The embodiment of the application describes a vehicle-mounted gas detection early warning system and an operation method thereof.
In some embodiments, an in-vehicle gas detection pre-warning system includes an in-vehicle system, a gas collection device, and a gas analysis device. The gas collection device and the gas analysis device can be arranged separately or in combination.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a vehicle-mounted gas detection and early warning system according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the in-vehicle gas detection and early warning system 100 includes a vehicle-mounted system 101, a gas collection device 102, and a gas analysis device 103. The vehicle system 101 may also be connected to a server of the cloud 104 through a network, and transfer data between the server and the cloud database.
In some embodiments, the gas collection device 102 is used to collect the gas around it. The gas collected by the gas collection device may then be analyzed by the gas analysis device 103. The gas analysis device 103 may include, for example, various sensors, and may also include filtering and extraction devices. The gas analysis device 103 may transmit the analysis result to the vehicle system 101. In one embodiment, the gas collection device 102 may collect the surrounding gas at a set frequency. For example, every 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours, … …, the frequency of collection and analysis can be set by the vehicle user or production and maintenance person according to actual needs. The gas collection devices may also be distributed over multiple locations in the ride space, such as the cab and trunk.
The vehicle system 101 may obtain information of the harmful substances from a database of the cloud 104 (i.e. cloud database), for example, the harmful substance information list and the early warning judgment standard. The vehicle-mounted system can judge the analysis result received from the gas analysis device based on the harmful substance information acquired from the cloud database, and obtain the judgment result.
Specifically, for example, the vehicle system may compare the substance of each component in the analysis result with the matched harmful substance information for component, concentration and/or ratio. In an embodiment, the material components in the gas include, for example, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, nitrides, aldehydes and/or olefins, and may also include, for example, materials contained in the flue gas. The harmful substance information in the cloud database can also comprise corresponding substance types. And the vehicle-mounted system compares the substances of each component in the analysis result with the matched harmful substance information to obtain components, concentrations and/or proportions. For example, the components, concentrations and/or proportions of substances such as carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and nitrides are compared. Some substances are more hazardous, such as carbon monoxide or formaldehyde, and can be identified correspondingly as long as the substances contain the components. Some substances are normally also distributed, such as carbon dioxide, and thus identify their composition and concentration. Still other substances, such as those contained in flue gas, may exist in solid form (as opposed to gaseous, liquid) and their composition and proportions are identified.
In an embodiment, the vehicle system 101 determines whether to send out the early warning information according to the determination result. The criteria for the information may be set by the vehicle user or manufacturer. For example, if a substance of a certain component is harmful, the substance can be found to give out warning information. For the substance of another component, the concentration or proportion of the substance can be set to reach a set threshold value, and then early warning information is sent out. In the case where a plurality of gas collecting devices and gas analyzing devices are distributed in the driving space, it is also possible to set that the gas analyzing devices of a certain number or ratio detect the corresponding results and then send out the warning information. The in-vehicle system 101 may include an interactive interface 105 for displaying the pre-warning information.
After receiving the early warning information, the vehicle user can take corresponding measures, such as increasing the ventilation force of the driving space, or driving away from the pollution source or leaving the driving space as soon as possible. If the information is the pre-warning information of the trunk position, the information is correspondingly processed.
In some embodiments, the gas collection device is also used to vent the analyzed gas, such as by a gas actuation device. In order to prevent false positives, when comparing the gas analysis results, if the first-occurring substance component is found, it can be confirmed again. For example, after the gas collection device discharges the analyzed gas for a set period of time, for example, 10 minutes, the gas collection device may again collect and analyze the gas to determine whether the newly occurring substance is a false alarm; the confirmation mechanism may be unaffected by the mode in which the gas collection device collects the gas therearound at a set frequency.
In an embodiment, the harmful substance information acquired from the cloud database by the vehicle system 101 may be updated periodically to synchronize with the information of the cloud database. The on-board gas collection and analysis device can also be continuously updated and assembled during maintenance or repair so as to have corresponding material collection and analysis capability.
According to the vehicle-mounted gas detection early warning system, components, concentration and/or proportion of substances contained in gas in a driving space are judged through detection and analysis, when specific conditions are met, early warning information is sent out, a vehicle user is timely reminded, the health prevention and protection functions of driving personnel are achieved, and the driving comfort and safety are improved.
The technical scheme of the application can also avoid false alarm of harmful substances so as to avoid interference brought by false early warning information to a user.
The application also provides an operation method of the vehicle-mounted gas detection and early warning system. FIG. 2 is a flow chart of a method of operation of the in-vehicle gas detection and early warning system of an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the method includes a step 201 of collecting gas around the vehicle-mounted gas detection and early warning system. And 202, analyzing the collected gas to obtain an analysis result. And step 203, judging the analysis result based on the harmful gas information acquired from the cloud database to obtain a judgment result, and step 204, determining whether to send out early warning information according to the judgment result.
The vehicle-mounted gas detection and early warning system can comprise a vehicle-mounted system, a gas collecting device and a gas analyzing device, and the method can be operated on the vehicle-mounted gas detection and early warning system so as to realize the gas detection and early warning functions.
