Fig. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a container for preventing liquid leakage according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is an exploded sectional perspective view of the container for preventing liquid leakage according to the embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 3 is a combined sectional view of the container for preventing liquid leakage according to the embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 4 is a sectional view showing a state of use of the container for preventing liquid leakage according to the embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a container 100 for preventing liquid leakage according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a container body 110, a push button 120, a push side cap 130, and a discharge side cap 140.
The container body 110 includes a storage space 111 for storing contents. In this case, the content may include a liquid phase in a liquid state as a preservation target, such as cosmetics, liquid medicines, edible liquid substances, and the like.
Of course, the content is not limited to a liquid phase, and may include all compositions and dosage forms that can be discharged by being pressed by the operation of pressing the button 120, which will be described later.
The container body 110 is provided with a push button 120, which will be described later, on the other side thereof, while the contents are discharged to one side. The content in the storage space 111 is discharged to one side by the pressing operation of the pressing button 120 provided on the other side. The container body 110 has a hollow shape for pressing the button 120 to pressurize it.
The container body 110 has a discharge portion 112 on one side. The discharge portion 112 is formed on one side of the container body 110, and is opened and closed by coupling a discharge-side cap 140 thereto. The discharge portion 112 includes a discharge port 112a for discharging the content to the outside, and a collection port 112b connected to the discharge port 112 a.
The discharge port 112a has an appropriate size according to the formulation and composition of the content, and in the present embodiment, a discharge port 112a having a fine size (about 1 mm) may be provided in order to discharge the content in a droplet-wise manner. Further, the discharge portion 112 may be provided with one or more discharge ports 112 a.
The discharge port 112a has an outward projecting shape, and the discharge-side cap 140 is provided with an insertion end 144 inserted into the discharge port 112a and a peripheral edge end 145 surrounding the peripheral edge of the discharge port 112a, thereby doubly sealing the discharge port 112a and preventing liquid leakage.
The accumulation port 112b is connected to the discharge port 112a, and is provided obliquely so that the cross section gradually decreases closer to the discharge port 112 a. The accumulation port 112b may have a conical shape with a low height with respect to the radius of the cross section, and when the content is discharged by pressing the push button 120, the content is concentrated toward the discharge port 112a, so that the content can be discharged efficiently.
Such a discharge portion 112 may include a nozzle portion (not shown) extending to one side of the container body 110, and an outer surface of the nozzle portion constituting the discharge portion 112 may include a screw 112c, an uneven structure, and the like for coupling the discharge cap 140.
The mouth portion may have a shape in which a diameter is reduced with respect to the center of the receiving space 111 in the container body 110, and a ring frame 112d is provided on a base end side of the mouth portion away from the discharge port 112a, so that sealing can be enhanced upon coupling of the discharge side cap 140.
In addition, a wedge (not shown) is provided on the screw 112c or the ring frame 112d provided on the mouth portion, and when the discharge-side cap 140 is coupled, the wedge engages with the stopper 143 to restrict the discharge-side cap 140 from opening abnormally.
An operation portion 113 is provided on the other side of the container body 110. That is, the container body 110 is provided with a discharge portion 112 on one side with respect to the center of the housing space 111, and an operation portion 113 on the other side, and the content is discharged through the discharge portion 112 by the operation of a push button 120 provided on the operation portion 113.
The operation unit 113 may be hollow to transmit the pressure generated by the push button 120 to the inside of the housing space 111. The operation portion 113 is coupled with the pressing side cap 130, but even if the pressing side cap 130 is coupled, the operation portion 113 is not completely covered, but a part thereof is exposed and at least a part of the pressing button 120 can be exposed to the outside.
At this time, when the user presses the portion of the push button 120 exposed to the outside, the push button 120 is elastically deformed toward the housing space 111 and applies pressure to the content in the housing space 111, thereby pushing the content to the discharge portion 112. For this, it will be explained in detail hereinafter.
The operating portion 113 may be provided with a screw 113a for pressing the coupling of the side cap 130, similarly to the discharge portion 112. In addition, a wedge 113b is provided at the operation portion 113, so that fixing can be performed so as not to be abnormally released after the pressing side cap 130 is coupled to the operation portion 113.
In particular, the connection of the pressing cap 130 to the operation portion 113 does not need to be opened in the normal discharge process of the content unlike the connection of the discharge cap 140 to the discharge portion 112. Accordingly, the screw 113a of the operating part 113 for pressing the coupling of the side cap 130 and the wedge 113b may be provided to maintain a more firm coupling force than the discharge part 112. For example, the screw 113a of the operation portion 113 may be provided more finely than the discharge portion 112, and the wedge 113b of the operation portion 113 may be provided to have a higher protruding height or the like than the discharge portion 112.
The container main body 110 may have a form in which the cross section of the discharge portion 112 is reduced with respect to the cross section of the operation portion 113, and for this reason, the inside of the container main body 110 may be provided in a form in which a step is formed so that the cross section is reduced at the base end of the discharge portion 112. Thereby, the pressure in the operation portion 113 can be efficiently transmitted to the content located in the discharge portion 112.
The container body 110 may be made of unlimited synthetic resin or the like, and formed to be transparent or translucent so as to be able to confirm the contents stored in the inside from the outside.
The push button 120 is provided on an operation portion 113 provided on the other side of the container body 110. The push button 120 can discharge the content to the discharge port 112a of the discharge portion 112 when pressurized. The push button 120 is inserted into and coupled to the container body 110, and in the present embodiment, the push button 120 is attached to and detached from the container body 110 with a simple and compact structure, so that the convenience of the user can be enhanced and the adhesion stability of the push button 120 to the container body 110 can be improved.
That is, the push button 120 of the present embodiment is inserted into and coupled to the container body 110 so as to be in close contact with the container body 110, and thus, the leakage of the content to the outside can be prevented, and when the user presses the push button 120, the content can be discharged to the outside normally by a certain amount.
The push button 120 includes a pressing portion 121 and a liquid leakage preventing portion 122. The pressing portion 121 can elastically deform toward the content stored in the container body 110 during pressurization, and transmit pressure to the content. At this time, the pressing portion 121 may be formed of a dome-shaped pressing plate 121a that protrudes outward for smooth pressing or the like.
The pressing part 121 is formed to have a thickness smaller than that of a connecting protrusion 122c of the liquid leakage preventing part 122, which will be described later, and is formed of an elastic member, and is capable of discharging a certain amount of the content from the container body 110 to the outside by transmitting external pressure to the content when pressurized.
For example, the pressing portion 121 may be formed of at least one of Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE), Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE), and thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE). Of course, the material of the pressing portion 121 is not limited to the above material, and any material that can be elastically deformed repeatedly may be selected.
The liquid leakage preventing portion 122 is provided at the peripheral edge of the pressing portion 121 to seal the space between the container body 110 and the push button 120. The liquid leakage preventing part 122 may include a drawing part 122a, a step 122b, a connection protrusion 122c, an inner protrusion 122d, a support wing 122e, and a coupling groove 122 f.
The introduction portion 122a is provided at the peripheral edge of the pressing portion 121, and is introduced to the inside of the container body 110. In this case, the drawn portion 122a is inserted into the container body 110, but may not be in close contact with the inner surface of the container body 110 to the extent that sealing with the inner surface of the container body 110 is possible, and sealing with the inner surface of the container body 110 may be achieved by a step 122b described later.
The drawing portion 122a is formed in a cylindrical shape or the like corresponding to the shape of the operation portion 113 of the container body 110, and can be drawn into the inside of the operation portion 113. However, the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and when the operation portion 113 is formed in a polygonal shape or the like, the introduction portion 122a of the present invention may be formed in a polygonal shape or the like so as to be introduced into the operation portion 113 as needed.
A step 122b is protrudingly formed at an outer surface of the introduction portion 122a to engage with an inner surface of the container body 110. As shown in detail in fig. 3, the step 122b is formed to protrude so as to form a step at one end of the lead-in portion 122a, thereby preventing liquid leakage.
In this case, the step 122b is provided to be inclined so that the cross section thereof gradually decreases toward the support wing 122e described later, and thus can be easily engaged by sandwiching. Alternatively, the step 122b may be formed in a ring shape having a semicircular shape or the like. That is, the step 122b is located between the introduction portion 122a and the container body 110, and realizes the first sealing between the push button 120 and the container body 110.
The connection protrusion 122c extends on the inner surface of the introduction portion 122a and is connected to the pressing portion 121. By connecting the introduction portion 122a and the pressing portion 121 by the connecting protrusion, the peripheral edge of the pressing portion 121 can be located inside the container body 110.
In this case, the pressing portion 121 is not pressed by the container body 110 (the container body 110 is made of a rigid material with respect to the pressing button 120) even when external pressure is applied, but is supported by the liquid leakage preventing portion 122 via the connecting projection 122c, so that even if elastic deformation is repeatedly generated, there is no fear of tearing or breakage.
The outer surface of the pressing part 121 may be formed to be small with respect to the inner surface of the introduction part 122a, and the outer circumferential edge of the pressing part 121 and the inner circumferential edge of the introduction part 122a are connected by the connection protrusion 122 c. At this time, a coupling groove 122f for receiving the pressing side cap 130 may be formed at an outer side of the connection protrusion 122 c.
The inner protrusion 122d is provided to extend more inward at the introduction portion 122a than the connection protrusion 122 c. Specifically, the inner protrusion 122d extends from the extension point of the connection protrusion 122c toward the inside of the container body 110 at the introduction portion 122 a.
Unlike the step 122b, the inner protrusion 122d may be positioned in the container body 110 in a state of not being in close contact with the inner surface of the container body 110 when the drawing portion 122a is drawn in, and may be deformed outward and brought into close contact with the inner surface of the container body 110 when the pressing portion 121 is pressurized.
A peripheral protrusion 122g formed to protrude toward the inner surface of the container body 110 may be added to the outer surfaces of the introduction portion 122a and the inner protrusion 122d, etc., similarly to the step 122 b. The peripheral protrusion 122g may be configured to be closely attached to the inner surface of the container body 110 to enable a clip-in coupling when the push button 120 is mounted on the container body 110.
As shown in detail in fig. 1 to 3, the peripheral edge protrusion 122g of the present embodiment is formed of one ring, but may be formed of a plurality of rings or a plurality of segmented arcs, etc., as necessary, so as to effectively prevent abnormal liquid leakage.
The support wing 122e is provided at one end of the introduction portion 122a and is locked to the other end of the container body 110. The support wing 122e has a diameter of an outer peripheral surface larger than a diameter of an inner peripheral surface of the operation portion 113 in the container body 110, and is connected to an outer end of the step 122b to be locked and supported at a lower end of the operation portion 113.
Therefore, the support wing 122e of the present embodiment is locked to and supported by the container body 110, and therefore the push button 120 is formed so as to be usable in a cap form for closing the container body 110. Even if the push button 120 is sandwiched between the operation portions 113 of the container body 110, the push button 120 is locked at an appropriate position by the support wings 122e and is not completely inserted into the container body 110.
The support wing 122e can be firmly placed on the operation portion 113 by having one surface locked to the tip of the operation portion 113 and the other surface abutting against the pressing side cap 130. Such support wings 122e enable a second seal to be achieved in the push button 120.
That is, the button 120 is pressed to prevent the leakage of the liquid for the first time by the step 122b, and to prevent the leakage of the liquid for the second time by the support wing 122 e. The peripheral projection 122g can further supplement the sealing based on the step 122 b.
The coupling groove 122f is located between the inner surface of the introduction portion 122a and the pressing portion 121 and is disposed outside the connection protrusion 122c, and the pressing side cap 130 is seated in the coupling groove 122 f. By forming the outer circumferential edge of the pressing part 121 and the inner circumferential edge of the introduction part 122a in different sizes from each other, the coupling groove 122f is formed by the gap between the pressing part 121 and the introduction part 122a, but the inner side of the coupling groove 122f may be blocked by the connection protrusion 122 c.
The coupling groove 122f is provided around the pressing portion 121 and is formed in a shape recessed toward the container body 110 at the peripheral surfaces of the drawing portion 122a and the support wing 122 e. At this time, the coupling groove 122f may be provided to be drawn closer to the container body 110 side than the pressing portion 121 and to be in close contact with the pressing-side cap 130. This will be described in detail later.
The push-side cap 130 fixes the push button 120 to the operation portion 113 on the other side of the container body 110. The pressing side cap 130 has a pressing side cap body 131, and the pressing side cap body 131 is provided in an open state so as to expose the pressing portion 121 of the pressing button 120 to the outside.
The pressing side cap body 131 covers the support wings 122e and is fixed to the container body 110. For this, a screw 132 for coupling with the operation portion 113 of the container body 110 may be provided on an inner surface of the pressing side cap body 131.
That is, the pressing cap 130 is provided to be screwed with the container body 110 by a screw 132 formed along the longitudinal direction inside the pressing cap body 131. Therefore, the pressing-side cap body 131 can be firmly coupled to the operation portion 113 of the container body 110, and the adhesion force between the pressing button 120 and the container body 110 can be maximized.
In addition, a stopper 133 may be added to the pressing side cap body 131 in addition to the screw thread 132, and the stopper 133 is formed separately from the screw thread 132 at the side end of the container body 110 to correspond to the wedge 113b of the operating portion 113 of the container body 110, thereby preventing the coupling with the container body 110 from being arbitrarily released to increase the convenience of use for a user.
The pressing side cap 130 has a leakage prevention wall 134 which is drawn into the coupling groove 122f and closely contacts therewith to prevent abnormal leakage of the contents. At this time, the leakage prevention wall 134 is provided to be positioned at the coupling groove 122f and to support the connection protrusion 122c, so that the outer deformation of the pressing part 121 can be restricted.
The support wings 122e and the introduction portions 122a may be placed between the outer wall of the pressing side cap body 131 provided with the screw threads 132 and the leakage preventing wall 134. Further, the space between the outer wall and the leakage prevention wall 134 can be used as the storage space 135 for storing the leaked content when the content leaks.
That is, the present embodiment can realize the first sealing by pressing the step 122b of the button 120, the second sealing by the support wing 122e, the third sealing by the engagement of the leakage preventing wall 134 and the connection protrusion 122c, and the like, and the storage space 135 can temporarily store the contents between the second sealing and the third sealing.
The pressing side cap 130 may include an operation restricting portion (not shown) that is removably provided at a portion of the pressing side cap body 131 that is open to expose the pressing portion 121. The operation restricting part is provided outside the pressing part 121 in the pressing side cap body 131, and may be provided in a temporarily coupled structure to be separated from the pressing side cap body 131 when a certain external force is applied.
The operation restricting portion is provided to temporarily shield the pressing portion 121 and is formed of a rigid material with respect to the pressing portion 121, so that elastic deformation does not occur even when an external force is applied thereto, and the external force can be prevented from being unnecessarily transmitted to the pressing portion 121.
Such an operation restricting portion is connected to the pressing-side cap body 131 only before use, and the user can remove the operation restricting portion by forcibly detaching it from the pressing-side cap body 131. When the operation restricting portion is removed, the pressing side cap body 131 sufficiently exposes the pressing portion 121.
The discharge cap 140 is provided on the opposite side of the push button 120 across the container body 110 so as to be coupled to the container body 110. That is, the discharge cap 140 of the present embodiment prevents the content from being discharged to the discharge port 112a excessively and leaking, and can prevent the content from being discharged due to abnormal pressurization when the user does not use the content.
The discharge cap 140 is provided in the discharge portion 112 of the container body 110 to open and close the discharge port 112 a. The discharge side cap 140 may include a discharge side cap body 141 coupled to the discharge part 112 of the container body 110, and a screw thread 142 for coupling to the discharge part 112 of the container body 110 may be provided on an inner surface of the discharge side cap body 141. The screw 142 is formed inside the discharge side cap body 141 along the longitudinal direction so as to be separated from a peripheral end 145 described later, and is provided to be screwed with the container body 110.
Further, similarly to the pressing cap 130, the discharge cap 140 is provided with a stopper 143 so as to be separated from the screw 142, so that the discharge cap 140 can be prevented from being unfastened by mistake. However, as described above, since the discharge-side cap 140 needs to be separated even if the pressing-side cap 130 is maintained in the coupled state when the contents are discharged, the stopper 143 of the discharge-side cap 140 is omitted or provided to be relatively easily unlocked, unlike the pressing-side cap 130.
The discharge-side cap 140 includes an insertion end 144 inserted into the discharge port 112a and a peripheral end 145 surrounding the peripheral edge of the discharge port 112a, and can achieve at least double sealing with respect to the discharge port 112a by the insertion end 144 and the peripheral end 145. At this time, when the discharge cap 140 is coupled to the discharge portion 112 of the container body 110, the insertion end 144 is coupled to engage with the inside of the discharge port 112a to seal the discharge port 112 a.
When the discharge-side cap 140 is coupled to the container body 110, the peripheral edge end 145 abuts and closely contacts the peripheral edge of the discharge port 112a to seal the periphery of the discharge port 112a, thereby preventing the contents from being excessively discharged from the discharge portion 112 to the outside. In other words, when the discharge cap 140 is coupled to the container body 110, the peripheral edge 145 is provided so as to surround the outer peripheral surface of the discharge port 112a, so that the content can be prevented from being discharged excessively and leaking, and the content can be prevented from being discharged due to abnormal pressurization when the user does not use the content.
Hereinafter, a method of using the leakage prevention container 100 having such a structure will be described.
Referring again to fig. 4, the container 100 for preventing liquid leakage according to the present embodiment stores the contents in the storage space 111 of the container body 110, and easily carries the contents as the storage object such as a liquid state with a simple and compact structure. In addition, the user can discharge the content by a certain amount by pressurizing the dome-shaped pressurizing plate 121a of the pressing part 121 as necessary.
When the user pressurizes the pressing part 121, the content is discharged to the outside through the discharge port 112a provided in the discharge part 112. At this time, since the contents are collected in the collection port 112b toward the discharge port 112a along the inclined path, the present embodiment has an advantage that a small amount of the contents can be easily discharged to the outside.
On the other hand, since the push button 120 of the present embodiment is provided with the liquid leakage prevention portion 122 for preventing leakage of the contents, leakage of the contents to the outside can be effectively prevented as described above.
In particular, leakage of the contents to the outside can be prevented for the first time by the step 122 b/the peripheral edge protrusion 122g closely contacting the inner surface of the container main body 110, and the step 122b is provided obliquely so as to narrow the cross section toward the support wing 122e side, so that leakage can be effectively prevented and the container main body 110 can be easily attached and detached. That is, the first leakage prevention effect is ensured by pressing the button 120.
Further, since the pressing side cap 130 includes the leakage prevention wall 134 and the storage space 135, and the leakage of the content to the outside can be further prevented, the pressing side cap 130 can provide a second leakage prevention effect.
In the present embodiment, the pressing-side cap 130 is screwed to the container body 110 with the pressing button 120 interposed between the container body 110 and the pressing-side cap 130, and the pressing button 120 is brought into close contact with the container body 110, thereby effectively increasing the first-time liquid leakage prevention effect by the pressing button 120.
In addition, since the discharge-side cap 140 is provided so as to be joined to surround the discharge port 112a at the peripheral edge 145, when the discharge-side cap 140 is joined to the container body 110, it is possible to prevent the content from leaking to the discharge port 112a due to abnormal pressurization, and to effectively prevent leakage due to excessive discharge.
The present invention has been described in detail with reference to the specific embodiments, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and it should be understood that those skilled in the art can modify or improve the technical idea of the present invention.
Simple modifications and variations of the present invention are included in the scope of the present invention, and the specific protection scope of the present invention is made clear from the appended claims.
