Claims (10)

1. The SCR box convenient for disassembling the filter element comprises a processing main body (1), wherein a first air inlet (2) is arranged on the upper part of the processing main body (1), an inlet pipe (7) is arranged on the lower part of the first air inlet (2), an air outlet (3) is arranged on the lower part of the processing main body (1), and is characterized in that air inlet pipes (4) are arranged on two sides of the first air inlet (2), second air inlets (6) are arranged at two ends of the processing main body (1), a connecting pipe (8) is arranged between the second air inlets (6) and the air inlet pipes (4), a rotating rod (25) is arranged in the middle of the first air inlet (2), guide plates (24) are rotatably connected on two sides of the rotating rod (25), a disassembling port (26) is arranged on the front side of the processing main body (1), a cover plate (27) is rotatably connected on the upper part of the disassembling port (26), first, one side of the first fixing plate (12) far away from the center of the device is provided with a guide rod (13), the middle part of the guide rod (13) is connected with a filter element (11) in a sliding way, and the middle part of the filter element (11) is provided with an air hole (16).

The SCR box convenient for disassembling the filter element as recited in claim 1, wherein a rotating seat (28) is provided at the upper part of the disassembling port (26), the rotating seat (28) is rotatably connected with the cover plate (27), and a reset bearing is provided inside the rotating seat (28).

An SCR tank with a filter element convenient to detach as claimed in claim 1, wherein one end of the guide rod (13) far away from the center of the device is detachably connected with a limiting head (15), and a spring (14) is arranged between the filter element (11) and the first fixing plate (12).
4. An SCR tank with a filter element easy to detach according to claim 1 or 3, characterized in that a sealing ring (17) is arranged between the filter element (11) and the treatment body (1).

The SCR box with the filter element convenient to detach as recited in claim 1, wherein the rear side of the first air inlet (2) is provided with a chute (18), the middle part of the chute (18) is slidably connected with a sliding plate (20), the front side of the sliding plate (20) is rotatably connected with one end of a supporting rod (23), and the other end of the supporting rod (23) is rotatably connected with the middle part of the guide plate (24).

The SCR box with the filter element convenient to detach as recited in claim 5, wherein, the two sides of the chute (18) are provided with second fixed plates (19), the middle part of the second fixed plates (19) is rotatably connected with the two sides of the screw rod (21), and the middle part of the screw rod (21) is in threaded connection with the rear end of the sliding plate (20).
7. SCR tank with filter element easy to detach according to claim 6, characterized in that the end of the screw rod (21) is provided with a rotating wheel (22).
8. The SCR box convenient for disassembling the filter element as recited in claim 1, wherein an air outlet pipe (5) is arranged at both sides of the air outlet (3), and an air outlet pipe (9) is arranged at the end part of the air outlet pipe (5).
