Abstract

In some embodiments, the execution time of the execution action may also be obtained, for example, when the new process is completed, the approval page is sent to the first approver, and after the first approver approves, the approval page is sent to the second approver, etc. The universal template can be preset, or a plurality of universal templates can be preset, so that a user can select the universal template to be used, such as a leave-looking examination and approval service, a universal template of the examination and approval service, a text sharing service and a universal template of the sharing service. After the execution action and the information to be filled are acquired in S601, the execution action and the information to be filled may be associated to corresponding modules of the universal template to generate the service template of the custom service type. As shown in fig. 7, the embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a service flow creation apparatus, including:
the identifying module 701 is configured to, when a drag operation from a service type selection area to a personnel selection area is identified, obtain an identifier of a service type corresponding to a start point area of the drag operation and an identifier of a personnel corresponding to an end point area of the drag operation;
the creation module 702 is configured to obtain a service template associated with the identifier of the service type, and create a service flow by combining the identifier of the person and the service template.
In some embodiments, the creating module 702 creates a business process in combination with the identification of the person and the business template, including:
acquiring a parameter filling interface associated with the identifier of the service type, and outputting the parameter filling interface; acquiring first input data filled in the parameter filling interface, and generating an execution action and display interface of the business process by combining the first input data, the business template and the identification of the personnel;
and executing the executing action and outputting the display interface.
In some embodiments, the creating module 702 creates a business process in combination with the identification of the person and the business template, including:
combining the personnel identification and the business template to generate an execution action and a display interface of the business process;
outputting the display interface;
and acquiring second input data filled in the display interface, and executing the executing action by combining the second input data.
In some implementations, the apparatus provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure further includes:
an obtaining module 703, configured to obtain service data associated with the service type based on the identifier of the service type;
the creating module 702 creates a business process by combining the identification of the person and the business template, including:
and creating a business process by combining the identification of the personnel, the business template and business data associated with the business type.
In some embodiments, the creating module 702 creates a business process by combining the identification of the person and the business template, and the business data associated with the business type, including:
filling the business data associated with the business type into a business data filling frame in the business template;
filling the identification of the personnel into a personnel filling frame in the business template;
creating a business process based on the business template after filling in the business data and the identification of the person.
In some implementations, the apparatus provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure further includes:
a service type adding module 704, configured to obtain a self-defined service type identifier and a service template of the self-defined service type;
storing the service template of the self-defined service type and the identification of the self-defined service type in an associated mode;
and generating a visualization area corresponding to the identification of the self-defined service type, and displaying the visualization area in the service type selection area.
In some embodiments, the service type adding module 704 obtains a service template of the custom service type, for:
acquiring an execution action and information to be filled corresponding to the self-defined service type;
and generating the service template of the custom service type by combining a universal template based on the executing action and the information to be filled.
The disclosed embodiments also provide a computer readable storage medium storing computer instructions that are executed by a processor to perform a method as provided by the disclosed embodiments.
As shown in fig. 8, the embodiment of the present disclosure further provides an electronic device, including a processor 801 and a memory 802, where the memory 802 stores computer instructions, and the processor 801 is configured to execute the method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure based on the computer instructions.
The business process creation method, the device, the storage medium and the electronic equipment provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can realize the following technical effects:
the service flow creation method provided by the technical scheme of the disclosure presets a service type selection area and a personnel selection area, when a drag operation from the service type selection area to the personnel selection area is identified, acquires an identifier of a service type corresponding to a start point area of the drag operation and an identifier of a personnel corresponding to an end point area of the drag operation, and is used for creating a service flow based on the identifier of the service type and the identifier of the personnel and executing the service flow.
The interactive operation required by the creation of the business process is simple and can be realized only through dragging actions.
The service type selection area can accommodate a plurality of different service types, so that the unification of the creation modes of the service flows of the different service types is facilitated.
The display interface corresponding to the business flow can further acquire the filling information of the user so as to adapt to the execution requirements of different business types.
The service types can be increased in a custom mode, so that the method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can unify the interaction modes of more service types.

Claims (9)
1. A business process creation method, comprising:
when a drag operation from a service type selection area to a personnel selection area is identified, acquiring an identification of a service type corresponding to a start point area of the drag operation and an identification of personnel corresponding to an end point area of the drag operation;
acquiring a service template associated with the identification of the service type, and creating a service flow by combining the identification of the personnel and the service template;
the business process creation method further comprises the following steps: acquiring a service template of a self-defined service type;
the obtaining the service template of the service type comprises the following steps:
acquiring an execution action and information to be filled corresponding to the self-defined service type;
and generating the service template of the custom service type by combining a universal template based on the executing action and the information to be filled.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the creating a business process in combination with the identification of the person and the business template comprises:
acquiring a parameter filling interface associated with the identifier of the service type, and outputting the parameter filling interface;
acquiring first input data filled in the parameter filling interface, and generating an execution action and display interface of the business process by combining the first input data, the business template and the identification of the personnel;
and executing the executing action and outputting the display interface.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the creating a business process in combination with the identification of the person and the business template comprises:
combining the personnel identification and the business template to generate an execution action and a display interface of the business process;
outputting the display interface;
and acquiring second input data filled in the display interface, and executing the executing action by combining the second input data.
4. The method as recited in claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring service data associated with the service type based on the identification of the service type;
the creating a business process by combining the identification of the person and the business template comprises the following steps:
and creating the business process by combining the identification of the person, the business template and the business data associated with the business type.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein said creating a business process in conjunction with the identification of the person, the business template, and the business data associated with the business type comprises:
filling the business data associated with the business type into a business data filling frame in the business template;
filling the identification of the personnel into a personnel filling frame in the business template;
creating a business process based on the business template after filling in the business data and the identification of the person.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring a self-defined service type identifier;
storing the service template of the self-defined service type and the identification of the self-defined service type in an associated mode;
and generating a visualization area corresponding to the identification of the self-defined service type, and displaying the visualization area in the service type selection area.
7. A business process creation apparatus, comprising:
the device comprises an identification module, a control module and a control module, wherein the identification module is used for acquiring an identification of a service type corresponding to a start point area of a drag operation and an identification of a person corresponding to an end point area of the drag operation when the drag operation from the service type selection area to the person selection area is identified;
the creation module is used for acquiring a service template associated with the identification of the service type and creating a service flow by combining the identification of the personnel and the service template;
the creation module is also used for acquiring a service template of the self-defined service type;
the creation module acquires the service template of the custom service type by the following method: acquiring an execution action and information to be filled corresponding to the self-defined service type; and generating the service template of the custom service type by combining a universal template based on the executing action and the information to be filled.
8. A computer readable storage medium storing computer instructions for execution by a processor of the method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
9. An electronic device comprising a processor and a memory, the memory storing computer instructions, the processor configured to perform the method of any one of claims 1 to 6 based on the computer instructions.
