requesting participation in the target house purchasing activities.
The application provides an activity management method which can judge whether a customer who scans codes to participate in the activity is an effective customer of the real estate enterprise or not in order to help the real estate enterprise to screen out a customer group with a purchase intention more efficiently and prevent the customer from pure wool removal behavior.
The house enterprise is provided with different two-dimensional codes aiming at different marketing activities, a client participates in the activities by scanning the codes, but whether the client is an effective client or not and whether the client has the qualification of participating in the activities needs to be judged, and the judgment standard can be that whether the client really wants to know the house and floor information pushed out in the activities, whether the client has purchase intention and the like. Firstly, a target client sends a code scanning instruction to a server of a house enterprise after scanning a code preset two-dimensional code through a target client terminal, the code scanning instruction is used for requesting participation in target house purchasing activities, the target house purchasing activities are determined according to the scanned preset two-dimensional code, and the server can obtain first position information of the target client after receiving the code scanning instruction.
S102, the server determines whether the target client is a valid client according to the first position information of the target client terminal.
In one possible example, the first location information includes first longitude information and first latitude information of a location where the target customer is currently located; the determining whether the target client is a valid client according to the first location information of the target client includes:
determining whether the longitude of the position of the target client is within a preset longitude range of the real estate enterprise according to the first longitude information;
if yes, determining whether the latitude of the position of the target customer is within a preset latitude range of the house enterprise or not according to the first latitude information;
if so, acquiring the activity site of the target house purchasing activity;
acquiring second longitude information and second latitude information of the activity place;
calculating a target effective distance between the position of the target client and the activity place according to the first longitude information, the first latitude information, the second longitude information and the second latitude information;
and determining whether the target customer is a valid customer according to the target valid distance.
When determining whether the target client is a valid client according to the first position information of the target client, determining whether the longitude of the position of the target client is within a preset longitude range of the real estate enterprise according to the first longitude information, and if so, further judging whether the micro information of the position of the target client is within the preset latitude range of the real estate enterprise according to the first latitude information.
For example, because various house purchasing activities which are released by the house enterprises for marketing the house comprise online activities and offline activities, for the online house purchasing activities, clients in the same city and different cities can participate, but the probability of purchasing the house by the clients in the different cities is lower, when the name of the participating activities is limited, in order to enable the clients with house purchasing possibility to participate in the activities, the preset longitude range and the preset latitude range can be set according to the city where the house enterprises are located. For example, for an offline house-purchasing activity, the distance between a client who wants to participate in the target activity and a property released by the target house-purchasing activity may be limited, a preset longitude range and a preset latitude range may be set according to the position of the property released by the target house-purchasing activity, and when the target client is within the range, it indicates that the distance between the target client and the property is not long, and the target client may reach the position of the property to participate in the offline house-purchasing activity.
The activity site of the online activity can be, for example, a preset area of a house enterprise, or the same city as a building, and the activity site of the offline activity can be, for example, associated with the position of a specific building, or the position of the activity establishment, so that the second longitude information and the second latitude information of the activity site can be obtained, and according to the first longitude information, the first latitude information, the second longitude information and the second latitude information, the target effective distance between the position of the target client and the activity site can be calculated, so that whether the target client is an effective client or not can be determined according to the target effective distance.
As can be seen, in this example, by obtaining the first longitude information and the first latitude information of the location where the target client is located, and obtaining the second longitude information and the second latitude information of the activity location of the target house purchasing activity, the target effective distance between the target client and the activity location may be calculated, and whether the target client is an effective client of the enterprise may be determined according to the target effective distance.
In one possible example, the calculating a target effective distance between the location of the target customer and the activity location according to the first longitude information, the first latitude information, the second longitude information, and the second latitude information includes:
calculating a first sine value corresponding to the first latitude information and a second sine value corresponding to the second latitude information;
calculating a first cosine value corresponding to the first latitude information and a second cosine value corresponding to the second latitude information;
calculating a longitude difference between the first longitude information and the second longitude information;
and substituting the first sine value, the second sine value, the first cosine value, the second cosine value and the longitude difference into a preset distance formula to obtain the target effective distance.
When the target effective distance between the position of the target client and the activity place is calculated according to the first longitude information, the first latitude information, the second longitude information and the second latitude information, specifically, a first sine value corresponding to the first latitude information and a second sine value corresponding to the second latitude information are calculated, a first cosine value corresponding to the first latitude information and a second cosine value corresponding to the second latitude information are calculated, a longitude difference between the first longitude information and the second longitude information is calculated, and the first sine value, the second sine value, the first cosine value, the second cosine value and the longitude difference are brought into a preset distance formula to obtain the target effective distance, wherein the preset formula is as follows:
S=R×arccos[cosβ1cosβ2cos(α1-α2)+sinβ1sinβ2]
the first latitude of the position of the target client is beta 1, the first longitude is alpha 1, the second latitude of the position of the activity place is beta 2, the second longitude is alpha 2, the first sine value is sin beta 1, the second sine value is sin beta 2, the first cosine value is cos beta 1, the second cosine value is cos beta 2, the longitude difference is (alpha 1-alpha 2), and R is the radius of the earth, so that the target effective distance S between the position of the target client and the activity place is obtained through calculation.
As can be seen, in this example, the specific first sine value, second sine value, first cosine value, second cosine value and longitude difference are brought into a preset distance formula, and the effective distance between the target customer and the activity place can be calculated, so that whether the target customer is an effective customer who has a probability of purchasing a property for the property enterprise can be determined according to the target effective distance.
In one possible example, the determining whether the target customer is a valid customer according to the target valid distance includes:
acquiring a target importance level of the target house purchasing activity;
searching a mapping relation between a preset stress level and an effective distance, and determining a first effective distance corresponding to the target importance level;
acquiring a target environment parameter according to the first position information of the target client;
searching a mapping relation between a preset environment parameter and an adjusting coefficient, and determining a first target adjusting coefficient corresponding to the target environment parameter;
adjusting the target effective distance according to the first target adjustment coefficient to obtain a second effective distance;
calculating a difference value between the first effective distance and the second effective distance to obtain a target difference value;
when the target difference value is detected to be within a preset difference value range, determining the target client as a valid client;
and when the target difference value is detected not to be within a preset difference value range, determining the target client to be an invalid client.
When determining whether the target client is the valid client according to the target valid distance, the target importance level of the target house purchasing activity may be obtained first, different house purchasing activities promoted by a house property enterprise may involve different reward mechanisms, and therefore the importance levels of the house purchasing activities may be different, for example, house purchasing activities with low importance levels may involve only rewards of several or dozens of yuan, house purchasing activities with high importance levels may involve more rewards, and a certain prize may be obtained, or house purchasing offers are provided during house purchasing.
When the activity importance level is higher, the requirement for participating in the activity may be higher, and the corresponding effective distance may be closer, and when the activity importance level is lower, the requirement for participating in the activity may be lower, and the corresponding effective distance may be farther. The method comprises the steps of obtaining target environment parameters according to first position information of a target client, searching a mapping relation between preset environment parameters and adjustment coefficients, determining first target adjustment coefficients corresponding to the target environment parameters, adjusting the effective distance of the target according to the first target adjustment coefficients to obtain second effective distances, obtaining target difference values by calculating the firewood intelligence between the first effective distances and the second effective distances, and determining whether the target client is an effective client or not according to the target difference values.
The target environment parameters include the current traffic condition, whether there is an obstacle (park, house, etc.), the target effective distance is actually a straight line distance between the target client and the activity site, but the actual distance between the target client and the activity site needs to be determined according to the target environment parameters, so that the second effective distance obtained according to the target environment parameters can be, for example, a passing distance for the target client to the activity site. The first distance is a predetermined distance that the customer may return to the activity, e.g., the distance that the customer may walk 10 minutes to reach the activity site, based on the activity's appeal to the customer and activity level.
For example, after the target importance level is determined according to the target house purchasing activity, the first effective distance determined according to the target importance level is 1000 meters, and the effective distance between the target client and the activity site, that is, the straight-line distance is 800 meters, but the second effective distance from the target client to the activity site is 1400 meters according to the target environment parameter obtained according to the first position information of the target client in combination with the current traffic condition and the obstacle condition, and the difference between the first effective distance and the second effective distance is 400 meters, which is within the preset difference range of 0-500 meters, so that the target client is judged to be an effective client.
As can be seen, in this example, when determining whether the target client is a valid client according to the target effective distance, the first effective distance and the second effective distance may be obtained by collecting the target importance level of the target house purchasing activity and the target environment parameter of the location where the target client is located, and the difference between the first effective distance and the second effective distance is calculated to determine whether the target client is a valid client, which is more accurate and reliable.
In one possible example, the determining whether the target customer is a valid customer according to the target valid distance includes:
acquiring client information of the target client, wherein the client information comprises age information and occupation information of the target client;
acquiring an age distribution range and an occupation distribution range of the target house purchasing activity participants;
when the target client is detected to be in the age distribution range and the occupation is detected to be in the occupation distribution range, detecting whether the target effective distance is in a preset distance range;
when the target distance is detected to be within a preset distance range, determining that the target customer is a valid customer;
and when the target distance is detected not to be within the preset distance range, determining the target client to be an invalid client.
The method comprises the steps of determining whether a target client is an effective client or not according to a target effective distance, acquiring client information of the target client, wherein the client information comprises age information and occupation information of the target client, and then acquiring an age distribution range and an occupation distribution range of a target house purchasing activity participant, detecting whether the target effective distance is within a preset distance range or not when the age of the target client is detected to be within the age distribution range and the position is within the occupation distribution range, if so, determining that the target client is the effective client, and if not, determining that the target client is not the effective client.
In this example, it can be seen that, when determining whether the target client is a valid client according to the target valid distance, further determining whether the target client really wants to participate in the target house purchasing activity according to the professional information and the age information of the target client, thereby avoiding wasting activity resources.
S103, the server sends a notification message allowing the target client to participate in the target house purchasing activity to the target client terminal if the server detects that the client is the target client terminal.
In one possible example, the method further comprises:
after a code scanning instruction of a target client terminal for a preset two-dimensional code is received, determining whether the preset two-dimensional code is an online two-dimensional code or an offline two-dimensional code;
when the preset two-dimensional code is detected to be an offline two-dimensional code, acquiring second position information of the preset two-dimensional code;
when detecting that the distance error between the first position information and the second position information is smaller than a preset threshold value, determining that the code scanning instruction is a valid instruction; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
when the preset two-dimension code is detected to be an on-line two-dimension code, acquiring the valid period of the preset two-dimension code;
acquiring target time for receiving the code scanning instruction;
and when the target time is detected to be within the validity period of the preset two-dimensional code, determining that the code scanning instruction is a valid instruction.
After receiving a code scanning instruction of a target client aiming at a preset two-dimensional code, the server can further judge whether the preset two-dimensional code is an online two-dimensional code or an online two-dimensional code, if the preset two-dimensional code is an offline two-dimensional code, second position information where the preset two-dimensional code is located is required to be obtained, whether an error between two positions is smaller than a preset threshold value or not is detected according to first position information where the target client terminal is located and second position information where the preset two-dimensional code is located offline, if the error is smaller than the preset threshold value, the code scanning instruction can be determined to be an effective instruction, and only when the code scanning instruction is an effective instruction, whether the target client is an effective client or not is required to be further judged.
If the preset two-dimensional code is the online two-dimensional code, the validity period of the preset two-dimensional code needs to be acquired, for example, the validity period may be 10 minutes, and after receiving the code scanning instruction, the server acquires the target time of receiving the code scanning instruction, so that whether the code scanning instruction is a valid instruction is judged by detecting whether the target time is within the validity period of the preset two-dimensional code.
As can be seen, in this example, after receiving a code scanning instruction of the target client terminal for the preset two-dimensional code, the server may further determine whether the instruction is a valid instruction, so as to determine whether further subsequent processing needs to be performed on the code scanning instruction.
It can be seen that, in the embodiment of the present application, a server first obtains first location information of a target client terminal after receiving a code scanning instruction of the target client terminal for a preset two-dimensional code, where the preset two-dimensional code is associated with a target house purchasing activity set by a house enterprise, and the code scanning instruction is used to request to participate in the target house purchasing activity, and then, according to the first location information of the target client terminal, determines whether the target client is an effective client, and finally, if so, sends a notification message allowing the target client to participate in the target house purchasing activity to the target client terminal. The target client is determined to be the valid client according to the position information of the target client, and the target client is allowed to participate in the target house-buying activity after the target client is determined to be the valid client, so that whether the code-scanning client is the valid client of a business or not can be judged, the quality of the client participating in the house-buying activity is improved, and the occurrence of wool pulling behavior is avoided.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of another activity management method provided in the embodiment of the present application, and the method is applied to a server, consistent with the embodiment shown in fig. 1. As shown in the figure, the activity management method includes:
s201, after receiving a code scanning instruction of a target client terminal aiming at a preset two-dimensional code, the server acquires first position information of the target client terminal, wherein the preset two-dimensional code is associated with target house purchasing activities set by a house enterprise, and the code scanning instruction is used for requesting participation in the target house purchasing activities.
S202, the server acquires client information of the target client, wherein the client information comprises age information and occupation information of the target client.
S203, the server acquires the age distribution range and the occupation distribution range of the target house purchasing activity participants.
S204, when the server detects that the age of the target client is in the age distribution range and the occupation is in the occupation distribution range, the server detects whether the target effective distance determined according to the first position information is in a preset distance range.
S205, when the server detects that the target distance is within a preset distance range, the server determines that the target client is a valid client.
S206, the server sends a notification message for allowing the target client to participate in the target house purchasing activity to the target client terminal.
In addition, when determining whether the target client is a valid client according to the target valid distance, further determining whether the target client really wants to participate in the target house purchasing activity according to the occupation information and the age information of the target client, thereby avoiding the waste of activity resources.
Consistent with the embodiments shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, please refer to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a server 300 provided in the embodiments of the present application, the server 300 runs with one or more application programs and an operating system, as shown, the server 300 includes a processor 310, a memory 320, a communication interface 330, and one or more programs 321, wherein the one or more programs 321 are stored in the memory 320 and configured to be executed by the processor 310, and the one or more programs 321 include instructions for performing the following steps;
after checking the purchase of a target client, acquiring client index information associated with the target client;
determining a commission configuration strategy aiming at the target client according to the client index information, wherein the commission configuration strategy comprises at least one client relationship, the at least one client relationship is determined according to the house purchasing service acquired by the target client, and the client relationship comprises the target client and an initiation object for providing the house purchasing service for the target client;
determining a service commission of each of a plurality of initiating objects corresponding to the at least one customer relationship;
