Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of conveying belts, in particular to a blended canvas core conveying belt which comprises a surface rubber layer, core rubber and a canvas layer arranged in the core rubber, wherein the canvas layer is formed by weaving warp yarns and weft yarns, and the warp yarns and the weft yarns are blended yarns of polyester yarns and nylon 66 yarns; the blended canvas core conveying belt obtained by the invention can effectively ensure the strength retention rate of the conveying belt through reasonable structural design, so that the conveying belt has longer service life.

Description

Blending canvas core conveyer belt
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of conveying belts, in particular to a blended canvas core conveying belt.
Background
At present, most canvas core rubber conveyer belts are polyester canvas cores, and the strength of the terylene of the canvas cores is about 15% lost in the gum dipping process and about 15% lost in the vulcanization process. Particularly, when the temperature of the canvas core reaches above 170 ℃, the strength of the canvas core is quickly reduced, the strength retention rate is only about 40 percent, and the adhesive force between terylene and rubber is relatively poor, so that the adhesive force and the strength of the conveyer belt at the joint are quickly reduced, and the service life is short. In addition, the elongation of nylon is high, and the elongation of terylene is low, so the nylon 66 core conveyer belt has good strength, but the elongation is too high, and the normal use is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical defects and provide a blended canvas core conveyer belt which is high in overall strength, stable in elongation and long in service life.
In order to achieve the purpose, the blended canvas core conveying belt comprises a surface rubber layer, core rubber and a canvas layer arranged inside the core rubber, wherein the canvas layer is formed by weaving warp yarns and weft yarns, and the warp yarns and the weft yarns are blended yarns of polyester yarns and nylon 66 yarns; the ratio of the polyester yarns to the nylon 66 yarns in the blended yarn is 1: 1.2-1.8.
In the scheme, the adhesive force between the nylon 66 yarn and the rubber is good, and the strength of the nylon 66 yarn is slowly reduced at the temperature of 170-200 ℃, so that the retention rate of the nylon 66 yarn can reach 65%. Therefore, the blended yarn of the polyester yarn and the nylon 66 yarn is used as the canvas core, so that the canvas core has proper strength retention rate and elasticity, the use performance of the conveying belt is improved, and the service life of the conveying belt is prolonged.
The blended yarn is formed by coating two strands of nylon 66 yarns and one strand of polyester yarn one by one, the polyester yarn is spirally coated outside one strand of nylon 66 yarn, and the other strand of nylon 66 yarn is doubled with the coated polyester yarn and the coated nylon 66 yarn.
Through above-mentioned reasonable structural design, can be with the blending length of reasonable control nylon 66 silk and dacron silk, the length of dacron silk is greater than the length of nylon 66 silk among the whole forming process, so the elongation of its canvas core is greater than the canvas core that nylon 66 weaved, and is less than the canvas core by the dacron silk is weaved, so the elongation of ability effective control canvas core.
And coating a layer of activating agent Si69 on the surface of the polyester yarn.
The blended canvas core conveying belt obtained by the invention has the advantages that through reasonable structural design, the strength retention rate of the conveying belt can be effectively ensured, and meanwhile, the elongation of the controller can be controlled, so that the service life of the conveying belt is longer.
Drawings
