Abstract
本申请实施例提供一种信息传输方法及装置、终端,包括:终端获取用于重定向的第一配置信息,基于所述第一配置信息搜索目标小区;如果所述终端搜索不到与所述第一配置信息相匹配的第一目标小区,则所述终端记录如下至少一种参考信息:所述第一配置信息、所述终端搜索到的第二目标小区的标识信息、所述终端的位置信息、所述终端执行记录操作对应的时间戳信息、服务小区的信号质量、所述服务小区的邻区的信号质量;所述终端将记录的参考信息发送给网络侧。
