Description

Large-span and small-deflection T-shaped blade applied to shutter and curtain wall
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of shutters, in particular to a large-span and small-deflection T-shaped blade applied to shutters and curtain walls.
Background
At present, the blades of the most common internal sun-shading shutter system in the sun-shading market are arc-shaped blades, the blades are mostly formed by thin aluminum strips, and the blades can be separated into equal intervals through a plurality of groups of ladder strips to be assembled into the shutter. Because the arc-shaped blade is very thin, the deflection caused by the dead weight of the arc-shaped blade is large, a group of ladder belts need to be arranged at a small distance to support the blade to keep the blade in a horizontal state, the ladder belts have too many ropes, so that the appearance is not good, and the ladder belts are easy to be stained with dust, are not easy to clean, so that bacteria are bred, the respiratory tract system of human is infected, and the health of human is influenced.
The mirror surface blades of the variable-spacing sunshade light guide shutter consist of a light reflecting plate and a light guide plate, the light reflecting plate reflects the sunlight irradiated on the light reflecting plate to the outdoor, and the light guide plate guides the sunlight irradiated on the light guide plate into an indoor ceiling or the back of the last blade and then diffusely reflects the sunlight to a desktop. The light guide plate of the blade is a mirror surface cylindrical surface which is bent upwards, while the light reflecting plate has a cylindrical surface form with different cross sections, and the blades also have the same defects of arc-shaped blades, namely, the self weight of the blades causes large deflection, and a group of ladders are required to be arranged at small intervals to overcome the defects. DE19929138a1 discloses several blades with stiffening ribs, but these blades are either adapted to be stationary or to rotate, not being suitable for the case of lifting and collapsing of the blades. DE19543812a1 discloses small-deflection blades which are not sufficiently rigid when they are made of ultra-thin aluminium strips and the ladder strips are arranged only at the ends of the blades, so that the deflection of the blades is large. CN105178831B discloses an optimized design method of sunshade light guide blades, and obtains the best sunshade light guide blades, but the blades do not consider reducing the number of ladder tapes or being used in a large-span, small-deflection and small-blade-overlapping-height variable-pitch louver with ladder tapes only arranged at two ends of the blades.

Figure 82830DEST_PATH_IMAGE002
Referring to FIG. 1, FIG. 1 illustrates the cross-sectional geometry and dimensional definition of a prior art blade 1-2.
In the field of blinds I technology, there are generally involved several concepts, respectively: blade pitch D, blade width L, pitch ratio D/L, blade height h and transparency Γ.
The transparency Γ is the ratio of the height of the horizontal visible portion between two adjacent blades 1 through the blind I to the spacing between two adjacent blades 1.
As shown in fig. 1, a horizontal distance between an outer end a and an inner end b of a louver I blade 1 is defined as a blade width L; in the system of the shutter I, the vertical distance between the same points a and a' of two adjacent blades 1 is D, the distance from the bottommost part a of the blade 1 to the highest point c of the blade 1 is the blade height h, and the transparency gamma = 1-h/D.
Referring to fig. 1, the conventional blade 1 does not generally consider the deflection problem of the blade 1 under its own weight, and when the pitch ratio D/L =1.0, h/D =0.23, and the transparency formula Γ =1-h/D, Γ =77%, referring to table 1, although the transparency of the conventional blade 1 is extremely high, the deflection of the blade 1 is as high as 10.96mm when the blade thickness is 0.18mm and the blade length (span) is 1.8m, and the deflection of the blade 1 is as high as 42.2mm when the blade thickness is 0.30mm and the blade length (span) is 3.6 m.
Whereas the T-shaped blades 3, 4k, 4q, 4e, 4k ', 4 q', 4e 'of the embodiments 1 to 5 of the present invention have a ratio of a distance h from the bottom e of the groove 30 of the T-shaped blade 3, 4k, 4q, 4e, 4 k', 4q ', 4 e' to the highest point c of the T-shaped blade 3, 4k, 4q, 4e, 4k ', 4 q', 4e 'to the blade pitch D of the T-shaped blade 3, 4k, 4q, 4e, 4 k', 4q ', 4 e' of about 0.26 when the pitch ratio D/L =1.0, i.e. h/D =0.26, D/L =1.0, from the transparency formula Γ =1-h/D, it is known that Γ =74%, the T-shaped blades 3, 4k, 4q, 4e ', 4 q', 4k ', 4 e' are slightly less transparent than the existing blades 1-2, and for the flexibility of the T-shaped blades of the present invention, the deflection of the T-shaped blades 3, 4k, 4q, 4e, 4k ', 4q ' and 4e ' is reduced to 3.4-3.92 mm when the blade thickness is 0.18mm and the blade length is 1.8m, the deflection of the T-shaped blades 3, 4k, 4q, 4e, 4k ', 4q ' and 4e ' is reduced to 14-18.9 mm when the blade thickness is 0.30mm and the blade length is 3.6m, and the deflection of the T-shaped blades 3, 4k, 4q, 4e, 4k ', 4q ' and 4e ' is obviously reduced compared with the prior art.
On the premise of ensuring that the transparency of the T-shaped blades 3, 4k, 4q, 4e, 4k ', 4 q' and 4e 'is not low, the embodiment of the invention reduces the transparency of the T-shaped blades 3, 4k, 4q, 4e, 4 k', 4q 'and 4 e' by forming the grooves 30 along the longitudinal extension of the light guide plate 20, and increases the rigidity of the T-shaped blades 3, 4k, 4q, 4e, 4k ', 4 q' and 4e ', thereby achieving the purposes of small deflection, large span and small superposition height of the T-shaped blades 3, 4k, 4q, 4e, 4 k', 4q 'and 4 e'.
Fig. 7 to 10 show 4 conditions of the two-division variable pitch louver II, such as folding, pitch ratio D/L =1.0, pitch ratio D/L =0.5, and closing, in which the blades 3 and 4q are applied, the two-division variable pitch louver is divided into two parts of 1.7m above and below the ground, the upper part of the two-division variable pitch louver adopts the blade 3, the lower part adopts the blade 4q, the blades of the two-division variable pitch louver are divided into main blades 31 and 4q1 and secondary blades 32 and 4q2, which are respectively controlled by different groups of ladders, the main blade 31 and the secondary blade 32 are the same type of blade, and the main blade 4q1 and the secondary blade 4q2 are the same type of blade. As can be seen from the figure, the two-section type variable pitch louver for a French window having a 2.5m high louver with a 2mm overlap pitch has a 100-piece louver blade number, an overlap height of 200mm, a transparency Γ of 70.5% at a pitch ratio D/L =1.0, and a transparency Γ of 49% at a pitch ratio D/L = 0.5. Because the blade overlap degree is high, shading effect and privacy when two-section type variable pitch shutter closes are shielded the effect very good.
Fig. 12 and 13 show the lighting effect diagrams of the T-shaped blades 3 and 4q adjusting the reflection amount and the light guiding amount by changing the blade pitch and the blade angle in each solar altitude H, respectively, in which (a) and (c) are to totally reflect the light to the outside by changing the blade angle at the minimum blade pitch (D/L = 0.5), and the rest of the diagrams only adjust the reflection amount and the light guiding amount by changing the blade pitch, and as can be seen from the diagrams, the T-shaped blades can well cope with the change of the sun, adjust the reflection amount and the light inlet amount of the sunlight according to the actual needs of people, and eliminate the glare.
