when the button of the welding gun 1 is turned off, the welding work is stopped, the power-off voltage signal to the time relay is delayed for a specified time, the specified time can be adjusted as required, and the relay stops supplying power, so that the power-off of the air suction motor 531 is delayed. Ensuring that the smoke and dust and waste in the whole equipment are completely absorbed and filtered.
An exhaust gas recovery passage 121 is formed in the shell of the handle 12, one end of the exhaust gas recovery passage 121 is sleeved with the exhaust gas recovery pipe 113, and the other end of the exhaust gas recovery passage is sleeved with the output pipe 7. The air suction device 53 comprises an air suction motor 531, the air suction motor 531 is connected with the purifier shell 51 through a mounting frame 532, an air suction baffle 533 is arranged at the front end of the air suction motor 531, and a motor hole 534 is formed in the front end of the air suction baffle 533. The fan hole 534 can better and effectively improve the air suction efficiency of the air suction motor 531.
The gas tank 4 is a carbon dioxide gas tank 4 filled with carbon dioxide gas. The carbon dioxide gas can be used as a shielding gas in the welding process, so that the welding wire is prevented from contacting with oxygen in the welding process, and the welding point is prevented from being oxidized due to the contact with the oxygen in the welding process.
