The bottom of the suspension type liquid level meter 311 is arranged in the leaching reaction box 32 and is used for measuring the liquid level in the leaching reaction box in real time, wherein: the suspension type liquid level meter comprises a suspension module, a rigid connecting device and a top switch; the suspension module is placed in the leaching reaction box and changes position along with the lifting of the liquid level; the rigid connecting device transmits a position signal of the suspension module to the top switch; the top switch controls the spray head of the automatic dosing device to be opened or closed; when the liquid level in the leaching reaction box rises to reach a threshold value, the rigid connection device pulls up the top switch due to the rising of the suspension module, and the top switch closes the spray head of the automatic dosing device, so that dosing is stopped; when liquid in the leaching reaction box is discharged and the liquid level drops, the rigid connection device pulls down the top switch due to the lowering of the suspension module, and the top switch opens the spray head of the automatic medicine feeding device.
The ultrasonic oscillator 38 is arranged on the outer side of the bottom of the leaching reaction box body 32 to promote the separation of heavy metal pollutants from the soil framework. The ultrasonic oscillator 38 is internally provided with a light pollution vibration mode, a medium pollution vibration mode and a heavy pollution vibration mode, the ultrasonic oscillator 38 and the automatic drug delivery device 33 are in communication connection or electric connection and can be linked with each other, and when the automatic drug delivery device 33 starts the corresponding light drug delivery mode, medium drug delivery mode and heavy drug delivery mode, the ultrasonic oscillator 38 also starts the corresponding light pollution vibration mode, medium pollution vibration mode and heavy pollution vibration mode.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, the high efficiency screening and filter-pressing module 300 receives the restored soil and waste liquid discharged from the high efficiency leaching reaction module 200, and performs screening and filter-pressing to separate solid from liquid, the soil is temporarily stored for inspection, and the waste liquid is discharged to enter the subsequent sewage treatment. The high-efficiency screening and filter-pressing module 300 comprises a high-efficiency screening device and a plate-and-frame filter press. The high-efficiency screening device takes the specified particle size as a reference, the purified soil is discharged when the particle size is larger than the specified particle size, the purified soil is subjected to filter pressing and dehydration when the particle size is smaller than the specified particle size, the dehydrated soil can be temporarily stored for acceptance check for the purified soil, and the wastewater is discharged for subsequent sewage treatment.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. in the aspect of production efficiency, the polluted soil is efficiently reduced through the efficient particle size screening module, and the remediation efficiency is improved.
2. In the aspect of the medicament feeding cost, intelligent quantitative administration can be carried out according to the content of pollution pollutants in soil, the waste of medicament use is avoided, and the medicament feeding cost is saved.
3. In the aspect of leaching effect, the effect of uniformly mixing the contaminated soil and the leaching solution is realized by adding high-efficiency vibration and ultrasonic oscillation, so that the leaching separation of pollutants in the soil is promoted, and the leaching effect is improved.

the high-efficiency leaching reaction module is configured to set a dosing mode according to the concentration of the heavy metal pollutants, carry out dosing leaching according to the dosing mode, and promote the separation of the pollutants through full stirring and ultrasonic oscillation; and
and the high-efficiency precipitation filter-pressing module is configured to screen and filter-press the soil discharged by the high-efficiency leaching reaction module.
2. The integrated high-efficiency leaching apparatus for heavy metal contaminated soil according to claim 1, wherein the high-efficiency size fraction screening module comprises:
the feeding hopper is used for conveying soil to the high-efficiency multistage screening machine, and the gear roller is arranged below the feeding inlet so as to crush coarse particles or stones larger than 100mm in the soil;
the efficient multi-stage sieving machine is used for carrying out multi-stage hydraulic sieving on soil to respectively form materials larger than 50mm, 50 mm-10 mm, 10 mm-2 mm and materials smaller than 2mm, and conveying the materials smaller than 2mm to the efficient leaching reaction module.
3. The integrated high-efficiency leaching equipment for heavy metal contaminated soil according to claim 2, wherein the high-efficiency hydraulic multi-stage sieving machine comprises:
the top of the screening box is opposite to a feed opening of the feed hopper, and the bottom of the screening box is a discharge opening; 3 layers of filter screens are respectively arranged in the screening box from top to bottom, the diameters of the filter screens are respectively 50mm, 10mm and 2mm, and a conveying belt is arranged at the tail end of each layer of filter screen to convey screened corresponding size fraction particles;
the screening and washing device is used for washing the materials on each layer of filter screen;
the screening vibrator is used for driving each layer of filter screen to vibrate;
and the screening motor is used for driving the screening vibrator.
4. The integrated high-efficiency leaching apparatus for heavy metal contaminated soil according to claim 3, further comprising a first detection module and a second detection module, wherein:
the first detection module detects materials larger than 50mm, 50 mm-10 mm and 10 mm-2 mm, and if the materials are qualified, the materials larger than 50mm, 50 mm-10 mm and 10 mm-2 mm are used as aggregates for resource utilization; if the detection is not qualified, the materials larger than 50mm, 50 mm-10 mm and 10 mm-2 mm return to the high-efficiency size fraction screening module for washing.
The second detection module detects the materials smaller than 2mm, and if the materials smaller than 2mm are detected to be qualified, backfilling the materials smaller than 2 mm; and if the detection is unqualified, feeding the material with the size less than 2mm into the high-efficiency leaching reaction module for leaching reaction.
5. The integrated high-efficiency leaching device for heavy metal contaminated soil according to claim 4, wherein the high-efficiency leaching reaction module comprises a leaching reaction box, and a feed inlet and a dosing hole are formed in the top of the leaching reaction box;
the automatic dosing device comprises a medicament tank, a pipeline and a spray head, and the spray head enters the leaching reaction box from the dosing hole;
the leaching reaction box plays a supporting role for the medicament tank;
the box body bracket plays a supporting role in the leaching reaction box.
6. The integrated high-efficiency leaching equipment for heavy metal contaminated soil according to claim 5,
the detection result of the second detection module on the material smaller than 2mm comprises the concentration of the light heavy metal pollutants, the concentration of the moderate heavy metal pollutants and the concentration of the heavy metal pollutants;
according to the concentration of the mild heavy metal pollutants, the concentration of the moderate heavy metal pollutants and the concentration of the severe heavy metal pollutants, the automatic dosing device is respectively provided with a mild dosing mode, a moderate dosing mode and a severe dosing mode;
the material with the diameter less than 2mm enters a leaching reaction box through a feed inlet;
and starting the automatic dosing device according to the dosing mode corresponding to the concentration of the heavy metal pollutants.
7. The integrated high-efficiency leaching equipment for heavy metal contaminated soil according to claim 5, wherein the high-efficiency leaching reaction module further comprises a plurality of sets of stirring gears, a set of screw devices, a stirring motor and a speed reducer, wherein:
the stirring gears are arranged at the upper part in the leaching reaction box in a staggered manner and are used for fully stirring the medicament and the soil;
a main shaft of the spiral device is arranged at the bottom in the leaching reaction box, and a spiral blade is arranged on the main shaft and is driven by the main shaft to perform spiral motion so as to push the stirred soil to a discharge hole of the leaching reaction box;
a plurality of stirring rods are welded on the spiral blades and stir the soil in the pushing process;
the stirring motor drives the speed reducer, so that the speed reducer drives the stirring gear and the main shaft of the screw device to rotate;
the discharge hole of the leaching reaction box is arranged on the side wall of the bottom of the leaching reaction box and is positioned at the tail end of the spiral main shaft.
8. The integrated high-efficiency leaching device for heavy metal contaminated soil according to claim 5, wherein the high-efficiency leaching reaction module further comprises a suspension type liquid level meter for measuring the liquid level in the leaching reaction tank in real time, wherein:
the suspension type liquid level meter comprises a suspension module, a rigid connecting device and a top switch;
the suspension module is placed in the leaching reaction box and changes position along with the lifting of the liquid level;
the rigid connecting device transmits a position signal of the suspension module to the top switch;
the top switch controls the spray head of the automatic dosing device to be opened or closed;
when the liquid level in the leaching reaction box rises to reach a threshold value, the rigid connection device pulls up the top switch due to the rising of the suspension module, and the top switch closes the spray head of the automatic dosing device, so that dosing is stopped;
when liquid in the leaching reaction box is discharged and the liquid level drops, the rigid connection device pulls down the top switch due to the lowering of the suspension module, and the top switch opens the spray head of the automatic medicine feeding device.
9. The integrated high efficiency leaching apparatus for heavy metal contaminated soil according to claim 6, wherein said high efficiency leaching reaction module further comprises an ultrasonic oscillator for facilitating the separation of heavy metal contaminants from the soil, wherein:
the ultrasonic oscillator is arranged on the outer side of the bottom end of the leaching reaction box;
the ultrasonic oscillator is set in a light pollution vibration mode, a medium pollution vibration mode and a heavy pollution vibration mode;
when the automatic drug delivery device starts a light drug delivery mode, a moderate drug delivery mode or a heavy drug delivery mode, the ultrasonic oscillator simultaneously starts a corresponding light pollution vibration mode, a moderate pollution vibration mode or a heavy pollution vibration mode.

The integrated high-efficiency leaching equipment for the soil polluted by the heavy metals according to claim 1, wherein the high-efficiency screening and filter-pressing module receives the restored soil and the waste liquid discharged by the high-efficiency leaching reaction module, screens and filter-presses the restored soil to separate solid from liquid, and discharges the waste liquid for sewage treatment;
the efficient screening and filter-pressing module comprises an efficient screening device and a plate-and-frame filter press;
the high-efficiency screening device discharges the soil with the grain diameter larger than the specified grain diameter as purified soil, and the soil with the grain diameter smaller than the specified grain diameter is conveyed to a plate-and-frame filter press;
the plate-and-frame filter press carries out filter pressing dehydration on the soil.
