Claims (9)

1. A method for processing a special-shaped sealing ring is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) preparing a raw material plate according to the maximum overall dimension of the special-shaped sealing ring to be processed;
(2) reserving allowance according to the contour size of an inner cavity of the special-shaped sealing ring, and processing an 8-shaped groove on the original material plate to ensure that the distance between the bottom surface of the groove and the bottom surface of the original material plate is equal to the thickness of the special-shaped sealing ring;
(3) roughly milling a prototype of the special-shaped sealing ring by taking the inner molded surface and the outer molded surface of the edge-shaped groove as references;
(4) finely milling a prototype inner molded surface of the special-shaped sealing ring to a required size to obtain a semi-finished product special-shaped sealing ring, then installing a process pressing plate (2) into an inner cavity of the semi-finished product special-shaped sealing ring, so that an upper step (21) part of the process pressing plate (2) extends into the inner cavity, and a lower part of the process pressing plate extends to the outside of the inner cavity and is tightly attached to the semi-finished product special-shaped sealing ring for fixation;
(5) finely milling the outer profile of the semi-finished special-shaped sealing ring along the lower outer contour of the process pressing plate (2) to obtain a finished special-shaped sealing ring;
the step (2) is specifically as follows:
(2.1) aligning the long edge of the original material plate with the alignment edge on the positioning plate (1) by taking any end surface and two adjacent side surfaces of the original material plate as references;
(2.2) pressing the periphery of the raw material plate on the positioning plate (1) by a pressing plate;
(2.3) processing two fastening holes in the original material plate according to the positions of 2 positioning holes of the positioning plate (1), and fastening the positioning plate (1) and the original material plate by using screws;
and (2.4) milling an 8-shaped groove on the original material plate according to the inner and outer contour sizes of the special-shaped sealing ring, so that certain allowance is left on the inner profile and the outer profile of the groove, and the distance between the bottom surface of the groove and the bottom surface of the original material plate is equal to the thickness of the special-shaped sealing ring.
2. A method for processing a special-shaped sealing ring according to claim 1, wherein the step (2.4) is to mill a groove on the raw material plate according to the inner and outer contour dimensions of the special-shaped sealing ring, so that the inner profile surface of the groove has a margin of 3mm, the outer profile surface has a margin of 2mm, and the distance from the bottom surface of the groove to the bottom surface of the raw material plate is equal to the thickness of the special-shaped sealing ring.
