In the embodiment of the application, under the condition that the contact duration of the plurality of combination keys on the operation panel of the range hood reaches the preset duration threshold (the first duration threshold and the second duration threshold), the command to be calibrated and the calibration command are triggered, and the problem of key misoperation caused by the fact that the duration threshold is not set can be effectively solved.

in some embodiments, when it is determined that the oil stain in the oil collection box of the range hood is cleaned, the range hood may automatically output a prompt message, that is, a command to be calibrated, for prompting a user that the weighing sensor may be calibrated when the oil stain in the oil collection box is cleaned. Therefore, the command to be calibrated in the present embodiment has some differences from the command to be calibrated in the previous embodiment, the command to be calibrated in the present embodiment may be understood as a prompt message, and the command to be calibrated in the previous embodiment may be an operation of the symmetric retransmission sensor by the user.

Step 326, executing the calibration command to calibrate the weighing sensor;

In the embodiment of the application, firstly, under the condition of obtaining the steam washing lampblack absorber command, the weight of an oil collecting box of the lampblack absorber is obtained, then under the condition that the weight of the oil collecting box is determined to be larger than a first weight threshold value, oil stains in the oil collecting box need to be cleared, under the condition that the oil stains in the oil collecting box are determined to be cleared, a weighing sensor of the oil collecting box is calibrated, and finally the command of steam washing the lampblack absorber is executed. step 401, determining whether the display panel power supply is powered on;
step 402, under the condition that the power supply of the display panel is determined not to be electrified, acquiring a pre-calibration command of the weighing sensor;
when the display panel is not powered on (i.e. the display panel power key is not activated), a long press of the 3 second combination key may be used to trigger the pre-calibration command.
When the display panel is powered on (namely, the power key of the display panel is started), the weighing sensor cannot be calibrated.
Step 403, determining whether to calibrate the weighing sensor;
outputting first prompt information according to the pre-calibration command, wherein the first prompt information is used for prompting a user that the weighing sensor is to be calibrated; the first prompt message includes at least one of the following screen display code or text prompt and buzzer sound prompt.
When the user operates by mistake, the calibration logic is exited after 3 seconds, when the user needs to calibrate, the calibration operation is carried out by pressing the combined calibration key for 3 seconds, and codes or character reminding and buzzing reminding are displayed on a screen.
And 404, calibrating the weighing sensor according to the calibration command, and outputting second prompt information, wherein the second prompt information is used for prompting a user that the weighing sensor is calibrated.
And when the calibration key is triggered, updating the standard weight according to the current weight of the oil collecting box.
In the embodiment of the application, the symmetrical retransmission sensor is calibrated by triggering the pre-calibration and twice calibration operations, so that the problem of inaccurate calibration caused by misoperation can be effectively avoided.
Based on the foregoing embodiments, the embodiment of the present application provides a device for cleaning a range hood with steam, the device includes modules and sub-modules included in the modules, and the device can be implemented by a control component in range hood equipment; of course, it may also be implemented by logic circuitry; in implementation, the control component may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Microprocessor (MPU), a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), or the like.
Fig. 5A is a schematic diagram of a device composition structure of a range hood cleaning device provided in an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 5A, the device 500 for steam cleaning a range hood includes a first obtaining module 501, a first output module 502, and a first executing module 503, where:
the first obtaining module 510 is configured to obtain the weight of the oil collecting box of the range hood by using the weighing sensor under the condition that a command for cleaning the range hood by using steam is obtained;
the first output module 520 is configured to output first prompt information when it is determined that the weight of the oil collection box of the range hood is greater than a first weight threshold, where the first prompt information is used to prompt a user to clean oil stains in the oil collection box of the range hood;
and the first execution module 530 is used for executing the order of cleaning the range hood by using the steam under the condition that the oil stains in the oil collecting box of the range hood are determined to be cleaned.
In some embodiments, the device further comprises a second output module, a second acquisition module and a second execution module, wherein the second output module is configured to output a second prompt message when it is determined that the oil contamination in the oil collection box of the range hood is cleaned, wherein the second prompt message is used for prompting a user that a weighing sensor of the oil collection box is to perform a calibration operation, and determining whether the oil contamination in the oil collection box is cleaned; the second acquisition module is used for acquiring a calibration command of a weighing sensor of the oil collecting box of the range hood; and the second execution module is used for executing the calibration command and calibrating the weighing sensor.
In some embodiments, the apparatus further comprises a drainage module for draining oil stains in the range hood oil collection box to an oil fume collection device if it is determined that the weight of the range hood oil collection box is greater than a first weight threshold.
Based on the foregoing embodiment, the embodiment of the application provides a weighing sensor calibration device for an oil collecting box of a range hood, the device includes modules and sub-modules included in the modules, and the calibration device can be realized through a control assembly in range hood equipment; of course, it may also be implemented by logic circuitry; in implementation, the control component may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Microprocessor (MPU), a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), or the like.
Fig. 5B is a schematic diagram of a structure of a weighing calibration device of an oil collection box provided in the embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 5B, the weighing sensor calibration device 510 of an oil collection box of a range hood includes a third obtaining module 511, a third output module 512, a fourth obtaining module 513 and a calibration module 514, where:
a third obtaining module 511, configured to obtain a command to be calibrated of the weighing sensor;
a third output module 512, configured to output second prompt information according to the command to be calibrated, where the second prompt information is used to prompt a user that a weighing sensor of the oil collection box will perform a calibration operation, and confirm whether oil contamination in the oil collection box is cleaned;
a fourth obtaining module 513, configured to obtain a calibration command of the weighing sensor when it is determined that oil contamination in the oil collection box of the range hood has been cleaned;
a calibration module 514, configured to execute the calibration command to calibrate the load cell.
In some embodiments, the apparatus further includes a fifth obtaining module and a first determining module, where the fifth obtaining module is configured to obtain a time for triggering the command to be calibrated; and the first determining module is used for determining that the oil stain of the oil collecting box of the range hood is cleaned when the current time is determined to be equal to the sum of the time for triggering the command to be calibrated and the preset interval duration.
In some embodiments, the first determining module comprises a first obtaining submodule and a first determining submodule, wherein the first obtaining submodule is used for obtaining the weight of the oil collecting box of the range hood; and the first determining submodule is used for determining that the oil stain of the oil collecting box of the range hood is cleaned under the condition that the weight of the oil collecting box of the range hood is determined to be less than or equal to the second weight threshold.
In some embodiments, the apparatus further includes a sixth obtaining module and a triggering module, where the sixth obtaining module is configured to obtain a time of a previous calibration; and the triggering module is used for triggering a command to be calibrated of the weighing sensor under the condition that the current time is determined to be equal to the time of the previous calibration plus a preset calibration period.
In some embodiments, the apparatus further includes a fourth output module configured to output a third prompt message when the calibration command is executed, where the third prompt message is used to prompt that the weighing sensor is performing calibration, and the third prompt message includes at least one of a screen display code, a text prompt, and a buzzer prompt.
In some embodiments, the third obtaining module is further configured to obtain the command to be calibrated of N combination keys on an operation panel of the range hood under the condition that it is determined that the range hood is not in the working state, where N is an integer greater than or equal to 2; the fourth obtaining module is further configured to obtain the calibration commands of the M combination keys on the operation panel of the range hood under the condition that it is determined that oil stains in the oil collecting box of the range hood are cleaned, where M is an integer greater than or equal to 2.
In some embodiments, the third obtaining module is further configured to obtain the command to be calibrated when it is determined that the contact time duration of the N combination keys reaches a preset first time duration threshold; and the fourth acquisition module is further used for acquiring the calibration command under the conditions that the oil stains in the oil collecting box of the range hood are determined to be cleaned and the contact time of the M combined keys reaches a preset second time threshold.
The embodiment of the application provides a range hood, and fig. 6 is the component structure schematic diagram of a range hood that this embodiment of the application provided, as shown in fig. 6, range hood 600 includes operating panel 601, range hood collection oil box 602, collection oil box weighing sensor 603 and control assembly 604, wherein:
an operation panel 601 for detecting a specific operation;
the range hood oil collecting box 602 is used for collecting oil stains generated during the operation of the range hood;
an oil collecting box weighing sensor 603 for measuring the weight of the oil collected in the oil collecting box 602;
a control component 604 for acquiring a command to be calibrated of the load cell; outputting second prompt information according to the command to be calibrated, wherein the second prompt information is used for prompting a user that a weighing sensor of the oil collecting box is to be calibrated and confirming whether oil stains in the oil collecting box are cleaned or not; under the condition that the oil stains in the oil collecting box of the range hood are determined to be cleaned, acquiring a calibration command of the weighing sensor; and executing the calibration command to calibrate the weighing sensor.
In some embodiments, the control component is further configured to obtain a time for triggering the command to be calibrated before determining that the oil contamination in the oil collection box of the range hood has been cleaned; and under the condition that the current time is determined to be equal to the sum of the time for triggering the command to be calibrated and the preset interval time, determining that the oil stain of the oil collecting box of the range hood is cleaned.
In some embodiments, the control component is further configured to obtain a weight of an oil collecting box of the range hood; and under the condition that the weight of the oil collecting box of the range hood is determined to be less than or equal to a second weight threshold value, determining that the oil stain of the oil collecting box of the range hood is cleaned.
In some embodiments, the control component is further configured to, before acquiring the command to be calibrated of the load cell, acquire a time of a previous calibration; and under the condition that the current time is determined to be equal to the time of the previous calibration plus a preset calibration period, triggering a command to be calibrated of the weighing sensor.
In some embodiments, the control component is further configured to output a third prompt message when the calibration command is executed, wherein the third prompt message is used for prompting that the weighing sensor is being calibrated, and the third prompt message includes at least one of a screen display code, a text prompt and a buzzer sound prompt.
In some embodiments, the control component is further configured to, under a condition that it is determined that the range hood is not in the working state, obtain the command to be calibrated of N combination keys on an operation panel of the range hood, where N is an integer greater than or equal to 2; and acquiring the calibration commands of M combined keys on an operation panel of the range hood, wherein M is an integer greater than or equal to 2.
In some embodiments, the control component is further configured to, in a case where it is determined that the contact time duration of the N combined keys reaches a preset first time duration threshold, acquire the command to be calibrated; and acquiring the calibration command under the condition that the contact time length of the M combined keys reaches a preset second time length threshold value.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, if the calibration method of the load cell is implemented in the form of a software functional module and is sold or used as a standalone product, it may also be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a calibration apparatus, which is called a retransmission sensor, to perform all or part of the methods described in the embodiments of the present application. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a Read Only Memory (ROM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk. Thus, embodiments of the present application are not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.
Accordingly, embodiments of the present application provide a computer-readable storage medium, on which one or more programs are stored, where the one or more programs are executable by one or more control components to implement the steps in the calibration method of the load cell provided in the above embodiments.

1. A method of cleaning a range hood, the method comprising:
under the condition of acquiring a command of cleaning the range hood by steam, acquiring the weight of an oil collecting box of the range hood by using the weighing sensor;
under the condition that the weight of the oil collecting box of the range hood is determined to be larger than a first weight threshold value, outputting first prompt information, wherein the first prompt information is used for prompting a user to clean oil stains in the oil collecting box of the range hood;
and executing the command of cleaning the range hood by using the steam under the condition that the oil stain in the oil collecting box of the range hood is determined to be cleaned.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to said executing the vapor purge range hood command, the method further comprises:
under the condition that the oil stain in the oil collecting box of the range hood is determined to be cleaned, outputting second prompt information, wherein the second prompt information is used for prompting a user that a weighing sensor of the oil collecting box is to be calibrated and confirming whether the oil stain in the oil collecting box is cleaned or not;
acquiring a calibration command of a weighing sensor of the oil collecting box of the range hood;
and executing the calibration command to calibrate the weighing sensor.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
and under the condition that the weight of the oil collection box of the range hood is determined to be larger than a first weight threshold value, oil stains in the oil collection box of the range hood are guided to an oil smoke collecting device.
4. A weighing and calibrating method of an oil collecting box is applied to a range hood and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a command to be calibrated of a weighing sensor of the oil collecting box;
outputting second prompt information according to the command to be calibrated, wherein the second prompt information is used for prompting a user that a weighing sensor of the oil collecting box is to be calibrated and confirming whether oil stains in the oil collecting box are cleaned or not;
under the condition that the oil stains in the oil collecting box are determined to be cleaned, a calibration command of the weighing sensor is obtained;
and executing the calibration command to calibrate the weighing sensor.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein prior to determining that the oil contamination within the range hood sump has completed cleaning, the method further comprises:
acquiring the time for triggering the command to be calibrated;
and under the condition that the current time is determined to be equal to the sum of the time for triggering the command to be calibrated and the preset interval time, determining that the oil stain of the oil collecting box of the range hood is cleaned.
6. The method of claim 4 or 5, wherein determining that the oil stain in the oil collection box of the range hood has been cleaned comprises:
acquiring the weight of the oil collecting box of the range hood;
and under the condition that the weight of the oil collecting box of the range hood is determined to be less than or equal to a second weight threshold value, determining that the oil stain of the oil collecting box of the range hood is cleaned.
7. The method of claim 4, wherein prior to acquiring the command to calibrate the load cell, the method further comprises:
acquiring the time of the previous calibration;
and under the condition that the current time is determined to be equal to the time of the previous calibration plus a preset calibration period, triggering a command to be calibrated of the weighing sensor.
8. The method of claim 4, wherein the method further comprises:
and under the condition of executing the calibration command, outputting third prompt information, wherein the third prompt information is used for prompting that the weighing sensor is calibrated and comprises at least one of the following screen display codes, text prompts and buzzing prompts.
9. The method of claim 4, wherein the obtaining the command to calibrate the load cell comprises:
under the condition that the range hood is determined not to be in the working state, acquiring the command to be calibrated of N combined keys on an operation panel of the range hood, wherein N is an integer greater than or equal to 2;
correspondingly, the acquiring a calibration command of the weighing sensor includes:
and acquiring the calibration commands of M combined keys on an operation panel of the range hood, wherein M is an integer greater than or equal to 2.
10. The method according to claim 9, wherein said obtaining said command to be calibrated for N combination keys on an operating panel of said range hood comprises:
under the condition that the contact time of the N combined keys is determined to reach a preset first time threshold, acquiring the command to be calibrated;
correspondingly, the acquiring the calibration commands of the M combination keys on the operation panel of the range hood comprises:
and acquiring the calibration command under the condition that the contact time length of the M combined keys reaches a preset second time length threshold value.
11. An apparatus for cleaning a range hood, the apparatus comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the weight of the oil collecting box of the range hood by using the weighing sensor under the condition of acquiring a command of cleaning the range hood by using steam;
the output module is used for outputting first prompt information under the condition that the weight of the oil collecting box of the range hood is determined to be larger than a first weight threshold value, wherein the first prompt information is used for prompting a user to clean oil stains in the oil collecting box of the range hood;
and the execution module is used for executing the command of the steam cleaning range hood under the condition that the oil stain in the oil collection box of the range hood is determined to be cleaned.
