Abstract

The invention provides a self-compacting concrete and a preparation method thereof, wherein the composition proportion of the self-compacting concrete comprises 20.04-20.45 wt% of cement, 45.14-45.54 wt% of broken stone, 26.11-26.52 wt% of medium sand, 5.84-6.28 wt% of water, 0.43-0.47 wt% of air-entraining water reducing agent and 1.42-1.82 wt% of stone powder produced at the site of a construction project; wherein the stone powder is selected from Qing mountain flour, shale stone powder or the composition thereof; therefore, the air entraining agent and the stone powder are added into the concrete to improve the fluidity and the workability of the concrete, so that the concrete meets the self-compacting requirement, and the self-compacting agent is suitable for preparing the self-compacting concrete under the condition of no concrete admixture such as fly ash, mineral powder, silica fume and the like, and can effectively reduce the construction cost and ensure the construction quality.
