Background
The pulp molded product (or called paper plastic product) is made up by using pulp as raw material, utilizing forming mould to suck pulp and making compression moulding. Because the finished product can be recycled and remanufactured, the energy-saving trend of environmental protection recycling is met, so the finished product is widely concerned and favored in the market, and processing equipment for manufacturing the finished product is more and more emphasized, and the market competition is particularly intense. At present, in the prior art, an automatic machine integrating pulp molding is provided, the automatic machine is provided with a forming part and a shaping part to respectively complete the forming and shaping of a pulp molding product, the operation process is fully automatic or semi-automatic and is very convenient, but when the forming part or the shaping part of the automatic machine has problems and needs to be maintained, the forming and shaping processes of the pulp molding product need to be stopped, so that the production is stopped, and the production efficiency is influenced.

In order to achieve the purpose, the scheme provided by the invention is a pulp molding hot-pressing setting machine, which comprises a lifting driving unit, an upper fixing frame, a seat frame, an upper hot-pressing plate, a lower hot-pressing plate and a movable cross beam, wherein both the upper hot-pressing plate and the lower hot-pressing plate have a heating function; the upper hot pressing plate is fixedly connected with the bottom of the movable cross beam; the lower hot pressing plate is fixedly connected to the top of the seat frame; a guide post which is vertically arranged is fixedly connected between the upper fixing frame and the seat frame, wherein the movable cross beam is connected to the guide post in a sliding manner so as to slide up and down along the guide post; the lifting driving unit is fixedly connected to the upper fixing frame, wherein the driving end of the lifting driving unit is fixedly connected to the top of the movable cross beam to drive the movable cross beam to move up and down, so that the upper hot pressing plate can be descended and folded or lifted up and separated from the lower hot pressing plate.
Furthermore, heat insulation plates are connected between the upper hot pressing plate and the movable cross beam and between the seat frame and the lower hot pressing plate.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the paper pulp molding primary finished product is heated, evaporated and shaped by folding the upper hot pressing plate and the lower hot pressing plate, so that the shaping effect of the shaping machine is achieved; the stability of the lifting motion of the upper hot pressing plate is ensured through the guide posts; the forming machine is independently manufactured by the forming part in the automatic machine integrating pulp molding, and the forming machine with the function of the forming part in the all-in-one machine is used in a matched mode, so that the integral production stop of a production line due to the problem of the all-in-one machine is avoided.

Referring to fig. 1 or fig. 2, in the present embodiment, a pulp molding hot press forming machine includes an upper hot press plate 1, a lower hot press plate 2, an upper fixing frame 3, a seat frame 4, a movable cross beam 5, a lifting driving unit 6, and four guide posts 7. The lower hot pressing plate 2 is arranged at the top of the seat frame 4 and fixedly connected with the seat frame 4 through bolts; the inside of the upper hot pressing plate 1 and the inside of the lower hot pressing plate 2 are both preset with heat conducting pipelines 9 for leading in heat energy, high-temperature heat energy flows into the upper hot pressing plate 1 and the lower hot pressing plate 2 through the two heat conducting pipelines 9 respectively so as to heat the upper hot pressing plate 1 and the lower hot pressing plate 2, and the upper hot pressing plate 1 and the lower hot pressing plate 2 obtain high temperature and have a heating function. And heat insulation plates 8 are connected between the upper hot pressing plate 1 and the movable cross beam 5 and between the seat frame 4 and the lower hot pressing plate 2, and the heat insulation plates 8 are used for preventing the high temperature of the upper hot pressing plate 1 and the high temperature of the lower hot pressing plate 2 from being respectively transmitted to the upper fixed frame 3 and the seat frame 4.
In the present embodiment, the four guide posts 7 are vertically arranged and parallel to each other, wherein the tops of the four guide posts 7 are fixedly connected with the upper fixing frame 3, and the bottoms of the four guide posts 7 are fixedly connected with the seat frame 4. The movable beam 5 is arranged between the upper fixed frame 3 and the seat frame 4, and the movable beam 5 is provided with four sliding holes to be respectively nested on the four guide posts 7 in a sliding manner, so that the movable beam 5 can be connected to the four guide posts 7 along the guide posts 7 in a vertically sliding manner.
In this embodiment, the lifting driving unit 6 is an oil cylinder, the lifting driving unit 6 is fixedly connected with the upper fixed frame 3 by bolts, wherein a cylinder body of the lifting driving unit 6 penetrates through the upper fixed frame 3 and extends upwards, and a driving end of the lifting driving unit 6 is fixedly connected to the top of the movable cross beam 5 by bolts to drive the movable cross beam 5 to do lifting movement; the upper hot pressing plate 1 is arranged at the bottom of the movable cross beam 5 and fixedly connected with the movable cross beam 5 through bolts, so that the upper hot pressing plate 1 can move up and down along with the movable cross beam 5. The top of the movable cross beam 5 is fixedly connected with two air ducts 51 extending vertically upwards, wherein tube bodies of the two air ducts 51 are connected with the upper fixing frame 3 in a sliding manner so as to slide up and down; the movable cross beam 5 and the upper hot pressing plate 1 are both provided with a plurality of air holes, wherein one ends of the two air ducts 51 are fixedly connected to the two air holes of the movable cross beam 5, and the air holes of the movable cross beam 5 and the upper hot pressing plate 1 are aligned with each other, so that the air flow of the air ducts 51 flows out from the air holes of the upper hot pressing plate 1.
In this embodiment, a setting template is disposed on the top of the lower hot press plate 2, a primary product obtained from the pulp molding process is disposed in the setting template, the lifting driving unit 6 is started to lower the upper hot press plate 1 to a predetermined position to be closed with the setting template of the lower hot press plate 2, then, heat energy is respectively introduced into the upper hot press plate 1 and the lower hot press plate 2 through the heat conduction pipeline 9, the setting template is heated by the upper hot press plate 1 and the lower hot press plate 2, and the primary product is evaporated and set in the setting template. When the primary product is shaped, the air duct 51 blows air to separate the primary product from the upper hot press plate 1, and then the lifting driving unit 6 drives the movable cross beam 5 to ascend, so that the upper hot press plate 1 is separated from the shaping template of the lower hot press plate 2.
