本申请实施例公开了一种通信方法及设备,涉及通信领域,能够控制在固定信道周期内的占空比小于或等于预设占空比。具体方案为:预先配置去使能下行子帧,在时域上的第一周期中,在下行子帧上发送NPDSCH或/和NPDCCH,并且,发送NPDSCH或/和NPDCCH的第一类下行子帧的总时长和第三类下行子帧的总时长之和与第一周期的总时长的比值小于或等于预设占空比,第一类下行子帧为用于下行发送的下行子帧,第二类下行子帧为无效下行子帧,第三类下行子帧用于发送NPSS、NSSS和NPBCH。本申请实施例用于下行发送过程中。
