the two sides of the base (1) are symmetrically provided with the first sliding rails (23);
the detection plates (24) are arranged between the first sliding rails (23) on the same side in a sliding manner;
the limiting frame (20) is arranged on the detection plate (24);
the first spring (21) is arranged on the limiting frame (20);
the limiting frame (20) is connected with the T-shaped rod (22) in a sliding mode, and the T-shaped rod (22) is connected with the first spring (21).
3. The device for detecting the qualified diameter of the lamp ring of the LED tube lamp as claimed in claim 2, wherein the rotating mechanism (3) comprises:
the two sides of the T-shaped rod (22) are symmetrically and slidably provided with the brushes (30);
a second spring (31), wherein the second spring (31) is arranged between each painting brush (30) and the T-shaped rod (22);
the T-shaped rod (22) is provided with a sliding rod (32);
the third spring (33) is arranged on the sliding rod (32);
the sliding cylinder (34), the sliding rod (32) is connected with the sliding cylinder (34) in a sliding mode, and the sliding cylinder (34) is connected with the third spring (33);
the sliding cylinder (34) is rotatably connected with a first straight gear (36);
the first straight gear (36) and the sliding cylinder (34) are respectively provided with a helical gear (35), and the two helical gears (35) are meshed;
the base (1) is provided with a first rack (37), and the first rack (37) is meshed with the first straight gear (36).
4. The device for detecting the qualified diameter of the lamp ring of the LED down lamp as claimed in claim 2 or 3, characterized by further comprising a lifting mechanism (4), wherein the lifting mechanism (4) comprises:
the supporting rod (40) is arranged on the base (1);
the supporting rod (40) is provided with a servo motor (41);
the second sliding rail (42) is arranged on the supporting rod (40);
the second sliding rail (42) is internally and slidably connected with the connecting block (43), and the connecting block (43) is connected with the sliding cylinder (34);
the output shaft of the servo motor (41) is provided with a screw rod (44), and the screw rod (44) is in threaded connection with the connecting block (43).
5. The device for detecting the qualified diameter of the lamp ring of the LED tube lamp is characterized by further comprising an opening and closing mechanism (5), wherein the opening and closing mechanism (5) comprises:
the connecting block (43) is connected with the ratchet (50) in a sliding mode, and elastic pieces are symmetrically arranged between the ratchet (50) and the connecting block (43);
the first rotating shaft (52), two first rotating shafts (52) are rotatably arranged on the first rack (37);
a first bearing seat (51) is arranged between the first rotating shafts (52);
the first rotating shaft (52) is provided with the winding wheels (53), pull ropes are wound among the winding wheels (53), and the pull ropes are connected with the detection plate (24) on one side;
the ratchet wheel (54) is arranged on the first rotating shaft (52) on one side, and the ratchet wheel (54) is meshed with the ratchet (50);
a first torsion spring (55) is arranged between each first rotating shaft (52) and the first rack (37);
a fixed shaft (56), and the base (1) is rotatably provided with the fixed shaft (56);
the second straight gear (57) is arranged on the fixed shaft (56), and the second straight gear (57) is arranged on the base (1) in a rotating mode;
and the bottom of the detection plate (24) is symmetrically provided with a second rack (58), and the second rack (58) is meshed with a second straight gear (57).

the wedge block (64) is arranged on the rubber block (62);
the rotating plates (65) are rotatably arranged between the two adjacent second bearing seats (60), and the rotating plates (65) are matched with the detection plate (24);
