As shown in fig. 1-7, the invention provides a fire hose with a wear-resistant lining, comprising a fire hose body 1, a handheld part 2 and a connecting flange 3, wherein the handheld part 2 is arranged at the top of the fire hose body 1, the connecting flange 3 is arranged on the outer surface of the top of the handheld part 2, the fire hose body 1 comprises an outer hose body 4, an inner liner 5 and a movable cavity 6, the inner liner 5 comprises a wear-resistant bag body 7 and an elastic bag body 8, the wear-resistant bag body 7 and the elastic bag body 8 are connected end to end, the wear-resistant bag body 7 comprises a graphene layer 9, a polyurethane layer 10 and a butadiene rubber layer 11, the polyurethane layer 10 is arranged at the bottom of the graphene layer 9, the butadiene rubber layer 11 is arranged at the bottom of the polyurethane layer 10, the elastic bag body 8 comprises a second PVC connecting layer 12, a rubber buffer layer 13, a polyethylene transition layer 14 and a first PVC connecting layer 15, the polyethylene transition layer 14 is arranged at the top of the first PVC connecting layer 15, the top of polyethylene transition layer 14 is provided with rubber buffer layer 13, and the top of rubber buffer layer 13 is provided with second PVC articulamentlayer 12.
In this embodiment, when the fire hose with the wear-resistant lining is used, the connecting flange 3 is connected with the fire-fighting lance nozzle, the water-proof hose body 1 can be controlled to spray water by controlling the handheld portion, during the working process, high-pressure water flow in the fire hose body 1 can generate high-pressure impact in the fire-proof hose body 1 during the flowing process, the graphene layer 9 arranged in the wear-resistant bag body 7 has good toughness and can be bent, the polyurethane layer 10 has the advantages of heat insulation, water resistance and wear resistance, meanwhile, the cis-polybutadiene rubber layer 11 has lower heat generation property and rolling resistance, and simultaneously has excellent physical and mechanical properties such as wear resistance and fatigue resistance, the wear resistance of the fire-resistant lining 5 of the fire hose is improved by combining the graphene layer 9, the polyurethane layer 10 and the cis-polybutadiene rubber layer 11, the second PVC connecting layer 12 and the first PVC connecting layer 15 are arranged in the elastic bag body 8, can make the elastic bag body 8 can produce deformation when experiencing high-pressure rivers and assaulting, the impact force that brings high-pressure rivers becomes elastic force, rubber buffer layer 13 and polyethylene transition layer 14 can absorb the impact force that a part high-pressure rivers brought simultaneously, avoid the impact force to make the elastic bag body 8 wearing and tearing, through with second PVC articulamentum 12, rubber buffer layer 13, polyethylene transition layer 14 and the 15 combination settings of first PVC articulamentum, the impact force of high-pressure rivers to this fire hose main part 1's interior lining 5 has been reduced, the wearability and the impact resistance of this fire hose main part 1's interior lining 5 have been improved.
