An ordinary pressure cutter head comprises a cutter head main body (100), an ordinary pressure replaceable cutter assembly and an anti-loosening and anti-falling protection device (500) which are installed on the cutter head main body (100), and is characterized in that the anti-loosening and anti-falling protection device (500) is the anti-loosening and anti-falling protection device (500) according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
