Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and beneficial effects:
1. according to the invention, a doctor can replace the type of the disposable probe according to the examination requirement, so that the clinical examination requirement can be met, the disposable probe can be replaced after being used, the oral hygiene is ensured, the examination cost is reduced, meanwhile, in the examination process, the cleaning of the probe can be completed in the oral cavity or near the oral cavity, so that the probe does not need to be moved to a workbench away from the oral cavity in the examination process, the examination efficiency is obviously improved, the working strength of the doctor is reduced, the use is more convenient and faster, and not only is the purpose, but also the fluid pressure can be controlled by a water pump or an air blower to clean adhered foreign matters, so that the cleaning efficiency can be improved, and discomfort can not be caused to the oral cavity of a patient;
2. the cleaning device is provided with the control mechanism, so that a doctor can realize the switching between the working state and the cleaning state of the cleaning device through one-hand operation, the operation is simpler and more reliable, meanwhile, the mounting frame is used as a main fixing mechanism, and the clamping mechanism and the shielding ring are combined in the working state, so that triple clamping can be formed, the fixing effect of the dental probe is better, and the force transmission effect of the doctor is better;
3. according to the invention, the structure of the clamping block mechanism is optimized, and by arranging the drainage channel for communicating the clamping surface of the clamping block with the wall surface of the clamping block and the wall surface of the cleaning cavity or communicating the clamping surface with the liquid discharge cavity, fluid flowing along the clamping surface can pass through the clamping block through the drainage channel, flow into the space between the clamping block and the cleaning cavity and finally enter the liquid discharge cavity, so that the fluid is further prevented from flowing out of the cleaning cavity from the clamping surface of the clamping block;
4. the clamping surface of one part of the clamping blocks is provided with the convex parts, the clamping surface of the other part of the clamping blocks is provided with the concave parts, the convex parts can further play a role in skid resistance in a working state through matching of the convex parts and the concave parts, the clamping stability of the dental probe is improved, and the working gaps between the clamping blocks can be greatly reduced through the combination of the concave parts and the convex parts in a cleaning state, so that fluid is prevented from entering the oral cavity of a patient through the working gaps between the clamping blocks; in addition, the convex parts and the concave parts can scrape and grab partial foreign matters adhered to the working end, so that the cleaning efficiency of the working end is improved;
5. according to the invention, the sealing strip is arranged between the clamping block and the liquid discharge cavity, so that the fluid entering the liquid discharge cavity can be effectively guided into the second flow channel, the fluid is prevented from forming a vortex in the liquid discharge cavity or being retained at a dead angle in the liquid discharge cavity, and the cleaning of the interior of the liquid discharge cavity is facilitated;
6. according to the invention, the inner diameter of the spray header is gradually reduced along the direction from the first flow channel to the cleaning cavity, so that fluid entering the spray header through the first flow channel can be accelerated in the flow channel of the spray header, and high-speed fluid is sprayed out from the nozzle to impact foreign matters adhered to the working end, thereby improving the cleaning effect;
7. according to the invention, the turbulence member of the spray head is provided with the first through hole with a larger diameter and the second through hole with a smaller diameter, so that fluid with a higher speed at the center passes through the first through hole of the turbulence member, and after the fluid with a lower speed at the edge is accelerated by the second through hole, one part of the fluid moves towards the outlet direction of the nozzle, and the other part of the fluid is further accelerated by the perforation and then is sprayed out; in addition, local turbulence and turbulence piece self that first through-hole and second through-hole formed near can increase the swing of nozzle, further improve the cleaning performance of work end.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to examples and accompanying drawings, and the exemplary embodiments and descriptions thereof are only used for explaining the present invention and are not meant to limit the present invention.
In the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that the terms "front", "rear", "left", "right", "upper", "lower", "vertical", "horizontal", "high", "low", "inner", "outer", etc. indicate orientations or positional relationships based on those shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience of description and simplicity of description, but do not indicate or imply that the device or element being referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed in a particular orientation, and be operated, and therefore, should not be taken as limiting the scope of the invention.
Example 1:
the cleaning device for the oral probe shown in fig. 1 to 6 comprises a cylinder 1, wherein a cleaning cavity 11 is arranged in the cylinder 1, a first tube 7 and a second tube 8 are arranged on the cylinder 1, the first tube 7 is communicated with the cleaning cavity 11 through a first flow passage 13, the second tube 8 is communicated with the cleaning cavity 11 through a second flow passage 14, one end of the cleaning cavity 11 is an open end, the other end of the cleaning cavity is a closed end, and a clamping mechanism is arranged on the open end; the cleaning device is characterized in that a sliding groove 2 is formed in the barrel body 1, a control mechanism is arranged in the sliding groove 2 and used for installing a tooth probe 9 and controlling the cleaning device to be switched between a working state and a cleaning state, the clamping mechanism clamps the tooth probe 9 and the working end of the tooth probe 9 is located outside the cleaning cavity 11, the clamping mechanism seals the opening end of the cleaning cavity 11 in the cleaning state, external fluid enters the cleaning cavity 11 through a first pipe 7 and a first flow passage 13 in sequence to wash the working end of the tooth probe 9, and the washed fluid is discharged from the cleaning cavity 11 through a second flow passage 14 and a second pipe 8 in sequence.
In one or more embodiments, the cleaning device is a circulation cleaning device. Specifically, the first pipe and the second pipe are communicated through the connecting pipe to form a circulating pipeline, and a water pump, a water treatment assembly and/or a blower and a gas treatment assembly are arranged on the circulating pipeline, so that the fluid after being washed can be pumped into the cleaning cavity again after being disinfected, the fluid is recycled, and the cleaning cost is reduced. In some embodiments, the first flow passage and/or the second flow passage may be disposed in an inner wall of the cylinder, or may be disposed outside the cylinder and extend through and into the cleaning chamber.
In one or more embodiments, the gripping mechanism grips a gripping portion 91 on the handle of the dental probe, which portion is typically provided with a non-slip layer to further improve the stability of the grip.
In one or more embodiments, the opening end is further provided with a shielding ring 18, the shielding ring 18 is located at the outer side of the clamping mechanism, namely, at one side close to the outer wall of the cylinder, the inner diameter of the shielding ring is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the dental probe, the shielding ring can not only centralize and stabilize the dental probe, but also can further reduce the fluid flowing out of the cleaning cavity when the clamping mechanism opens the opening end.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, a trigger unit 16 is further disposed in the washing chamber 11, and the trigger unit 16 is used for triggering the water pump or the blower to be turned on or off. In one or more embodiments, the trigger unit may be disposed on the closed end of the wash chamber. In one embodiment, the triggering unit may be a laser distance measuring device, and when the time difference measured by the laser distance measuring device is smaller than a threshold value, it indicates that the distance between the laser distance measuring device and the probe reaches a preset value, where the preset value may be the distance between the top end of the dental probe and the laser distance measuring device in a cleaning state, and at this time, the laser distance measuring device sends an electrical signal to the processor to control a water pump or an air blower of the workbench to be turned on, so as to complete the washing of the dental probe. In one embodiment, the trigger unit may be a travel switch that sends an electrical signal to the processor to control the water pump or blower to turn on after the tip of the probe contacts the travel switch.
During operation, firstly, a tooth probe of a required type is selected, then the tooth probe is placed into the cleaning cavity from the opening end, the tooth probe is clamped and installed by the control mechanism, the control mechanism can drive the tooth probe to move, then the position of the control mechanism is adjusted, so that the working end of the tooth probe is located outside the cylinder body, the tooth probe is in a working state, and a doctor can use the tooth probe to conduct examination.
In the examination process, when foreign matters are adhered to the dental probe and the dental probe needs to be cleaned, the open end is kept downward, the dental probe is integrally taken into the cleaning cavity through the moving control mechanism, the clamping mechanism seals the open end, then the water pump is started to enable water flow to enter the cleaning cavity to clean the dental probe, the water flow after the cleaning is completed moves towards the open end under the action of gravity and the water pump, finally, the water flow passes through the second flow channel and is discharged from the cleaning cavity through the second pipe, when the first pipe and the second pipe form a circulation loop, the water flow can be controlled only by the water pump, in addition, after the water flow cleaning is completed, a doctor can also send gas with certain temperature into the cleaning cavity by starting the air blower, dry the inner wall of the cleaning cavity, take away part of water remained in the cleaning cavity, and keep the cleaning cavity dry. After cleaning, the position of the control mechanism is adjusted again to switch to a working state, and the dental probe is continuously used.
In the examination process, when the dental probe of other types needs to be replaced, the control mechanism can be unlocked to take out the dental probe, and after the dental probe is replaced, the control mechanism is used again to fixedly install the dental probe.
Through the arrangement, a doctor can replace the type of the disposable probe according to the examination requirement, so that the clinical diagnosis and treatment requirement can be met, and the disposable probe can be replaced after being used, so that the oral hygiene is ensured and the examination cost is reduced; in addition, in the process of examination, the cleaning of the probe can be completed in the oral cavity or near the oral cavity, so that the probe does not need to be moved to a workbench away from the oral cavity in the process of examination, the examination efficiency is obviously improved, the working strength of a doctor is reduced, and the use is more convenient; moreover, the fluid pressure can be controlled by the water pump or the air blower to clean and adhere foreign matters, so that the cleaning efficiency can be improved, and discomfort can not be caused to the oral cavity of a patient.
Example 2:
on the basis of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 2, 5 and 6, a liquid discharge cavity 12 is further arranged in the cylinder body 1, the liquid discharge cavity 12 is communicated with the cleaning cavity 11 and the second flow passage 14, a second spring 52 is arranged in the liquid discharge cavity 12, the clamping mechanism comprises at least two clamping blocks 4, the clamping blocks 4 are at least partially located in the liquid discharge cavity 12 and connected to the second spring 52, and the clamping blocks 4 move to the outside of the liquid discharge cavity 12 under the action of the second spring 52.
The clamping mechanism is composed of a plurality of clamping blocks 4, preferably, the number of the clamping blocks is 2-8, more preferably 4-6, and most preferably 4. In one or more embodiments, the clamping mechanism formed by splicing the plurality of clamping blocks is integrally in a cone or circular truncated cone structure, and the conical surface of the cone or circular truncated cone inclines from the center of the cleaning cavity to the wall surface so as to guide the fluid remained on the conical surface to the liquid discharge cavity for collection. In one or more embodiments, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the tapered surface of the fixture can also be a multi-segment tapered surface with different inclinations.
In some embodiments, the accommodating chamber may be disposed at the top end, the side surface or the bottom end of the drainage chamber, and preferably, as shown in fig. 5, the accommodating chamber 17 is disposed at the bottom end of the drainage chamber, i.e., at a position closer to the outer side of the cylinder.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, a receiving cavity 17 is provided on an inner wall of liquid discharge cavity 12, second spring 52 is provided in receiving cavity 17, second spring 52 is connected to clamping block 4 through connecting block 51, and connecting block 51 is capable of moving along receiving cavity 17.
In some embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, a sealing strip 43 is connected between clamp block 4 and discharge chamber 12, wherein sealing strip 43 is made of a flexible material, and sealing strip 43 is used to guide flushed fluid into second flow path 14. The sealing strip can effectively guide the fluid entering the liquid discharge cavity into the second flow channel, prevent the fluid from forming a vortex in the liquid discharge cavity or staying at a dead angle in the liquid discharge cavity, and is favorable for cleaning the inside of the liquid discharge cavity. The sealing strip may be made of a flexible material such as leather, fabric, cloth, etc.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the clamping block 4 is provided with a drainage channel 41, and the drainage channel 41 is used for guiding the fluid on the clamping surface of the clamping block 4 to between the clamping block 4 and the washing cavity 11 or in the drainage cavity 12. The drainage channel is communicated with the clamping surface of the clamping block and the area between the clamping block and the wall surface of the cleaning cavity, or the clamping surface is communicated with the liquid discharge cavity, so that fluid flowing along the clamping surface can pass through the clamping block through the drainage channel and flows into the space between the clamping block and the cleaning cavity, and finally enters the liquid discharge cavity, and the fluid is further prevented from flowing out of the cleaning cavity from the clamping surface of the clamping block.
In some embodiments, a part of the clamping surfaces of the clamping blocks are provided with protrusions which can be made of rubber materials, and the other part of the clamping blocks are provided with recesses which correspond to the protrusions in position one by one and are matched with the protrusions in size. By matching the convex part and the concave part, the convex part can further play a role in skid resistance in a working state, the clamping stability of the dental probe is improved, and the working gap between the clamping blocks can be greatly reduced by combining the concave part and the convex part in a cleaning state, so that fluid is prevented from entering the oral cavity of a patient through the working gap between the clamping blocks; in addition, the convex parts and the concave parts can also scrape and grab partial foreign matters adhered to the working end, and the cleaning efficiency of the working end is improved.
In some embodiments, the top surface of the clamping block is provided with an inclined surface which serves as a pushing surface, after the dental probe is cleaned, the dental probe is located above the clamping mechanism, the working end of the dental probe can be used for pushing the inclined surface by vertically pushing the dental probe downwards, the clamping block is pushed to move towards the liquid discharge cavity by component force generated by the inclined surface, the clamping block is further pushed to be more easily pushed, jamming in the state switching process is avoided, and the reliability of the device is further improved.
Example 3:
on the basis of the above-mentioned embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, control mechanism includes control rod 3 that can follow spout 2 and remove, the bottom activity of control rod 3 runs through to washing chamber 11 in, just the bottom is connected with mounting bracket 32, mounting bracket 32 is used for installing dental probe 9, the top of control rod 3 is provided with lead screw 33, the bottom activity of lead screw 33 runs through the top of control rod 3 and mounting bracket 32 to inside extending to mounting bracket 32, under operating condition or washing condition, the bottom butt of lead screw 33 tooth probe 9's outer wall.
In one or more embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, a handle 36 is provided on the top of the lead screw 33 to facilitate the locking and unlocking of the dental probe by the doctor.
In one or more embodiments, a first buffer layer 34 is disposed in the mounting frame, the first buffer layer 34 is used for filling a working gap between the mounting frame and the dental probe, so as to further prevent the dental probe from moving relative to the mounting frame, reduce mutual friction between the dental probe and the mounting frame, and prolong the service life of the device, and the first buffer layer is made of nitrile rubber or silicon rubber.
In one or more embodiments, the bottom end of the screw rod is further connected with a second buffer layer 35, and the second buffer layer is used for reducing the pressure of the screw rod on the dental probe, avoiding damage to the screw rod or the dental probe, and simultaneously preventing the dental probe from sliding relative to the screw rod, so that the acting force transmission effect is improved.
Through the setting, the doctor can realize the switching of belt cleaning device between operating condition and cleaning condition through one-hand operation, and the operation is simpler, and is reliable, and simultaneously, the mounting bracket combines fixture and shelters from the ring as main fixed establishment, under operating condition, can form triple centre gripping, and dental probe's fixed effect is better, and doctor's power transmission effect is better.
Example 4:
on the basis of the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, a groove 21 is provided on the inner wall of the chute 2, a first spring 22 is provided in the groove 21, and a locking protrusion 23 is connected to the first spring 22; a clamping groove 31 is formed in the outer wall of the control rod 3, and the size of the clamping groove 31 is matched with that of the clamping protrusion 23; in the working state or the cleaning state, the locking protrusion 23 is locked in the locking groove 31.
In one or more embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the two sides of the control rod facing the sliding groove are provided with clamping grooves, and correspondingly, the two sides of the sliding groove contacting with the control rod are provided with grooves in a one-to-one correspondence manner, so that when the control rod slides to the clamping protrusions, the clamping protrusions at the two sides can be clamped into the clamping grooves at the same time, and a more stable fixation is formed.
In one or more embodiments, a flexible sealing member is disposed in the sliding groove, and the flexible sealing member may be rubber, leather, waterproof cloth, or the like, so that the control rod always seals the sliding groove in the moving and fixing processes, and the fluid in the cleaning cavity is prevented from flowing out of the sliding groove.
Example 5:
on the basis of the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 7 to 10, a spray header 15 is arranged in the cleaning cavity 11, the spray header 15 is communicated with the first flow channel 13, in a cleaning state, fluid in the first flow channel 13 is sprayed out through the spray header 15 to flush the working end of the dental probe 9, and the inner diameter of the spray header 15 is gradually reduced along the direction from the first flow channel 13 to the cleaning cavity 11; the showerhead 15 includes a base 151, the base 151 is made of rigid material, a nozzle 152 is connected to the base 151, and the nozzle 152 is made of flexible material.
In some embodiments, the base may be made of plastic, metal, or other materials that are not easily deformed by an external force, and preferably, the base is made of medical plastic; in some embodiments, the nozzle may be made of rubber, leather, cloth, etc. that can deform under the action of external force.
Through the internal diameter with the shower head set up to reduce gradually along first flow path to the direction of wasing the chamber, make fluid that enters into in the shower head through first flow path can accelerate in the runner of shower head, and spout high-speed fluid in order to assault the foreign matter of work end adhesion in the nozzle, improve the cleaning performance, and simultaneously, the nozzle that flexible material made is when having high-speed fluid to pass through in inside, can produce rocking or swing of certain extent, improve the washing scope of spun fluid, further improve the abluent effect of work end.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, a plurality of perforations 154 are formed on the nozzle 152, the perforations 154 penetrate through the side wall of the nozzle 152, a plurality of bristles 153 are arranged on the outer wall of the nozzle 152, and a spoiler 155 is arranged inside the nozzle 152, and the spoiler 155 is used for disturbing the flow state of the fluid in the nozzle 152.
The flow disturbing piece can further disturb the fluid flowing rapidly, so that the fluid is converted from laminar flow to turbulent flow or local turbulent flow is formed in the flow channel, and further the shaking or swinging amplitude of the nozzle is increased. The nozzle that the amplitude of oscillation increases can utilize the brush hair on the outer wall to scrub the work end surface, improves the cleaning performance of adhesion foreign matter, and in addition, the perforation that sets up on the nozzle can further improve the impact velocity of rivers for the rivers that jet out can form stronger impact to the local position of adhesion thing, and then smash or destroy the overall structure of adhesion thing, and the cooperation brush hair can show the cleaning performance who improves the foreign matter on the work end.
In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 10, the spoiler 155 is made of a rubber material and is located on the flow cross-section of the flow passage in the nozzle. In one or more embodiments, a first through hole is formed in the center of the turbulence member, a second through hole is formed in the edge of the turbulence member, the diameter of the first through hole is 2-8 times of that of the second through hole, so that fluid with a high speed at the center can pass through the first through hole of the turbulence member, and after the fluid with a low speed at the edge is accelerated by the second through hole, one part of the fluid moves towards the outlet direction of the nozzle, and the other part of the fluid is further accelerated by the perforation and then is ejected; in addition, local turbulence and turbulence piece self that first through-hole and second through-hole formed near can increase the swing of nozzle, further improve the cleaning performance of work end.
Example 6:
a cleaning method based on the cleaning device described in any one of the preceding embodiments, the method comprising the steps of:
putting the dental probe 9 into the cleaning cavity 11 through the opening end, and installing and fixing the dental probe 9 by the control mechanism and controlling the cleaning device to switch between a working state and a cleaning state;
in the working state, the clamping mechanism clamps the dental probe 9, and the working end of the dental probe 9 is positioned outside the cleaning cavity 11;
in the cleaning state, the clamping mechanism closes the opening end of the cleaning cavity 11, the dental probe 9 is integrally positioned in the cleaning cavity 11, external fluid enters the cleaning cavity 11 through the first pipe 7 and the first flow passage 13 in sequence to wash the working end of the dental probe 9, and the washed fluid is discharged from the cleaning cavity 11 through the second flow passage 14 and the second pipe 8 in sequence.
When cleaning, keep the open end down, make the whole income of tooth probe wash the intracavity through the mobile control mechanism, fixture seals the open end, later opens the water pump so that rivers enter into and wash the tooth probe in wasing the chamber, and the rivers after washing the completion are discharged from wasing the chamber through second runner, second pipe. After rivers wash the completion, the doctor can also be through opening the air-blower and will have the gas of certain temperature and send into the washing chamber, dry the inner wall in washing chamber, take away the remaining partial moisture in the washing chamber, keep washing intracavity dry. After the cleaning is finished, the position of the control mechanism is adjusted again to be switched to a working state, the dental probe is continuously used, the cleaning method is simple and easy to operate, examination and cleaning can be finished in the oral cavity or near the oral cavity, the working efficiency is improved, meanwhile, the cleaning is carried out in a closed environment, the oral cavity environment is not affected, and the cleaning effect can be obviously improved.
As used herein, "first", "second", etc. (e.g., first spring, second spring, first flow passage, second flow passage, first tube, second tube, etc.) are used only for distinguishing the respective components for clarity of description, and are not intended to limit any order or to emphasize importance, etc. Further, the term "connected" used herein may be either directly connected or indirectly connected via other components without being particularly described.

The cleaning device for the oral probe is characterized by comprising a barrel body (1), wherein a cleaning cavity (11) is arranged in the barrel body (1), a first pipe (7) and a second pipe (8) are arranged on the barrel body (1), the first pipe (7) is communicated with the cleaning cavity (11) through a first flow passage (13), the second pipe (8) is communicated with the cleaning cavity (11) through a second flow passage (14), one end of the cleaning cavity (11) is an open end, the other end of the cleaning cavity is a closed end, and a clamping mechanism is arranged on the open end; be provided with spout (2) on barrel (1), be provided with control mechanism in spout (2), control mechanism is used for installing tooth probe (9) and control belt cleaning device switches between operating condition and cleaning condition under operating condition, fixture centre gripping tooth probe (9) and tooth probe (9) work end are located the washing chamber (11) outside under the cleaning condition, fixture seals the open end of washing chamber (11), and outside fluid loops through first pipe (7), first runner (13) and enters into the work end that erodes tooth probe (9) in washing chamber (11), and the fluid after the erodeing loops through second runner (14), second pipe (8) and discharges from washing chamber (11).

The cleaning device according to claim 1, characterized in that a liquid discharge cavity (12) is further arranged in the cylinder body (1), the liquid discharge cavity (12) is communicated with the cleaning cavity (11) and the second flow passage (14), a second spring (52) is arranged in the liquid discharge cavity (12), the clamping mechanism comprises at least two clamping blocks (4), the clamping blocks (4) are at least partially arranged in the liquid discharge cavity (12) and connected to the second spring (52), and the clamping blocks (4) move towards the outside of the liquid discharge cavity (12) under the action of the second spring (52).

Cleaning device according to claim 2, characterized in that a receiving chamber (17) is arranged on the inner wall of the drainage chamber (12), the second spring (52) is arranged in the receiving chamber (17), the second spring (52) is connected to the clamping block (4) by a connecting block (51), and the connecting block (51) is movable along the receiving chamber (17).

in the working state, the clamping mechanism clamps the dental probe (9), and the working end of the dental probe (9) is positioned outside the cleaning cavity (11);
in the cleaning state, the clamping mechanism closes the opening end of the cleaning cavity (11), the dental probe (9) is integrally positioned in the cleaning cavity (11), external fluid enters the cleaning cavity (11) through the first pipe (7) and the first flow passage (13) in sequence to wash the working end of the dental probe (9), and the washed fluid is discharged from the cleaning cavity (11) through the second flow passage (14) and the second pipe (8) in sequence.
