As shown in fig. 1, the wireless headset charging box comprises a box body 1, wherein a controller and a charging module (not shown in the figure) are arranged in the box body 1, and the charging module comprises a battery and a charging slot. Because the volume of the cleaning tank 7 is certain, the required cleaning liquid capacity can be calculated after the distance between the tank bottom of the cleaning tank 7 and the mesh of the earphone to be cleaned is measured by the distance measuring device, so that the cleaning liquid in the cleaning tank 7 just submerges the mesh of the earphone to be cleaned, and the problem that electronic devices in the earphone are submerged by too high liquid level to cause device failure is avoided. When the earphones to be cleaned are of different types each time, the distance is measured by the distance measuring device once for each cleaning, and if the cleaned earphones are self-contained or have been cleaned by the charging box and have recorded parameters thereof, the measurement can be performed only for the first time, and then the set cleaning is performed by inputting historical parameters.
As shown in fig. 1, the ultrasonic transducer 8 is disposed in the mounting groove at the bottom of the cleaning tank 7, and the distance measuring device is disposed on the upper surface of the ultrasonic transducer 8. Wherein, distance measuring device can be laser range finder 9, ultrasonic ranging appearance or infrared distance measuring appearance, and distance measuring device is laser range finder 9 in this application. The distance measuring device may also be provided at other positions of the bottom of the cleaning tank 7 or on the side wall, and when the distance measuring device is provided on the side wall of the cleaning tank 7, the distance measuring device can only be an ultrasonic range finder. As shown in fig. 1, a channel opening 3 communicating the liquid storage tank 2 with the outside is arranged on the box body 1, a control valve 4 is arranged in the channel opening 3, when cleaning liquid in the liquid storage tank 2 flows into the cleaning tank 7, the control valve 4 is opened to enable outside air to flow in, internal and external pressure difference balance is achieved, and the cleaning liquid in the liquid storage tank 2 is conveniently led out. The access opening 3 may also be used for adding cleaning liquid to the reservoir 2. The control valve 4 can be opened and closed manually, and the control valve 4 can also be an electromagnetic valve and is controlled by a controller.
As shown in fig. 1, the liquid delivery control device may be a water pump 6, the water pump 6 is electrically connected to the controller, and the total amount of the cleaning liquid introduced into the cleaning tank 7 is controlled by controlling the number of turns of the water pump 6. The liquid conveying control device can further comprise an electric control valve and a flow sensor, the electric control valve and the flow sensor are respectively electrically connected with the controller, the liquid storage tank 2 needs to be located above the cleaning tank 7, a height difference exists between the liquid storage tank 2 and the cleaning tank 7, when the electric control valve is opened, cleaning liquid in the liquid storage tank 2 flows into the cleaning tank 7, and after the flow sensor detects that the flow is calculated and reaches the height of the required liquid level of the cleaning tank 7, the electric control valve of the controller is closed. Wherein, the electric control valve is preferably a solenoid valve. The liquid transport control device in the present embodiment is preferably a water pump 6, and the liquid reservoir 2 and the cleaning tank 7 in the present embodiment do not need to have a height difference therebetween, and can satisfy the demand for the small volume of the charging case 1.
As shown in fig. 1, the upper surface in the cleaning tank 7 may be a horizontal surface, or may be an inclined surface inclined toward the earphone holding hole 10, but in the present embodiment, an inclined surface is preferable, and after cleaning, the charging box is reversed, so that the cleaning liquid in the cleaning tank 7 can flow out from the cleaning tank 7. A drainage channel communicated with the outside can be arranged at the bottom of the cleaning tank 7, a control valve for controlling a switch is arranged in the drainage channel, and the drainage channel can be controlled by a controller or manually controlled to realize the drainage of the used cleaning liquid.
The surface of the box body 1 is also provided with a control panel (not shown in the figure) electrically connected with the controller, and the control panel can be operated to control the ultrasonic transducer 8, the water pump 6 and the laser range finder 9 through the controller to realize the functions of generating ultrasonic waves, guiding cleaning liquid into the cleaning groove 7, controlling cleaning time, measuring and calculating distance and the like.
The cleaning process of the application is as follows:
(1) placing the earphone into the earphone placing fixing hole 10 for fixing, setting cleaning time according to the degree of pollution of the earphone, and pressing a switch;
(2) after the device is started, the laser range finder 9 firstly measures the distance from the bottom of the tank to the meshes of the earphones, and calculates the volume of liquid required to flow into the cleaning tank 7 according to the controller so that the cleaning liquid just submerges the meshes of the earphones;
(3) starting the control valve 4 and the water pump 6 to send the cleaning solution into the cleaning tank 7 from the liquid storage tank 2 according to the calculated capacity, and starting the ultrasonic transducer 8;
(4) and taking out the earphones after the earphones are cleaned, and pouring the cleaning liquid in the cleaning tank 7.
According to the wireless earphone charging box, the liquid storage tank and the cleaning tank are arranged in the box body, the liquid conveying control device is arranged in a pipeline communicated with the liquid storage tank through the cleaning tank, the ultrasonic transducer is arranged in the cleaning tank, the earphone placing fixing hole is formed in the upper portion of the cleaning tank, after an earphone to be cleaned is placed in the earphone placing fixing hole, cleaning liquid is guided into the cleaning tank from the liquid storage tank, the ultrasonic transducer is started to generate ultrasonic vibration, therefore, meshes of the earphone immersed in the cleaning liquid are cleaned, no dead angle cleaning of oil stains and dirty corners in the earholes can be achieved, and the tone quality effect of the earphone is guaranteed.

1. A wireless earphone charging box comprises a box body, wherein a controller and a charging module are arranged in the box body, and the wireless earphone charging box is characterized in that a liquid storage tank for storing cleaning liquid and a cleaning tank for cleaning are also arranged in the box body, the cleaning tank is communicated with the liquid storage tank through a pipeline, and a liquid conveying control device is arranged in the pipeline; an ultrasonic transducer is arranged in the cleaning tank and is electrically connected with the controller through an ultrasonic generator; and an earphone placing fixing hole is formed above the cleaning groove.
2. The wireless headset charging box according to claim 1, wherein a distance measuring device for measuring a distance between a bottom of the cleaning tank and a mesh of the headset to be cleaned is provided in the cleaning tank, and the distance measuring device is electrically connected to the controller.
3. The wireless headset charging box according to claim 2, wherein the ultrasonic transducer is disposed in a mounting groove at the bottom of the cleaning tank, and the distance measuring device is disposed on the upper surface of the ultrasonic transducer.
4. A wireless headset charging box according to claim 3, wherein the distance measuring device is a laser rangefinder.
5. The wireless headset charging box according to claim 4, wherein there are two headset receiving fixing holes, and the ultrasonic transducer is provided with two ultrasonic transducers respectively located right below the two headset receiving fixing holes.
6. The wireless earphone charging box according to claim 1, wherein a passage port for communicating the liquid storage tank with the outside is provided in the box body, and a control valve is provided in the passage port.

The wireless headset charging box of claim 6, wherein the liquid delivery control device comprises an electrically controlled valve and a flow sensor, the electrically controlled valve and the flow sensor are electrically connected to the controller, respectively, and the reservoir is located above the cleaning tank.
