The working principle is as follows: when the pipeline spraying device is used, a pipeline to be sprayed is sleeved on the outer cylinder 800, the sucker 410 on the fixing mechanism 400 is adsorbed on the inner side wall of the pipeline, the position of the sucker 410 in the fixing mechanism 400 can be adjusted due to different inner diameters of the pipeline, the sliding button 422 is firstly slid inwards to enable the triangular clamping block 421 connected with the sucker to move into the first connecting shell 420, then the position of the first connecting shell 420 is slid up and down in the limiting clamping groove 431, when the position is adjusted to be suitable for fixing the pipeline, the sliding button 422 is slid outwards to enable the triangular clamping block 421 to slide out and be clamped with the triangular groove on the side edge of the limiting clamping groove 431 to be kept fixed, so that the pipeline spraying device is suitable for pipelines with different specifications, the pipeline can synchronously move along with the outer cylinder 800, the outer cylinder 800 slides on the outer side walls of the first inner column 600 and the second inner column 610 through the T-shaped sliding block 810, and simultaneously the first inner column 600, the lower part of the second inner column 610 is slidably connected with the rack 700, one end of the rack 700 is provided with a clamping joint 710, a bump on the clamping joint 710 is clamped inside a circular groove on the side wall of the outer cylinder 800, the rack 700 and the outer cylinder 800 are connected through the clamping joint 710, meanwhile, the outer cylinder 800 and the rack 700 can rotate mutually through the clamping joint 710, the gear 250 rotates through the rotation of the second motor 240, the rack 700 meshed with the gear 250 drives the outer cylinder 800 to slide towards one side of the second inner column 610, one end to the other end of the pipeline completely passes through the paint spraying wheel 300, simultaneously, the paint spraying wheel 300 is started, so that the paint is sprayed out from the inner side wall of the paint spraying wheel 300, the paint is completely coated on the outer side wall of the pipeline, when the outer cylinder 800 continues to slide inwards to shrink two paint coating plates 510 through the position of the paint coating plates 510, the sponge rollers of the paint coating plates 510 are pressed against the side wall of the pipeline, and the first inner column 600 and the second, thus, the rotation of the pipe is realized, the pipe rotates relative to the coating plates 510, so that the two coating plates 510 are coated for several circles around the pipe, the paint on the pipe is completely and uniformly distributed, the spraying of the pipe is completed, finally, the first inner column 600 and the second inner column 610 are separated, the pipe is taken out from the outer cylinder 800, the next pipe is installed again, and the work cycle is repeated.
