When the cleaning machine needs to be positioned to a certain cleaning hole position 3, the PLC sends a rotation signal to the positioning motor 6, and the positioning motor 6 starts to drive the speed reducer 7 to rotate; an output shaft of the speed reducer 7 transmits the transmission torque to a synchronous wheel III 13 through a synchronous wheel I8 and a first synchronous belt 11, and further transmits the transmission torque to the cleaning machine motor 2; an output shaft of the cleaning machine motor 2 transmits the transmission torque to the synchronous wheel II 9 through the second synchronous belt 12, and then transmits the transmission torque to the cleaning machine cylinder 1 and the main shaft 5 at the center of the cleaning machine cylinder 1, so that the main shaft 5 slowly rotates along with the transmission torque; the main shaft 5 drives the encoder 4 to rotate continuously while rotating until the encoder 4 rotates to the required cleaning hole position value; when the encoder 4 rotates to the required cleaning hole position value, the PLC stops sending a rotation signal, the positioning motor 6 stops rotating (at the moment, the cleaning machine motor 2 also stops rotating), the main shaft 5 stops rotating along with the rotation signal, and positioning is completed.
Because the coding precision of the encoder 4 is very high, the positioning precision of the main shaft 5 of the cleaning machine can be controlled within 1mm, and therefore the purpose of accurately positioning the cleaning hole position 3 is achieved by the two implementation modes.
The working principle of the two embodiments is the same, and the cleaning hole position 3 and the cleaning machine door are accurately positioned by adopting a mode that the positioning motor 6 directly or indirectly drives the cleaning machine barrel 1 and the main shaft 5 thereof to slowly rotate through the speed reducer 7 by virtue of the synchronous wheel and the synchronous belt.
