Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of mechanical assembly, and particularly relates to a method for mounting a spring steel ball of a rotating body of a side speed reducer.
Background
When the side speed reducer is assembled, the inner side of the tool bolt is required to be compressed by a spring to provide supporting force, two ends of the spring are respectively propped against one steel ball, and when the input shaft and the tool bolt rotate relatively, the steel balls rotate along with the input shaft to support the rotating body, so that the friction coefficient in the movement process of the rotating body is reduced, and the rotation precision of the rotating body is ensured.

However, the assembly success rate of the existing assembly method is lower, generally less than 10%, and the assembly efficiency is very low. The phenomenon that the side speed reducer assembled by the existing method is unsmooth in rotation occurs, and the surface of the steel ball is found to be severely scratched by disassembly, wherein the scratches are caused by using a screwdriver or a non-customized tool in the process of assembling the spring and the steel ball, so that the steel ball is unsmooth in rotation, and the quality of the side speed reducer is directly affected. s1, placing a steel ball on a bolt below a guide sleeve, propping the steel ball by the bolt, screwing the steel ball into a threaded hole at the lower part of the guide sleeve, and adjusting the bolt to a proper position;
s2, placing a spring in a through hole of the tool bolt, and enabling the tool bolt to enter the guide sleeve from the front end of the guide slideway;
s3, placing the tool bolt in place in a guide slideway of the guide sleeve, so that the spring is positioned between two threaded holes of the guide sleeve, placing another steel ball through the upper threaded hole of the guide sleeve, and applying tightening force to compress the spring;
s4, placing the installation tool at a corresponding position of the input shaft, and approaching to the position; pushing the tool bolt, and stably sliding the steel balls and the springs into the designated position of the input shaft along with the tool bolt in a compressed state by virtue of a guide slideway of the guide sleeve so as to complete the assembly of the tool bolt and the input shaft;
s5, detaching the installation tool to complete the whole assembly process.

The beneficial effects of the invention include:

The embodiment provides a side speed reducer rotator spring steel ball mounting tool, the structure of which is shown in fig. 1, and the side speed reducer rotator spring steel ball mounting tool comprises a guide sleeve 1 and two bolts 2.
The mounting tool is used for assembling the spring and the steel ball into the tool bolt and the input shaft of the side speed reducer by changing the compression force moment of the spring and the compression force mode of the spring. The guide sleeve 1 is internally provided with a guide slide way, the diameter of the front end of the guide slide way is larger than that of the rear end, and the front end and the rear end are connected through an inclined surface slide rail. The guide slide way is designed according to the compression amount of the spring and the size of the tool bolt. Two bolts 2 are mounted at the threaded holes for guiding steel balls 4 and compressing springs 3 on the tool bolts, as shown in fig. 2.
The installation tool is used for installing the spring and the steel ball of the side speed reducer rotator, and the installation method comprises the following steps:
s1, placing a steel ball 4 on a bolt 2 below a guide sleeve 1, propping the steel ball 4 by the bolt 2 and screwing the steel ball into a threaded hole at the lower part of the guide sleeve 1, and adjusting the bolt 2 to a proper position;
s2, placing a spring 3 in a through hole of the tool bolt 5, and enabling the tool bolt 5 to enter the guide sleeve 1 from the front end of the guide slideway, as shown in FIG. 3;
s3, placing the tool bolt 5 in place in a guide slideway of the guide sleeve 1, so that the spring 3 is positioned between two threaded holes of the guide sleeve 1, and placing another steel ball 4 through the upper threaded hole of the guide sleeve 1, as shown in FIG. 4; applying proper tightening force to compress the spring 3, wherein the relative positions of the spring 3 and the steel balls 4 are accurate, and no relative movement exists, as shown in fig. 5;
s4, placing the installation tool at the corresponding position of the input shaft 6, and approaching to the position; pushing the tool bolt 5, and smoothly sliding the steel ball 4 and the spring 3 into a designated position of the input shaft 6 together with the tool bolt 5 in a compressed state by means of a guide slideway of the guide sleeve 1, so as to complete the assembly of the tool bolt 5 and the input shaft 6, as shown in fig. 6;
s5, detaching the installation tool to complete the whole assembly process, as shown in FIG. 7.

s4, placing the installation tool at a corresponding position of the input shaft, and approaching to the position; pushing the tool bolt, and stably sliding the steel balls and the springs into the designated position of the input shaft along with the tool bolt in a compressed state by virtue of a guide slideway of the guide sleeve so as to complete the assembly of the tool bolt and the input shaft;
s5, detaching the installation tool to complete the whole assembly process.
