a travel switch (28) is installed at the bottom in the guide column (1), at least three vertically-arranged springs (26) for supporting the cylinder body (6) are annularly and equidistantly arranged on the outer side of the travel switch (28), an alarm bell (29) is installed on the outer surface of the guide column (1), and the alarm bell (29) is electrically connected with the travel switch (28) through a wire;
the method for manufacturing and processing the chemical container by using the polishing device comprises the following steps;
fixing a container, namely fixing a chemical container to be polished to keep the chemical container stable in polishing operation;
polishing is carried out, the first electric push rod (9) is controlled to extend or contract, the first electric push rod (9) drives the support plate (10) to move, the support plate (10) drives the guide sleeve (3) to slide along the guide column (1), so that the height of the motor (14) is driven to change along with the movement, the motor (14) is used for controlling the polishing disc (15) to carry out polishing operation on the position, needing to be polished, on the surface of the chemical container, and dust generated in polishing is collected;
and step three, detecting operation, namely wiping off chips of the chemical container polished in the step two, observing the condition of the polished surface of the chemical container by naked eyes, and taking out the chemical container meeting the standard from the polishing device.

The method for manufacturing and molding chemical container according to claim 1, wherein: at least three spacing section of thick bamboo (27) are evenly installed to the bottom in guide post (1), at least three spacing cap (25) are evenly installed to cylinder (6) lower surface, spring (26) lower extreme extends to in the spacing section of thick bamboo (27), spring (26) upper end extends to in the spacing cap (25).
