Step two, the portable tumor chemotherapy device is fixed at the proper position of the patient through the fastening belt 214: the chemotherapy pump cannot be hung on the infusion support, which may cause the flow rate to be too fast. The chemotherapy pump is tightly attached to the skin of the patient as much as possible to ensure the accuracy of the liquid medicine infusion speed. The chemotherapy pump is placed on the same side of the punctured limb of the patient, the chemotherapy pump is kept not lower than the punctured part, and the catheter is not twisted.
And step three, opening the second opening and closing device 207, pulling the infusion tube 103 out of the buckle 111 and extending out of the outlet 204 on the portable bag 2.
And step four, according to the requirement, proper dosage is carried out, and a filtering device (not shown) is adopted for dosage so as to fully dissolve the chemotherapy medicine powder. Injecting the prepared liquid medicine from the infusion tube 103 into the medicine storage bag 102 of the chemotherapy pump 1 through a conical joint (the end of the infusion tube 103 is arranged), wherein the medicine adding amount does not exceed the specification capacity of the chemotherapy pump; when the liquid medicine is injected, the real-time injection amount of the liquid medicine is observed through the opening 206 of the portable bag 2.
And step five, discharging air after the liquid medicine is injected, closing a pipe clamp (not shown), closing the second opening and closing device 207, and tensioning the telescopic belt 210 to enable the telescopic belt 210 to position the portable bag 2 between the operation area 101 and the medicine storage bag 102 and seal the portable bag.
Step six, adding a special extension tube for chemotherapy according to the using length, wherein an arrow of the joint faces towards a patient when adding the extension tube. The needle at the end of the extension tube is inserted into the appropriate location of the patient and various manipulations are performed in the operation area 101 through the transparent window 205. The portable tumor chemotherapy device is positioned on the same side of the limb of the puncture part of the patient, and the portable tumor chemotherapy device is higher than the puncture part.
